The room was large and included a kitchenette area. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was good as hotel breakfasts go. The airport shuttle was very helpful.
I checked out and three minutes later I got a text that my flight had been delay 3 1/2 hours. The hotel staff was nice enough to let me have my room back so I could wait there instead of at the airport. Thanks!

Had a pleasant stay, however the staff never picks up the phone. I tried calling the front desk several times and was never successful. When I went downstairs thinking there were very busy, it was no line. . Didn’t like the fact that you have to pay $48 per day for parking.

I had a great stay at Hyatt Place LAX / Century Blvd. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for the airport. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of options to start the day.

I especially want to mention the receptionist Zoe, who was outstanding—very friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Honestly, all of the staff at the hotel were great and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was not free when we checked in. Were told that it was $11 each.

The shuttle took close to an hour to pick us up and this was after 3 texts and a phone call.

The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned. They gave us another room and a $40 merchandise credit at the hotel which was useless since it was after 9pm and we were leaving first thing in the morning.

It was noisy outside as well.

While functional I wouldn't stay there again.

This was my second booking just one night before going back home. This time the room was behind elevators in a dark and smelly hallway. No coffee service inside the room, the table under de TV was missing. Way different to the previous room in my first booking. Overall nice hotel, good breakfast.

Stayed prior to leaving for cruise out of Long Beach. Was waiting on other friends to get in town at LAX. Super close to airport, free shuttle was a perk. Free breakfast was great. And the restaurant was quiet and convenient with great food. We had a big room with kitchen and seating area so we could gather and mingle. I dont have a single bad thing to say about our experience. It was great.

Breakfast selection and quality good. Airport shuttle served us well although we had no way to know when the shuttle was running. Apparently the APP was not working. During our wait to be checked in, very inappropriate conversations between some of your frontline staff, about fights and knives etc. Very bad for your brand. I would expect that you would do a better job to train staff in appropriate public speech. I will likely never return to your property.

Everything about the stay was fine, my only complaint is some notice would have been great about the hot water being cut off. Had a long day at Disney to come back to ice water to shower in.

This was our 2nd time stayng at the hotel. First time, we had a wonderful experience. It wasn't the same this time. Upon arrival, Lobby host wasn't friendly during check-in and failed to check us in the correct # of rooms despite the pre-paid reservation. Failed to set us up for parking garage access despite requesting it .... had to use credit card everytime in their garage. Also, police activity in the garage shut ldown access ..... had to reroute thru another hotels entrance which wasn'tvery convenient. Lastly, breakfast was good but most of the hot items were cold.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable so the stay wasn't a complete bummer.

Looks so good and room was lovely at first glance. Downhill from there. Parking lot was confusing and the only way to enter hotel. $48 if you pay hotel but only $24 if you pay the lot. TV didn't work and it took over three hours, four phone calls answered only by robot & hang ups and 2 trips to the desk for an engineer. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up, faucet banged under mirror and shook the entire mirror, & only way to reach shower products was under the shower head. Out of luck if you don't want your hair wet. 2 small paper cups in entire room and I had to find a maid to get coffee for the pot. Nice kitchen but no dishes or even plastic glasses. Dishwasher, but no dishes. When I asked desk where the glasses were for the small, $28.00 bottle of cheap wine I was told that customers didn't wash them (what?) so you had to have them delivered. No luggage rack. Breakfast was good, but my husband brought juice to the table and luckily I noticed the broken glass before he drank from it! There was more but I will leave it here. Add the weird elevators with no numbers inside and there is no way we will stay there again!

The room was amazing!! It was large, spacious, had a separate bedroom with two queen beds & a kitchen. It was very clean, very quiet, modern & updated, the staff was very friendly & the full breakfast was amazing. We only were there one night before flying out but the free shuttle service got us to the airport quickly & on time. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and competent. The room and bathroom were very clean. The kitchenette had NO plates or siverware or glasses or any utensils. The shower head was like stinging needles on the skin. The pool was closed because rain the night before had washed dirt into it.

I stayed for 2 nights and it's the second time I've chosen this hotel, but this time I was disappointed. The room they gave me smelled like hooves, the bathroom fan was broken so every time one of us went to the bathroom we could smell each other's poop.The next day we left the hotel between 10 am and 3 pm and they still hadn't cleaned our room.I had to call reception to have clean towels and sheets sent to me (because the sheets were dirty and I had an allergic reaction.), and then we changed them ourselves.The saddest thing is that during the two nights we stayed, they didn't give us a single bottle of water; we had to go out and buy some. I realized that the hotel is only for short stays; the only positive things about this hotel are the shuttle bus and the free breakfast (which is the same every day).

I had to book a last minute hotel room due to my son falling ill and having to take a return flight early morning. When we arrived elevators were not working and there were no emergency phones on site. I kept calling the front desk and no answer. I ended up walking around the Marriot to find the front desk. It took me a long time since my son could barely walk. I got offered free parking but in the end it wasn’t about the money. It was about the convenience of being next to LAX and any emergency services if needed. I can’t believe that there is no safety protocol in place. The parking lot is huge and no emergency phones? No one around to help? There has to be better communication. I would rather go back to AirBnB.

Pros ...Lobby .....looks like a place for billionaires and royalty...very impressive.......wonderful customer service.....EXCELLENT shuttle service and driver... sharp...on the ball...courteous.. helpful.. respectful....on time...cons......i ordered one bdrm suite. .which looked to me a jr suite... no privacy of seperate room... ..looked mediocra...but doable for the night.. after long weary journey

I went out from the room and when I came back to the room I noticed my room was cleaned by the housekeeping but one of my personal belongings was missing. I went to the front reception desk and spoke to the manager Ashley. The manager Ashley told me she will look into it and will ask the housekeeping and she will get back to me and compensate it. My flight was early morning next day. I asked Ashely if she can give me her contact email so that I can be in touch as I’m flying off in the morning and I will leave 4am morning. She told me that she will email me her information in 5 mins and will be in touch but sadly she did not responded back to me at all. Very poor customer service and care. Very disappointing. I’m still waiting for her email and to contact me regarding my personal belongings missing and how she will compensate it. Looks like she tried to ignore the situation as she knew I’m flying out early morning. Also the parking you have to pay for it. This place does not give free parking to their customers. US $40 per night. Very expensive. I booked the suite room that has the kitchen but there was no utensils in the kitchen to use. Nothing. I would not recommend this place.
