This was your typical small hotel room w basic amenities. It had everything that we needed as we stayed in capri for a day trip. It’s a small hike up from the main port and then another small hike up to the first town center. For the price it’s a great spot and great location. The bus system is fairly easy and can be utilized to get all around the island.

Loved Villa Patrizi - cam e for 1 day and stayed for three. Conveniently located between Capri and the port. Be prepared to hike a couple hundred metres uphill but if in decent walking shape, this is not a problem.
Staff are great and very helpful, shared lots of good advice. Look forward to returning.

The location was perfect. Just a few minute walk to the center. The room was cleaned daily with fresh new towels too. There's a pool and a common area for other guests. The room was also very nice with everything that you need. People from the reception were also very helpful and kind. There's also a very nice view! Perfect stay in Capri!

The hotel has a wonderful, laidback ambiance that is relaxing. We loved the location in between the beach and the town above, though it’s a lot of climbing stairs! The pool was lovely, and the employees were all helpful. After a hot night, the front desk person was able to adjust our AC to run during the day so the next night was cooler. We’d stay there again. We did wish the breakfast was included in the price since it’s called a B and B which usually implies breakfast.

All I can say is that it's a mediocre place. The center is 15 minutes' hike uphill. You could do better if you looked around for the pricing. There was no working WiFi. There is room for improvement with breakfast. The service was satisfactory.

Wow, wow, wow! Capri is amazing and our B& B was amazing. The views are spectacular. The cons are that walking the streets are very hard because they are narrow and steep. Taking a taxi cost us between 25-30 euros each time. The Piazzetta is a must see. Plenty of restaurants and shops and the view was spectacular. If you eat breakfast you will be charged 10 euros.

Its a long walk to this location unless you know the walking stairs pathway but it is uphill lots of steps. Noisy with all the traffic on the road. Great view! Pool was a little cold. Bus stop near by but it will most likley be full as we were passed 3 times and ended up paying 25 euro for taxi. You cannot get a taxi to stop at this hotel you need to walk up to capri city center. Jacopo gave us a warm welcome and providedneeded info for our stay. We stayed in the \"Vespa\" room, which was a charming space with a spacious bathroom. While the room was equipped and pleasant, it seemed to be in need of some maintenance, particularly the furniture and bathroom. Although our room didn't offer a view, I believe that other rooms provide a good view of either the sea or the mountains. Overall, it's a beautiful place and I highly recommend it.

Arrived and there was no toilet paper or soap etc. Told them the next day and they said they check the rooms twice so basically said we were lying and didn't provide any. Manager was extremely confrontational and rude. Worst customer service ever. We left the next day. He turned a simple issue into a heated argument and handled the situation terribly. Instead of providing toilet paper he refused to accept there wasn't any. Clearly the owner/manager has an ego issue. Paid $500 a night for a sub standard hotel as if we would try to steal $0.50 paper. Find somewhere better. Also breakfast are stale pastries.

Great location and super lovely staff. The person who greeted us told us all about the area and gave great recommendations. Our boat was late and they were very understanding. The room was really clean and well-stocked. The bathroom had nice shampoos and body washes which was useful. The hotel is also really close to the main square and easy to find.

2) Breakfast was mostly very, very sweet options such as cakes.

Be prepared for lots of stairs, cabs are expensive so we did a lot of walking but there is a bus stop near by too. The breakfast cost 10 euro and was very good. Look this booking was available and cheap. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Nearby to Marina Grande Beach at a 5-10 minute walk and 200 feet incline. Also nearby to the Capri town with lots of shopping and good restaurants at 10 minute walk and another 200 feet incline. However, the biggest letdown is the cleanliness of the property. The shower heads and sink heads were covered with mold. The AC also had mold. The room didn’t lock properly. And the furniture and walls were stained with dirt. We really wanted to love this property but the dirtiness of the restrooms was a huge letdown. Overall if you want a cheap easy stay, then book this hotel. Otherwise, probably best to book a better hotel elsewhere.

The very best part of this property is Jacopo Fronzoni. He is a fantastic host and does an excellent job communicating. Well ahead of time they were aware we needed late check in and he sent us clear instructions. No extra charge as so many have suggested. I think giving the advance notice is why. The room does need a bit of an update, but it is still lovely with great air conditioning during a heat wave. Capri is built in a cliff. It is definitely half way up hill to the villa from the port and then another short uphill walk to the Center of Capri - but that is what yuy must know there are stairs everywhere in Capri and the Amalfi Coast. The room was cute and clean. It is well situated between Marina Grande and Capri Town. It is less than a 10 minute walk from both. The breakfast was good and included cake , yoghurt , fruit , coffee , juice , pastries , cheese and cold meats. The host was helpful in providing a map and plenty of suggestions on places to visit and how to get there. He was very well informed. You could have breakfast on the terrace which had a lovely view of the ocean.
We were also able to leave bags there after checkout which gave us plenty of time to explore the island before catching an evening ferry back to Naples. I would highly recommend Villa Patrizi for anyone looking to stay in Capri. I also recommend staying and not just doing a day trip to the island.

What a lovely spot! The owner was very helpful and quick to communicate in regards to any questions. The room we booked was large and had a terrace with a decent view. The view from the top central area is magnificent, which is about a 10 minute walk up hill. The pool was small, but we did not use it. We only stayed for one night and mainly wanted to explore Capri the night before and next day. The owner was happy to hold our luggage for us while we explored after check out but we ended up using a spot by the dock which was 3euro to hold our luggage while we did the blue grotto tour (highly recommend).

The pictures were very deceiving on the Expedia ad. The property was not maintained well and looked very old. The pictures must have been taken when it first opened. Lights were out around the property and room, paint job needed, very very small rooms, air condition barely worked and beds uncomfortable. Nice owner though. Full suit cases would not fit in these rooms, we had carry ons only and it was tight. Felt very deceived, although the patio of the hotel had a nice water view. The road to get to the Piazza felt very dangerous and no other way off the property.

Given the heat it was refreshing but the lack of hot water was a minor annoyance. I’m not sure if it was a time of day / solar heater issue.
