This was beyond great. The beds and pillows were the best I have ever had at a hotel. The steak we had at dinner was as good as any steakhouse I have ever been to and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Will definitely stay here again

Check in staff were excellent, hotel conditions are dated and banged up, no breakfast included but there is a McDonald’s right in front of the hotel. Parking was $45 a night. Overall it was fine. However the proximity to the car rental place is pretty fantastic.

Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. Room was not well maintained. Entrance door was left wide open upon first entry and entrance door was broken so we were locked inside and could not get out and had to get help from maintenance staff to open up.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness—particularly in the bathroom—did not met expectations. The bathtub appears to need a thorough scrubbing, the floors do not seem to have been properly mopped, and the baseboards have a noticeable buildup of dirt. Additionally, the doors and other surfaces show signs of being unclean.
Overall, the level of cleanliness was been unsatisfactory.

I was only there for 4-5 hours between flights. Check in was super, quick informative & eficient even tho lots of people were checking in at the time. Probably around 11pm. And, I left at 4:30 am - no time for breakfast or to enjoy any amenities. So glad for the shuttle that early

We had a 3-night stay in an Accessible bedroom. Decor was 'tired' and needs new bathroom, carpets and decoration. Beds were ok.
Not enough storage and no safe in the room.
Buffet breakfast looked great but was cold and in-edible. Budget by name, budget by nature.

The hotel is convenient because it’s located near the airport and there is a shuttle to the airport. Other than that, I can’t really say I liked the stay. The rooms are dated and smell musky and moldy. Our toilet didn’t flush on the first room we stayed at. The area isn’t the greatest. I didn’t feel comfortable using the showers and it was a quick stay. I would stay skip this and spent a little more for something that feels cleaner and safer.

The airport shuttle was quick and effortless!
The breakfast at the hotel was very expensive so we didn’t get that. We got two alcoholic beverages at the bar that came out to $35. 20% of that was the automatic tip we weren’t prepared for. The bar tender talked to us only twice and never smiled.
The first room we were staying in was kind of dirty. It was supposed to be an upgrade but definitely I was not feeling the upgrade for that room. It was a little dirty but when I stepped in the shower, I felt like the shower floor was going to break. The second room was much better and more spacious. Maybe that room was the upgrade we originally were told we were getting.
The employees or staff at the front desk were all very nice

Overall we had a good time here because the rooms are clean, hotel condition is good and most of the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The parking is a little bit small for larger cars but we manage to park our cars without any issue.

However, what made me really uncomfortable and unhappy is that the concierge who helped us secure our luggages was impatient, rude and he ASKED us for tips when we dropped off the luggages. I understand that people in the industry reply heavily on tips (I was in the same industry when I was in college), and I always appreciate their services and tip them when picking up (I usually ask when they will finish their shift so if they will finish before my intended pickup time, will tip when dropped off instead). The day we dropped off our luggages, the concierge ASKED for tips twice before I even said anything. Although I understand the importance of tips, tipping is not mandatory and this behavior is very unprofessional and inappropriate in the customer service industry… The way he askes for tips was not nice either, he asked in a rhetorical question…

I was in town for an event and check in seem to run smoothly however the hallways smelled like cigarettes smoke their was stinch in the hallway of dirty carpet and once I returned from the event I was locked out of the room for about hour. I attempted to contact the front least 7 times to get assistance having to speak with reservation dept to get assistance with reaching front once I did the agent was rude and stating that it was not there job to come up to assist. I’d also sufffered a foot injury while at the event which was explained to reservations. I was so frustrated and requested a refund immediately at 2:45 am in the morning but the agent only transferred me. I’d been hung up by agent and transferred so many times during the incident
Very poor customer service from agents an inconvenience of having to be locked out of the room that was paid for under any circumstances
And to additionally I could have stayed at any other hotel with impeccable customer service and breakfast included…paying 25.00 for breakfast just shows IHG chooses profit or the very reason for being their business is for customers and comfort
But my interactions were recorded for quality assurance and training so that is proof that my grievance was ignored properly

One of the dryers doesn’t work well. Our tv was broken and then they moved us into another room with another broken tv. There was a huge hairball in the bathroom, and burned holes in the carpet. For 300+ dollars for two nights not including the 45$/night parking fee it was super subpar.

I needed a hotel, near LAX, for the last night of my trip to LA. I was pleasantly surprised with this Hilton. The staff were pleasant, the room was spacious & very clean. I arrived exhausted, at the end of a very busy trip, and this hotel really provided a comfortable environment. Highly recommended…

Check in wasn’t great. I was given a room and our keys didn’t work. The person at the front didn’t tell how breakfast or the shuttle worked or anything. When I came back to let them know my key didn’t work, the other front desk person helped me and she was much better. She not only switched our room (because something must have happened on floor 4 next to where we were originally ?!) but she told me about breakfast and th shuttle HOWEVER she didn’t offer to give me vouchers fo breakfast so the next morning I had to go back to the front desk AGAIN to ask for those. So many opportunities missed for customer service….

Biggest complaint is that the temperature of the shower was uncontrollable. Nice and hot one minute and the next minute freezing cold. This was the same in our travelling partners’ room. Both rooms on the 11th floor. The bar and restaurant are closed in the afternoon and didn’t open until 5 pm. We were looking forward to a Happy Hour after a long day of travel. There is beer in the fridge but no wine. The restaurant was very nice and the food was good. It was nice to be able to bring our wine out to the pool.

Here is my honest opinion. We had issues with our stay due to the room being broken a little bit but as someone who works in hotels I don't think they deserve a bad rating. I forgot to get names of the front desk people but thank you to the guy who checked into our room early, literally made our life so much easier and the night audit guy. He Definity has some customer service skills, appreciate them! As well as i would like to point out their pool. It turned out by the end of the night we were there alone not we were not disturbed; it was so much fun!

Hotel room is clean and spacious, even though it can use some updating. Front desk and airport shuttle drivers were all very helpful and courteous. There are a convenient store and McDonald's right next to the hotel if you need to grab something quick. Good value one night stay for us before flying back home.

Room was clean but it need cabinets that you can put your stuff in the bathroom. The clean towels that are provided for the guest was place on top of the toilet water tank. To me this not an appropriate place for the clean towels. When you flush the toilet the water aerosol from the toilet will splash out since it has no toilet cover this is unhygienic. Not a place to put your toiletries in the bathroom so inconvenient.

First, it sucks that as a customer of the hotel we have to pay for parking. I should have done more research. $45 per day. Just be aware. I thought i saved on my hotel reservation but ended up paying $35+ 3.50 tax for parking. I stayed 5 nights. Almost $200 in parking. Breakfast is not free like the other hotel. It is close to the airport thats good. Its is an older hotel. Just not what I accepted. This hotel is good if you will uber around the city. I saved on the hotel but ended paying in the parking. Also no breakfast 😢.

Staff were very efficient and friendly. We didn’t get our luggage and they were able to give us toiletries (toothpaste & toothbrushes) to hold us over. The room was spacious and clean! Also loved how convenient the location was to the airport, McDonalds, a gas station for snacks etc - all within walking distance. The shuttle service was also very efficient. The drivers were very hospitable. Would definitely recommend!

Check in was at 3 pm arrived at 3:17 to a lobby of 20 people waiting to check in and no rooms available due to cleaning issues. Waited almost an hour after checking in to get keys to our room which significantly impacted our plans. We had to be somewhere at 5 and not getting in the room until 4 left us little time to do the things we needed beforehand.
