Absolutely brilliant for our visit to the Zag arena where we watched a concert and trams are very frequent to and from the hotel stop

There was some issues with the hotel system and it allowed me to book the room, but the hotel couldn’t accept me. I’ve been notified by email within 2h of booking and they booked me in the sister hotel close by. So can’t really tell about this hotel, but service in sister hotel was great.

We paid for a room with tea and coffee facilities but on arrival there was no tea, coffee or milk. I went to reception and a helpful man gave us coffee pods but unfortunately they were not the correct ones for the machine in our room. He had no tea. Each day when the room was serviced, no tea, coffee or milk was left. We complained each day. On the penultimate day the lady at reception was very rude to me and smirked and shrugged her shoulders when I said it wasn't good enough and she said she hadn't dealt with me before so it wasn't her fault. As I walked off she clearly knew that I was not happy and got house-keeping to bring some stuff to our room. She later complained that it was because we had the do not disturb sign on but that was only whilst we were at breakfast so no excuse as everyday the room was serviced and this is when it should be done.
The other very young man we dealt with on our last evening was lovely and bought tea and coffee up to our room.

Very close to the Messe show ground, and courtesy bus useful. Room was not clean, and chair had 2 large bad stains, bathroom had not been cleaned very well. No hot water, then no water at all, then all water fine between 0630am and 0700am. We've stayed in this hotel on our trip across the Europe. It's really easy to get to from A2 motorway (around 10 minutes drive) with easy & free parking in from of hotel. Staff at reception was very friendly and check-in only took about 1 minute. Our rooms were located on the bottom floor so there was a bit of noise from outside, but nothing of concern. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We were surprised about two things - no fridge in the room (we had medication that needed to stay cold) and also there was no tea/coffee in the room. Both of these points were addressed in the restaurant - they stored our medication in their fridge and gave us jug of tea to the room (tho we had to pay for it).
Food in the restaurant was ok (we had buffet), but rather on the expensive side. On the other note breakfast was very tasty with good choice of hot/cold food.
Overall very nice hotel, which, by the looks of things is more business focused then family orientated, but that didn't concern us.

Never again-Ramada should be ashamed!
This was the basic \"bait and switch\". I booked the Ramada Europa and when we arrived we were told there was a oversight and the hotel was overbooked. They moved us to another Ramada hotel (Brittiania) in an industrial park. Not even close to the Europa. I complained bitterly and finally got some (very little) relief on the room charges. We were not the only ones. Several people - almost everyone I talked to, had booked the Europa and had been moved. I won't book another Ramada ever due to this scam. Run-don't walk away from these guys!!

Frühstück top! Mit dem Personal hatten wir nicht viel Berührung, aber jene welche wir hatten war tadellos. Das Zimmer war an sich sauber, aber die Ausstattung hat inzwischen gelitten. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr einladend. Aber dafür ist der Preis auch nicht so hoch wie im Zentrum.

Enkel stopp på veien. De satt opp sovesofaen til en “seng”, men vedkommende visste ikke hvordan sofaen skulle slås ut. Det ble heller ikke lagt noe overmadrass på, kun laken. Dette var en “skinnsofa”, så lakenet låg ikke akkurat i ro. Det var bare 3 åringen som skulle ligge der, så mangel på overmadrass gikk ok. Uansett veldig rart. Fikk ikke svar på om det skulle være en madrass der heller.
