Gorgeous property, location, amenities, hospitality and food! Only wish is if hotel had a bar to sit at. The hotel has a full bar and a library to sit where they serve drinks, but cannot sit at the bar. Overall, cannot wait to return someday. The view was picture perfect and the service was top notch.

Where do I begin? We've visited quite a few locations around the world and have been fortunate enough to stay in several very nice hotels, but nothing compares to the Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio! The entire facility is amazing...everything is updated, the spa is quite incredible (steam room, sauna, ice room, Himalayan salt room, and more), the rooms are beautiful, the view of Lake Como is second to none, and the complimentary breakfast is out of this world...and all within a short walk to downtown Bellagio. But what really makes Hotel Belvedere unique and awesome is the staff...never have I experienced a group of genuine, friendly, helpful, and generous professionals like that of Hotel Belvedere. So much so that I have to give a shout out to several: Huge thanks to the restaurant and pool team - Damiano, Claire, Tomas, Greta, and Alessio; the bar - Alex and Mustafa (Alex, you are so incredibly kind!); and the front desk and concierge - Manuela and Felipo. I could go on raving about the Hotel Belvedere, but I think you get the point...the absolute BEST hotel ever, and we will treasure the memories of our nine-day visit with you (and greatly look forward to the next one)!

This hotel was simply beautiful and modern with the best service staff and delectable breakfast brunch. Whatever we needed the staff was there to help us with whether it was temperature or transport or reservations. They welcomed us home with open arms and always were so kind and courteous to us. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here -5 minute walk into town and nice to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access when you want. The shuttle was awesome too when you don’t feel like walking. Bellagio was also the best town in which to stay and town was very vibrant . We loved hotel Belvedere and hope you do too!!!

One of the nicest views in Lake Como region is right outside your hotel room. The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. Service to the room is excellent and the restaurant is also outstanding, Michelin quality food and service. The Spa, Workout facilities and everything else compares favorably to any Five star hotel we've stayed in, in Italy or otherwise. A short 10 minute walk to the heart of the Bellagio tourist region puts your right close to the action

Our room had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, which was great. The room decor was a little sparse and the style was very minimal. That's the only area for improvement in an otherwise wonderful hotel.

This the best property in Bellagio! The rooms are modern and spotless, the restaurants are excellent, the pool is refreshing but the best quality of the hotel is their amazing staff. They are a great team dedicated to making your stay perfect. I emailed questions and they were responsive and helpful in advance and also after arrival. Even shop owners in town said they consistently hear the Belvedere should be rated 5 stars. My only advice is there is no transportation in the town (taxi or uber) so make sure if you are not renting a car have the Bellagio book a car and driver for you.

Luxurious hotel with spectacular lake views
The friendly arrival team offered us welcome drinks on the terrace overlooking the lake. We had a loft suite so our children were on a pullout with a child with a full bath downstairs while we had a bedroom upstairs with a full bath (and tub). Although I usually bring my own, their toiletries were wonderful, I loved the scents and they were high quality. The grounds are beautiful and we did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as well as the ice room and sauna which are included in your stay. The breakfast selection was excellent and flavorful. We were able to walk into town and enjoy seeing the shops down the beautiful little alleys. We had dinner right on the lake at La Pergola which is located next to the boat dock below the hotel. There is a set of stairs next to the hotel that you can walk down to get there. The best part of the hotel is the service, the employees were engaged and friendly every time we spoke with them. If i asked where something was, they would walk us to the area rather that the typical person who would just point in the general direction. I want to give special recognition to Manuela, who helped me with a unique situation. I purchased shoes for my son and they did not fit but the store had already closed so we couldn't exchange them and we are leaving early the next morning. Manuela was able to take the shoes and have them exchanged the next day and helped me to arrange shopping them home. She stayed in contact through out. Excellence!!!

There happened to be a rail strike during our stay which affected our transportation to our next destination, and without even asking, they offered several options which saved us hours of searching on our own for a “workaround.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio and I hope to return in the future!

The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. My first time at Laje Como and I chose to stayed at Bellagio for 2 nights. I am so impressed by Hotel Belvedere , great hospitality concept , the attentive and professional staff , the beautifully designed interior furnishing and breakfast buffet selections . The breakfast place in the restaurant overlooks other side of the lake it’s just so peaceful and serene to have breakfast while viewing the lake. They also have a free shuttle van to travel up/down the hill to the central. I moved to a boutique hotel nearby on the 2nd day as Botrl Belvedere was fully booked. They don’t offer shuttle service I had to walk down or order a taxi when I leave with my luggage back to Como for my train ride. I will definitely recommend Hotel Belvedere to my friends who will visit Laje Como

This property is beautiful, our room was very clean, the king bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, helpful and went put of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant. The wine, food and service were outstanding. We looked forward to breakfast and amazing coffee. Last but not least was the spa. The salt room, sauna, steam room and the cold plunge showers were an added bonus. The outdoor jacuzzi over looked Lake Como which made the entire experience even better if that’s possible. Really like the location for its convenience to Bellagio city center. However, road there is one way and hard to get there with GPS. We stayed in loft unit which was modern style. Nice but rather stark. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Breakfast is great!

The Belvedere is a wonderful hotel with stunning views of the lake. The staff is attentive and nice. Our room faced the lake. The only downside to the room is the bathroom. It is narrow and unable to fit two people at a time. Also, the shower could be very challenging for someone who is elderly or disabled. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

The property was beautiful. We had a separate apartment a few doors down and 3 floors up. There is no elevator and the stairwell is not lit. The hostess who showed us to our room did not explain the heating system, shower, heated (but not) towel rack. The living area was a hodge-podge of furniture and colors. An area rug would have added a lot 0f warmth and tied it together. It was not a good value for the money.

I would definitely visit here again. Only tissue is if you want to go out somewhere nice it is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to lake. We walked a lot but the ladies complained about having to walk that far downhill with nice shoes and difficult if raining. It was very difficult to get transportation for dinner. A beautiful property slightly away from the busyness of the main town area but still only a few minutes walk away. Beautiful property, views are stunning and the grounds are lovely. Everyone at the hotel makes an effort to do all they can for you. My stay felt very special and I will remember it as a great holiday. I worked with Alice, the event coordinator to create a birthday dinner for a group of 20 and they did a lovely job. The drinks and the spread of canapes on the terrace before dinner were fantastic. The Belvedere is a superb property. The wellness centre is divine. It is a good walk from the waterfront and although not mentioned to us their does appear to be a hotel shuttle service.
