Lovely spacious rooms with comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Nice veranda as well! Room downsides, low quality toiletries. Great reception and room cleaning staff, restaurant staff not quite as friendly. Hotel location great, restaurant/bar misses a trick, could be wonderful. Pool good but really uncomfortable sunbeds and glasses/food not cleared up, limited sunbeds that are ‘reserved’ which is infuriating. Overall it’s good, but could be amazing.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. There are lots of options for breakfast. There is a good selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. The lunch and dinner menus offered a wide variety of food.
The reception desk can help you book excursions and they have scooters to rent also. There is a variety of restaurants a short walk from the resort.
Our room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable! We look forward to pur next visit.

We loved this property! My only regret is how rocky the beach is. I love to dive into the waves but there are many rocks and coral that you can’t see under the water that makes it a little dangerous.
The staff is amazing.
The accommodations are spacious and very clean and maintained.
The pool is awesome.
Highly recommend.

The room upgrade we were given was very nice with plenty of space for 3 of us. The resort itself could use a refresh as the towels, pool chairs and everyday items just seemed old and tired. The pillows were also not great. The breakfast that was included was good with fresh fruit but the egg options were not very tasty.

Our family came back from this property after staying for 4 nights. We enjoyed it so much, we stayed another night (after deciding not to go to Ao Nang for our last night).

The staff at the front desk were always helpful and lovely. I thought that the staff at the breakfast buffet could smile a little more - that's all but that is just me being picky.

Check-in was quick and staff were super helpful.
The staff went above and beyond and kindly decorated the room to surprise my partner for his birthday.
The staff and service are amazing. Nong, Prasand and Muang provide excellent customer service on reception responding quickly to my requests. All the staff, gardeners, cleaners etc were so friendly and helpful.
Cleaning was of an exceptionally high standard.
The room was freshly decorated with a very comfy bed. I stayed in one of the semi detached bungalows. These are lovely although sound proofing is poor so you can hear much of the normal living sounds in the adjacent room.
The resort is located on a beautiful beach. It has a lovely pool too.
Breakfast had a great variety including Thai food, although the Thai food lacked authentic flavour. The restaurant staff were super accommodating and helpful.
There are good restaurants and shops in walking distance, 15 minutes or less.

Stayed for a week in Lanta Casa Blanca, bungalow was very spacious, but no room for storage, also the shower could have been bit powerful. Also the setting was bit odd, at night if blinds were not closed properly, people were walking around very close, some of the bungalows were even facing each other.
Breakfast was great, loved the thai made roti's, beach was really nice, could have done with more seats and umbrellas...
There was lots of small restaurants on the beach, really great food and very cheap, also shops nearby to hire bikes to explore amazing Koh Lanta.
Overall good base to explore the island and chill on the beach.

En jättefin resort allt kändes nytt genomtänkt, rymliga villor med stora verandor, rent och välstädat sköna sängar.Bra frukost men inget överflöd, fanns vad man behöver bra kvalitet på råvarorna. Om man ska påpeka något så är det att det var för få solstolar, dom gick tyvärr inte att fälla så man kunde inte ligga på mage, fanns gott om plats för fler på hotell området mellan poolen och stranden, gärna fler parasoller eftersom det inte var så mycket naturlig skugga från träden.Stranden är lugn något stenig men utan problem att gå i och
bada. Bra mat på boendet även några strandrestauranger med bra mat som alternativ.
Här är lugnt och allt stänger ganska tidigt.
Familjevänlig resort men vi som reste som ett par utan barn kände ändå att det var en lugn och skön miljö.Kommer gärna tillbaka hit igen!

So impressed with this resort! Beautiful grounds, bungalows & facilities. The beach is absolutely stunning with perfect clear warm swimming & soft white sand. The staff are so lovely from the front desk all the way to the cleaners. We loved our bungalow with our own covered lanai. Super big comfy bed. Good breakfast in the morning with options of Western or Asian. Felt spoilt & pampered. Highly recommend.

Our Family Unit was fantastic. Having our own pool was definately a bonus however this accommodation was not cheap but was quite modern for the location. Staff were very friendly and always there to help. We enjoyed our time there and the beach was great for swimming. We ate and drank most of the time at the restaurant at the Resort as the prices were not much different to most other restaurants around. Scooters are definately the way to get around and can be hired directly from the Lobby. I would definately go back again.

- Gym is rubbish, really small and poorly equipped. Not state of the art in any way. E.g. Bench press goes up to 10kg! There were kids in there 3 times that we went

Generously sized bungalows, a huge pool, very clean and well kept up facilities. The location is pretty good if you’re looking for a bit quieter experience, but don’t want to be way down at the south end of the island. Sort of in between the more populous areas to the north and to the south, but still plenty of food options nearby.

I was going to say to not bother with buying the breakfast here, but the last two days the Asian items really stepped up in quality. On our last day here, the wait staff had noticed that I usually got two servings in the little bowls, and had a nice medium sized bowl ready for me. A small thing, right? But shows attention to detail.

Would seriously consider staying here, should I return to Ko Lanta.

Beautiful resort with great rooms all made up to an impressive standard and with great facilities. The pool and closeness to a gorgeous beach was wonderful. Breakfast was great quality and the staff were just wonderful. The pool can get busy and noisy with families during the day but you always have the beach to escape to. A few more sun loungers for the beach would make things better as it can get full quickly but they do provide big beach bean bags to cope with more people than the sun loungers can accommodate. The on site massage was great too. A great place to base yourself for the beauty of Koh Lanta and had some amazing restaurants within walking distance to try as well as all the nearby beach bars that definitely made the nights magical too.

The room decor is aesthetically appealing. Plenty of power points, great shower room. Very little storage. Bed excellent. Large safe.
Reception efficient. Breakfast staff ok. Don’t expect good eggs (training needed). Area between the pool and the beach scruffy with a mixture of single position sunbeds and old poor quality types.
Pool very good but spoiled by tacky laminated signs dictating towel rules no one obeys.
Beach with its sunsets and authentic long tail working boats is incredible. Take the trouble to walk left and see the next two coves too.
420 an open option but no one pushes it and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable.
(Don’t take the flip flops with you from the room: they aren’t free:-/)

Great hotel with modern, clean bungalows in a lovely setting. Great pool, clean beach and ocean. Nice gardens, but could do with a little more shade / trees around the pool. Plenty of dining options within walking distance and loads of cheap tuktuks etc if you want to go further. There is a really excellent restaurant called Kindee right by the entrance of the hotel. The Asian fusion food was awesome. And if you tire of Thai food, the pizzas at Loro Loco on the road behind long Beach are superb. Definitely recommended

Not the property’s fault but I’d suggest to rent a scooter elsewhere as the service lady beside the reception who rents them was not helpful nor spoke English nor cared that I was using a translating app to aid her in our questions and we first got a bike that wouldn’t start then another bike came completely empty on fuel and they could care less. Just be warned about the bikes they have.. there’s 2 only haha

Clean, well taken care of, relaxing, location was fantastic for what we wanted (right on a swimmable pretty beach, quiet, yet walkable to other restaurants and accessible to 7-eleven etc..), food at hotel restaurant was delicious for lunch and dinner (breakfast on the other hand was very basic and could use some improvement)
Front desk staff’s English could be better.

Fyi, A reference is made in the room to the hotel gift shop but it turns out there is no hotel gift shop.

One huge negative is Friday night. If you stay in the family rooms, on Friday night the noise behind you is unbearable as there is a very loud bar back there- blaring music and loud patrons. Our whole family slept terribly that night, which of course affected our next day. Brought this up to the hotel staff but all they said was sorry and that it wouldn’t happen the next night.

Overall a great place to stay but I would not stay there on a Friday night if you are in the family villas.

Best stay we had out of 5 cities in Thailand

We stayed in 5 different cities in Thailand and this was by far the best place we stayed. We could not believe the amount of thought they placed into making this place. We constantly would say how they thought of all the little details. The room was spacious, clean and convenient. We stepped out and the pool was right there. The beach, restaurant, and beach-side massage area was within a 5 minute walk from our spot. The room had great wifi and the TV was equipped with netflix so it was nice to have an option like that when most other places only have Thai channels. The A/C worked great and we had a fridge and complimentary water. The room provided beach basket, beach towels, umbrellas, flash lights, and a safety deposit box. The bathroom was great with hot water and all the amenities provided including bathroom slippers and robes. The infinity pool was clean and had various options to sit by the pool or sit in the pool chairs. The reception was great as we were greeted with a cold towel and some refreshing butterfly pea tea water. They even set up a taxi to come pick us up from the lobby and the next morning a member of their staff came to pick up our luggage and place it in the taxi without us asking. Great place, great service and great overall stay!
