The hotel is under construction and kind of hard to even know where the front door is. Apparently they have been adding a 2nd tower for the past year. I canceled the other hotel I had because I liked that this hotel had a pool with a view of the city only to arrive and find out the pool was not open due to some accident they are doing construction on it. My kiddo was very sad that she wasn’t able to swim and enjoy the pool. Staff was nice and property is nice but definitely an eye soar with all the construction.

I stayed at Hotel Belo Grand in Morelia, and the view was absolutely incredible — you can see the whole city from the large windows. The location is also perfect, close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the historic center. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy the view day and night. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with one of the best views in Morelia!

Restaurant was closed, the pool was not available, one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel. I also didn’t know it was shared with a hospital. Too many people get in in the elevator, mainly people for hospital treatment.

Completely fantastic - nicest hotel room ever

The views of the city are absolutely jaw-dropping. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to see for miles and the hotel occupies the top two floors of the building so I imagine all the rooms get a great view. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home. Everything was in good condition. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Valet parking is just across the street and only cost 50 pesos (in July 2025).

There are lots of restaurants, Walmart Express, Sam's Club within a 5-10 min walk.

Two of the floors within a hospital is the hotel.

This hotel is within a hospital so unusual concept. Knowing this is helpful. Construction makes the entrance confusing. Great large room. Two sink bathroom. Minor complaint is no where to hang a towel near the shower.

I felt there need to be additional door for the bathroom. The windows need to be another set of curtains for privacy (duh to construction taking place next door). In the the pool area there was meeting taking place, so couldn’t enjoy it without making a lot of noise duh to respect of the meeting. But after they left the pool was more enjoyable and views were spectacular…

Nice hotel but kinda strange also as this is located in a hospital/medical clinics tower
The top 2 floors 14 and 15 are the hotel and check in is downstairs where the medical clinic check in is

there is no fob in elevators to restrict the general public going to the hotel floors where tje rooms are so get random people walking around found this part very strange and uneasy for security as anyone can walk around try and open your room door ect. Seen few people lost looking for a doctors or a clinic during my stay

Pool is dated and needs new tiles and fixing
No resturant on top floor also any more
BIG new tower being built and very close so can be bit noisier during working hours

Very good clean rooms and nice
Beds were very nice and comfortable
Showers have nice strength and hot

Great area and property. The rooms, rooftop, and views are amazing. The only downside is that is shares the lobby and elevators with a hospital and now due to construction after 9pm you have to exit and enter thru the emergency hospital entrance which is wierd especially if you’re coming back at 2am from a club and you have to share the elevator with someone in labor or a broken leg.

Although the room was very comfortable with great bedsheets and towels, the location is on top of a 12 story hospital/clinic. You are sharing the elevator with hospital patients. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or a restaurant. The pool is very unkept and has dozens of missing tiles.

Only the last 2 building floor are the hotel rooms in a hospital, where you have to be using the same elevators sometimes with sick people, there’s not restaurant in the hotel, we got confuse with patients when leaving or arrived.

En la habitación había cucarachas, en la regadera había cabellos y las toallas estaban húmedas. Pedí una plancha y estaba muy sucia.
El guardia de seguridad de la noche se portó grosero con nosotros, cuestionándonos por qué estábamos ahí y de qué habitación veníamos, y al preguntarle la razón de su cuestionamiento su respuesta fue “nada más”
Se escucha todo el ruido del pasillo y otras habitaciones.
Lo único que tengo que reconocer es la amabilidad del personal de limpieza y el recepcionista de la noche.

On top of a hospital and shared facility. Close to the America's shopping malll and American restaurants and Sam's club. The oly draw back of this hitel is its only 2 floors and it shares the building with the hospital. But you get underground free parking and your right in the middle of everything. You also get a view of the city as hotels floors are 14 and 15.

It’s basically a hospital with a hotel on the top floor. The room was nice but the AC did not work, they only have electricity outlets in one section of my room and calling the desk did not work at 7 am. The water also tasted weird and I did not enjoy my night. I was up by 4 am because I could not deal with the heat.

Great stay, the room was really comfortable and the pool deck is very pleasant. Facilities are very complete and maybe the bathroom (where the toilet is) is a little bit tight but is not a big issue. You share the elevator with hospital clients but it´s also not a big issue. I will return to this place with no doubt.

Good hotel, very comfortable room and attention from employees is great. The pool and upper deck is very pleasant and room view is awesome. The only inconvenient is that it is inside a hospital but I did not had any problem with that. I would stay again here if I come back to Morelia.

With this pandemic going on and this hotel seats on top of a busy hospital, sharing the tiny lobby with them.

The Hotel sits on top of Hospital Victoria but that doesn't deter from the noce rooms and location. Not to mention parking is in a garage with valet parking. Onlybdrop back is they don't have own restaurant but everything is close. They also have a laundry service just wish they kept bag and prices in closet. You'll have a 14 and 15 story view of the city and pool so why complain.

Location and attention to detail by staff. Used laundry services clothes done same day smelling beautiful. Just wish they had prices and bag in closet. Had issues with thermostat taken care of asap same with leaking shower head. Judith' the receptionist is a joy and is on top of everything. The fact that the hotel is on top of a hospital does not detour from sight and location. Stay here anytime.

Front desk should have English speaking people. I couldn't communicate with them at all and it was very annoying.. Also, the hotel part is the top 2 floors of a hospital and office space building and there isn't a dedicated elevator for the hotel guests. I waited upwards of 10-15 minutes at times to get on an elevator and once on it, it would stop at every floor regardless of whether or not people were waiting to get on or off each floor. Just the elevators alone is enough for me to not stay there again.

The hotel is nice and prices are good, the only problem with it is that the building is a hospital also so they divided the floors I think it goes all the way to 15 or 17 floors so the hospital is only from 1-4, the other thing is our taxi couldn't find the hotel because they all know that is a hospital we kept going around in circles the hotel needs to promote their entrance or name in front of the building. The other cons of these place is that they don't have a kitchen or in-room service of their own in the night their service is until 3pm after that the restaurant outside the hotel next to it takes over they have a menu if they don't just request one, the restaurant is a nice and the food is good, also the other thing I didn't like is like around 11pm my A/C stop working I kept turning the temperature down and it would work until the morning it started working again, and than I had a water leak in the windows seal the metal frame of the windows had a hole and you had rain outside and drops of water inside. Other than that is not bad view they have confortable beds and rooms are nice , clean and spacious the bathrooms have double sinks and nice views of the city plus a pool in the roof. I would like to stay there again if I go they just need to put More time to get those things fix.

As a last minute booking, I found out at arrival that this hotel is co-shared with a hospital (Same building, same elevators). Check-in was ok, although the reception desk is also shared with the hospital's check in. As you walk into the lobby the hospital look is overwhelming. Once checked in, the elevators are used for both guests and patients. Stops are made on the hospital floors on the way up to the hotel floors which are the top floors. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Some small details were missing from the rooms. Internet did not work during my whole stay. there were no clothes hangers in the closets and when asked, the staff brought me some regular dry cleaners wire hangers. Dining options are limited. You can eat in the lobby but there are not enough adequate tables and chairs to seat at...there is always room service and outside seating is available weather permitting. New adjacent restaurant opening soon.

No sirve la calefacción, la habitaciom con fallas, manijas, etc, no cobijas adicionales, el elevador compartido con el.hospital tienes que hacer fila para subir, no servia la terminal, la cama mapa el colchon viejo, amenidades un jabon y shampoo, para una noche de 1450 pesos no lo vale, construcciones y todo cerrado, estacionamiento con costo adicional y fuera del hotel

La habitación era un horno, súper calurosa, el aire acondicionado es muy pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación. No recomiendo acudir en época de calor
Había cucarachas en el baño y la alfombra se veía muy sucia, encontramos tenazas de un animal que al parecer era un alacrán. La alberca estaba súper fria

Había cucarachas en el lavamanos, me di cuenta antes de dejar mi cepillo de dientes y me tocó regresar todos mis artículos de aseo a la maleta. Buscando un conector para mis cargadores, encontré basura (tapas de botellas) debajo de la cama, indicador de que no asean correctamente. Las almohadas están hechas bolas por dentro, pésima calidad.

Creo que deberían mencionar que el hotel esta en una torre médica/ hospital. Nada recomendado para hospedarte con hijos por la exposición a áreas comunes de la zona médica. Posiblemente es la mejor opción si realmente a lo que vas es a alguna cita médica y/o visitar a alguien del hospital.

Pregunté en lobby si había algún tipo de servicio de cocina y me comentaron que no. Pero ese mismo día vi como otras personas usaron la terraza del hotel y les llevaron el desayuno. Si bien no hay servicio oficial del.hotel creo que podrían brindarnos esas opciones externas.

El hotel forma parte de un edificio que es UN HOSPITAL, es decir que entras al hospital y uno de los pisos es el hotel. Además hay una construcción a un lado que impide encontrar la entrada. De todo esto no se informa en su página.

Todo muy bien con la habitación y el personal amable. Solo que las instalaciones del área de la alberca en muy malas condiciones, ya que tenía demasiados insectos vivos y el agua se veía demasiado sucia. Le hace falta mantenimiento y que la limpien porque el material ya se estaba despegando.

No cuentan con estacionamiento propio, hay que cruzar la calle en un edificio en construcción para llegar a un estacionamiento donde según tienen convenio pero tienes que pagar por noche, tienes que cargar tu equipaje hasta el hotel, o si vienes en tacones es un problema. No tienen entrada habilitada para maletas o dispacitados, son solo escaleras.

Lá alberca en el techo es increíble. Varios lugares para desayunar, comer, cenar y salir de fiesta cerca. Espacio las Américas queda prácticamente caminando y está en una zona con muchas rutas de transporte público.
