Wasn’t really impressed overall. No free breakfast for the amount you pay is just ridiculous. Beds were comfortable but were really low to the ground, guess if your name is Peter Dinklage probably be ok with it. Staff was nice. The value just wasn’t there for the amount of money you pay.

WiFi did. It work. I could not get my phone to have service in the room not even to make a call. I tried many times to log in to their WiFi but never worked. They have rugs in the door in the room that might be an accident waiting to happen. Beds are very uncomfortable. For the price and addition payment for parking. Not a good experience.

I recommend this place to a friend before I checked in. The pictures are nice online but in person is even better. After checking in and staying I would highly recommend to everyone. This was a beautiful relaxing hotel. A must every time Im in the area.

Room was great and bathroom had hot water which was amazing. Downfall was the valet parking for an up-charge and the thin walls where you can hear EVERYTHING. Including room noise next door. Other than that, it was great.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a room away from the street with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The staff helped with our bags and checked on us throughout our stay.
They remembered we were going to a concert next door at the Intuit Dome, and as we were walking out, they made a point to wish us a great evening at the concert.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large with a huge walk-in shower. The room had the all-important mini fridge, and we had two complimentary bottles of water.
My only quibble with the room was the bed frame. The wood frame around the mattress sticks out further than the mattress. Both my husband and I kept hitting our shins walking around the bed or when climbing into bed. It's just not a good design. But, that would not stop me from staying there again. I happily recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you're going to an event at the Intuit Dome, since it is literally steps away from the hotel front door. The hotel, located on Century Blvd, is also a straight shot to the airport; you can get there very quickly.

Great little hotel in a great spot. Staff was great at checking us in, as was the parking situation (its valet only)
The room is modern and very clean. It has everything you need. very spacious. You can't beat the location, its literally right next door to the Intuit dome and across from sofi. I will definitely be staying here again soon.

This hotel is a must if you are attending an event at the Intuit Dome as the entrance is only a few steps away. The rooms are super clean and the pool area is great. The on site bar was good as well. We will definitely return and stay here when we attend another concert.

I really enjoyed the ground level rooms. They have a main entrance and a back door to get to the pool or bar. The beds were a bit too low to the ground and I read tha parking was $25. But once I arrived I was told that they only offer valet service and that it’s $60 per night. Which is not bad but that was what I thought I had read. Thank you ! For everything it was still a 5 star experience for me.

We had a great stay overall! Check-in was a little challenging at first because the system was down, but the staff handled it as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. They stayed calm, professional, and made sure we were taken care of.

The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable honestly some of the best we’ve slept on. I’m tempted to buy the same ones for home! 😊

I am a big Hilton fan, but encourage anyone reading this to avoid the Anthem hotel.

Each morning we were there, the cleaning staff outside in the hallway was extremely loud. They yelled at each other as they coordinated their work, all while my wife and I were trying to sleep in a little.

The worst part of our stay was the Uber / Lyft situation. The whole point of booking our stay at this hotel was to attend a Lady Gaga concert at the nearby Kia Forum. When we checked in, the staff even told us that all other guests were there for the concert too. They even had some special make-up pop-up in the lobby. What staff DID NOT tell us is that Uber and Lyft will NOT pick you up at the hotel when big events or games are happening at the Intuit Dome. This made it really difficulty to get to the concert on time. If you know that your guests are all there for an event, why not help them with basic information like this?

Lastly, the bathroom. It has one of those sliding doors that leaves a huge gap and zero privacy. And the shower has no door whatsoever, so be prepared for a soaking wet floor after you shower.

Not a good Hilton experience at all!

Room was missing end table or any place to put my belongings bedside. No fridge and barely any closets to put my items. Shower flooded. Was placed next to the bar/restaurant, so noise was an issue. It’s basically a motel that got a face lift.
