Average budget hotel, sufficient but no thrills
Basic compact family room split over two levels - no air conditioning, but it was survivable. We only stayed one night and it was fine for a stop-over on our way to Paris. Breakfast was plentiful and included eggs and bacon as well as a choice of breads, pastries, yoghurts and fruit. There's an abundance of restaurants locally to get an evening meal. Self-checkin via machine with choice of languages, but also English speaking staff on the desk. No noise from adjacent rooms, secure free parking outside rooms.
The only thing that let it down was housekeeping knocking at 9am and then loitering outside the room smoking and playing music on her phone (our window was open) until we were ready to leave at 10, even though checkout is listed as noon.

Great service, comfortable beds only downsides were bugs on the bed, no lock on tue bathroom, no shower curtains soball the water spilled and there was no mop to clean it. Adding to this the Internet was unstable at times.Also one of our souvenirs went missing. Overall it was still a great place to stay at.

Room clean and bed comfy. Disappointing to book a room for 2 people but only have one hand towel, one bath towel. More available at reception - but reception only staffed at certain times. Don’t really want to call the ‘emergency’ number just for towels (or extra pillows!). Chose the B&B as it offered air con. Totally useless - just blowing room temperature air around. The only thing it was good for was drowning out the traffic noise when we gave up and opened the window.

We picked b&b as we had good experience with it in Germany, but, room was much smaller than showed on the photos limited walking space around bed on ground floor. Toilet very small I felt like shower room in caravan. Very noisy from main road, can not open the windows as you wouldn't sleep with all that noise. Air-conditioning working but more like a fan , there was no cold air coming from it.

The first room that we were given was tired and a bit tatty to be honest. The bannister for the mezzanine was loose and so the gate didn't secure, blackout curtain not hung properly, bathroom door didn't close etc. The 2 adjacent rooms had dogs (3 in total) which had been left unattended by their owners and were barking constantly for over 30 minutes. I went to reception to ask them to either speak to the dogs absent owners or move us.
The receptionist tried to contact the owners and was very helpful and did indeed move us to another room. This room was actually in much better condition although it did smell of smoke. However, with the window open and after we had all taken showers this was not apparent.
All in all we were very pleased.

J’ai immédiatement contacté le service client d’Hotels.com, qui était prêt à procéder à l’annulation et au remboursement si l’hôtel donnait son accord. De façon assez incompréhensible, l’hôtel a refusé d’annuler, alors qu’il venait d’être contacté juste après l’erreur et que cela ne leur faisait perdre aucune nuit ni aucune opportunité de revente.
Résultat : la nuit a été encaissée alors que je ne pouvais évidemment pas m’y rendre.

Après notre déconvenue au B B de Cambrai nous sommes allés à celui d'Amiens pour voir. A Amiens chambre propre lit confortable et super... pas de fuite d'eau. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant le petit-déjeuner copieux et nous avons eu chaud dans la chambre. Adresse à conserver.

Nous sommes arrivés sur place à 16h15, nous avons dû appeler à l'interphone 2 fois, car nous n'avions pas le bon code pour rentrer et la réception était fermée. La personne nous l'a donné. Nous avons reçu celui ci 2 heures après notre arrivée. Les extérieurs ont besoin aj minimum d un bon coup de balai, les marches et les terrasses des étages, il y avait beaucoup de mégots.
La chambre, la salle de bains et la literie étaient correctes, la cliche de la porte de la salle de bains a besoin d être réparée.

De kamer is krap en muffig. De airco deed het niet waardoor het extreem warm was in de kamer. We konden geen andere kamer krijgen, want met een gezin aan het reizen. Ter compensatie kregen we gratis ontbijt aangeboden. Ontzettend aardig, maar de nacht was behoorlijk afzien met z’n allen in de warme krappe kamer. Bij eenzelfde hotel, maar andere locatie hadden we alleen maar goede ervaringen dus dit was een kleine tegenvaller.

Si dans l'ensemble la prestation est correcte, bon accueil, parking sécurisé, chambre calme. quelques regrets. Toutefois, il n'y avait pas le rideau de douche. Pas de séchoir ,Il faisait froid dans la chambre malgré le réglage de température à 19 degrés. Petit déjeuner simple en adéquation avec le prix, un petit bémol les tables n'étaient pas nettoyées , c'est vraiment dommage , ça retire des étoiles sur la note

Mon conjoint a retrouvé sous le lit une capsule de bouteille de bière, paquet de chewing-gum vide et en pleines nuit une visite surprise sur lui une araignée assez grosse. It is a hotel just to sleep over. It is near a buy road but the rooms are good. The service was really nic since we checked in at midnight and you can only pay by creditcard at the self check in. I did not have one so the manager showed up to help. Many thanks for that! Breakfast was also really nice, especially for the price they charge for it. So bottomline: I would recommend it.

Ordentliche Unterkunft für eine Nacht, günstig gelegen auf dem Weg nach Amiens, Frühstück für hiesige Verhältnisse relativ vielseitig. Die laute und hässliche Umgebung muss man in Kauf nehmen. Die Rezeption ist wenig besetzt, das automatische Einchecken hat aber gut geklappt.
