This hotel blatantly lies in their advertising. The place is extremely run down from the moment you enter the winding entry off the main road. They've slapped some paint on it, but it needs a lot more than paint. The room was extremely plain and bizarre. The bathroom was down a hallway and we passed an adjoining room to get to it. The bed with horrible! It made getting a good nights sleep impossible. The breakfast was nice, the staff was nice and the distance from town was nice. If I come back to town, I will not come back. It was a huge disappointment. This place is a two star, out of five stars at best.

When we arrived early, we were offered complimentary drinks and snacks while we sat outside—such a warm and welcoming start to our stay.
The location is great—just a 10-minute walk to the main square, close enough to everything but still peaceful and relaxing.
Breakfast was included and truly excellent—everything made to order with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients.
The gardens and pool area are beautiful, with a rustic charm that adds to the overall atmosphere.
The only thing we’d mention is that some of the furniture and finishes could use a bit of refreshing or light maintenance.
That aside, the service was fantastic throughout, and we would 100% stay here again. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

My Wife and I stayed here and we had an amazing time! Room was super spacious and clean. The complementary breakfast menu was amazing and had so many options to chose from the pool and view from the pool was breath taking. The Desk Staff was also so helpful and pleasant. We had an amazing time overall.

We had to book last minute as the day we were supposed to depart Capri all ferries were cancelled due to weather. Found this place and it was a little pricey but was a good hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive, except they left in the evening. The room was nice and clean but it looked like the toilet was leaking water and the pool deck was in rough shape. It was a good hotel for what we were needing.

Our check in was easy and convenient. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. The resort is seriously in a perfect spot. Walking distance (5 minutes or less) from taxis, busses and shopping.
Right next to the hospital though and at breakfast we could hear someone screaming in pain.
Quite tricky exiting the resort since there is no walkway outside. Just be prepared for that. But overall gorgeous.

The service is terrible. They are really not helpful at all. They don’t speak English well and they assume you know capri. We asked them to call us taxis multiple times and they said they couldn’t. We were forced to walk to the main circle to try and find a taxi on our own. They didn’t offer help with activities and after doing my own ressearch, I’d ask for help and they couldn’t help. They couldn’t even book be a reservation for a restaurant. It was really frustrating.
To make matters worse, we arrived one day late because of a flight issue and the hotel refused to refund us for the first night that we missed. Even thought we had proof of our flights. They wouldn’t budge. No compassion, no appreciation for their guests. If you miss breakfast- u can’t even get a coffee after. We felt so alone. I would never ever go back here and would never recommend it to anyone. I am currently now in Amalfi and there is such a difference in the service we are receiving from the moment we arrived. Trust me- stay away from villa pergola. Not worth it. They’re assoles.

The staff at this hotel are AMAZING! Capri in general is pretty expensive, so in comparison Suite Time was a great reasonably priced option. They have incredibly beautiful grounds with wonderful views. The rooms are fairly spacious and the location is a five minute walk to the city center.

Super disappointed with this property. We booked the two bedroom suite, but I would hardly call it a suite. Bedrooms and bathrooms in serious need of updates. The wall were dirty, windows old and wouldn’t close properly, air conditioner barely worked. The rooms themselves were dark, dank, and a bit creepy. The balcony you see in the pictures is actually shared with another room, just separated by some plants. I had some requests for the staff to fix a few things in our rooms and they aid they would but never did. Breakfast was slow and the male breakfast staff member seemed to be overworked and had an attitude about it.

Our room was full of black mold everywhere and pillows had no foam and the bed was super hard and uncomfortable. There’s a few reviews in other websites with the same issue. Please don’t waste your money. People were very nice, but cleanliness is a must for me. So, I would not recommend.

The property was close to where the taxi dropped us off.... maybe 300 feet to walk before you came to the small doorway in the stone wall that was the entrance to the property. It is marked but you have to be looking for it. We were only there for two nights and there was no room cleaning between the two days but that's fine. There was breakfast provided and it was adequate but not extravagant. Enough to keep you until lunchtime. It was a close, 5 to 10 minute walk to the main part of the area/town which had plenty of shopping and restaurants. You can pick up the walkway that leads to the naturale arch or you can take the long hike around the southeastern part of the island, which is gorgeous with many beautiful views. It has a LOT of steps at one point and it will challenge you but if you make it to the top, there is a great restaurant that overlooks the sea and you can catch your breath. Anyway, this was a nice room, good location....not high end, but definitely a good place. Again, the entrance is small and it leads out to the edge of the road, but it's not a problem. Don't expect some marbled steps and palm trees.

The hotel is great but the service was awsome... The receptionist was caring very helpful extra sweet and made us feel welcomed and relaxing from the beginning of the stay in Capri wich made aour experience excellent with the great vibes that we got from all the crew of this hotel including the nicest waiter you can have on breakfast just the best people to have on your vacations...

This was an amazing stay for us! The service was great and available every time we reached out for assistance. Our room had a beautiful view of Capri and was very comfortable. Dette er et fabelaktig sted! Vi fikk et rom med havutsikt både sørover og nordover. Frokosten var kjempegod og vi likte godt den lille hagen. Capri sentrum ligger kun 150m unna og der finnes taubane og busser til havn, strand og fjelltopp.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement situé à Capri. Il est très bien placé car vous pourrez vous rendre à Capri à pieds en quelques minutes et prendre les bus pour la Marina ou Anacapri très facilement.

La chambre était plus spacieuse que prévu avec une superbe vue sur mer. Le prix est très correct pour Capri et pourtant tout était parfait !! Pour un bon moment sur l’île aucune hésitation je recommande vraiment c’était nickel.

Un hôtel très charmant avec un emplacement idéal sur l’île. Très proche du centre de Capri, avec station de bus à 2min à pieds. La propriété est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Les chambres sont très bien décorées. Les chambres du RDC sont mignonnes, mais celles vue mer sont splendides.
L’hotel bénéficie d’un jardin intérieur magnifique pour lire et se détendre sur des bains de soleil, et jouir d’une superbe vue mer. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et assez varié.
Le directeur de l’établissement Luigi est d’une gentillesse extrême et se fera un plaisir de vous donner les bonnes adresses de l’île ! Je recommande sans hésitation. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, non négligeable sur Capri où tout est relativement cher !
