Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House!! Be sure to pay the overnight parking fee vs the daily parking fee. The rooms were clean and nice!! A really nice treat are the Elephant pictures in the lobby! This is a great place to stay for sure!!

We were not able to make the reservation in the hotel said we had to contact Expedia to cancel it. I could never find how to cancel the reservation on Expedia website. Our flight was canceled and therefore we were unable to stay at the hotel.

After getting rerouted by the airline to LAX, I made a last minute reservation for an overnight stay through Expedia. The airline then notified me that they would provide a hotel voucher at a different hotel. I tried contacting Hyatt Place within an hour, no one answered after several tries. Finally, they answered and said I had to contact Expedia. I did and they had trouble getting through to the hotel as well. Days later, my request to waive the non-refundable cancellation was denied by the hotel, a request originally made within an hour of the reservation. Poor customer service, unreasonable response given the circumstance. I won't be staying at Hyatt in the future.

Very comfortable hotel within walking distance of LAX but has a shuttle run frequently between the hotel and airport. Very convenient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good amenities in the room. Make note of the mini bar because there is extra charge for it. Not a ton in the immediate area to do but short walk to the metro K line will get you most places in LA. Would recommend if your looking to stay close to the airport. Not a lot of jet noise either. Resturant on site is good.

Well, it suppose to have shuttle bus every 30mintues, we and other passengers arrived on time but no shuttle we have to get on other hotel’s shuttle, this is not right! I am not happy with that. If you can’t offer the service as you promised, then you should tell everyone upfront, we do have other options of hotel too!

First- getting into the hotel —- you are literally getting out of the car in the middle of road! There is no unloading spot. You are literally risking your life & more so if you have luggage & other people you are traveling with.

Or pay for parking- even if you arent parking there. This is what we decided what the best of the worse options. (Its my Husband, myself & my 70+ year old parents- they dont get out of cars quickly!)

How this was approved or seen as an acceptable SAFE or business practice—- I would be interested to understand the justification.

The rooms were good. Seemed kinda dark/ shadow’ie. the showers had AMAZING water pressure!

The $11 breakfast buffet was pretty good actually. Good variety. Chicken sausages, 2 different types of egg bites, fruit, yogurt, cereal & a few other items. Etc- juice, tea, coffee & milk & oat milk!!

The airport shuttle was really prompt & efficient. We planned for extra time & it worked out wonderfully. The shuttle pick up/ drop off spot at the hotel is in a safe designated area.

There was no cold water in our room, and when I asked staff for assistance, they were rude. Someone was sent to fix the issue three separate times. During this time, we were unable to properly rest or shower, and we had early morning flights the next day. Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to rest before traveling.

The staff was great, helpful and the flow of the elevators, the style of the hotel was perfect. Only thing (the room that I chose) didn’t come with a microwave and the AC barely kept the room cold at night, the shower head got water everywhere and the windows were frosted. Overall good hotel I would just have to update my room for the next stay. :)

Easy to find and close to liquor store with lots of snacks. Beautiful hotel with smart TV and restaurant/bar. Easy to find for Uber/lyft. They have an airport shuttle running every 30-45min Parking is 48 a day so be prepared. They can deduct it from your deposit. Pick up parking pass when you check in. Overall the hotel was nice, it offered free breakfast to members, the staffs were kind and helpful, easy access to some fast food if didn’t want a big meal. The only complaint was that the room was too dark, even with all the lights on. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work properly. After a shower, we could the steam outside of the bathroom.

The room was large and very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The biggest convenience for us was hopping on the shuttle to the airport after grabbing a cup of coffee! The driver was very nice and handled our luggage. Would stay there again.

I booked this hotel due to a flight emergency, needed a refund and tried to immediately reach them via email, phone, online support many times.

Did not receive any contact back outside of a message via the booking service saying \"contact Expedia (the booking service)\" and then promptly did not respond to Expedia or myself at all in the following week+.

Do not expect any professional or serious customer service should anything happen before, during or after your stay.
