Lovely old hotel in gorgeous location currently undergoing upgrades… the only issue we suffered was lack of water pressure in the shower (in the morning when there was high demand!) which made temperature control challenging.

Conveniently located on the road to San Remo. Parking is limited. WiFi was bad. Room was small. I rate it as low 3* hotel.

Lovely area close to the beach. The building is certainly striking and offers great sea views (would recommend requesting this). The balconies were charming and so were the big windows. The rooms could use an update but were clean, neat and of good size. Good price. Great stay. Were very accommodating to our family of 5.

Well, basically a past tense modern hotel
The building was grand, but the interior is quite worn and torn. A very antique lift is servicing, not a bad experience to travel in an early 1900's elevator though. Refurbishment is definitely needed in the room shortly. And, staff at the night check-in time had some difficulty on an effective communication and wasn't helpful in directing us to our room and using facilities. That's why we would remind everyone to promptly request for your one time access code to their advertised free wifi (despite of the low speed) at the time of check-in, or no one will bother to offer this to you. By the way, it can be used on one device only. The most sad part was, no blanket or quilt was provided to us (all we had was another bedsheet covering the bedsheet). Don't feel much been welcomed. Good luck.

The hotel is located close to the beach and the restaurants. The hotel holding a standard as a 3 star hotel, good but nothing extra. The service was very good and the staff very nice to us. The breakfast is adequat and was enough for us.

Stayed one night in this hotel on our way back from Tuscany - room was very clean and air conditioning worked perfectly. Dinner choice was very poor as was breakfast. Unfortunately not good value for money. However, hotel location was excellent and the hotel itself, whilst dated, was very quaint.

The hotel is a real gem. It features incredibly nice view of the sea in an awesome setting close to downtown of Sanremo.

Interesting older property, great location. Nice views of the Mediterranean and close to a fabulous bike path. Hotel itself is pretty beat up, and ready for some refurbishment. The staff is great however, and the breakfast and breakfast room are pleasant. A fair deal for the money.

Absolutely wonderful Belle Epoche hotel, a beauty on the hillside, two minutes from the seafront. The building is a little run down but \"unique\" and Marvellous! Do not miss staying here. Very close to the old ruins of the first casino in Italy (a must see). The hotel has bicycles to use to cycle on a fantastic cycle path (25 Kim's so far) that used to be the old railway. Lorenzo, the hotel manager is extremely sweet, friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely, peaceful stay in Ospedeletti-a town and hotel not to be missed for those who like authenticity!

Hotel un po’ trasandato, fuorvianti le 3 stelle. Molto rumore arriva sia al passaggio di persone nel corridoio dinnanzi la stanza che da fuori. Pernottamento tasse incluse e poi prima di andare via di chiedono una tassa di soggiorno. Va indicata quando si prenota che ci sarà da pagare un’extra.

Je suis déçue car j'ai réservé et payé un supplément pour une vue mer alors que l'hôtel est en travaux donc c'est une vue échafaudage. Hôtel très bien situé, la vue est splendide ! Le bâtiment quoique vieillissant est très beau et situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Restauration possible sur place et beaucoup de restaurants proches. Dispose d un parking. Les chambres sont spacieuses équipées de climatisation. Petit déjeuner bien !

C’est un bon endroit l’hôtel est charmant à première vue mais arrivé dans la chambre. Il fait un peu vieux, les meubles ne tiennent plus. Le matelas est à ressort et tres âgée. Par contre, le personnel est très avenante et agréable. Il faudrait juste mettre un coup de modernisation aux chambres aux meubles.

Hôtel très bien place a qqs minutes à pied de la plage l hôtel est d époque mais assez modernise. Tout est très propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le petit dej est copieux. Le service est de bon niveau. Je recommande définitivement notamment pour profiter de la piste cyclable qui va jusqu'à Imperia, soit presque 30km et autant pour revenir.
