Booked a superior room, NOTTT, no extras at ALL, rm 109 , not even toilet paper holder. Very disappointed. Old neglected, thin metal bathroom door, toilet did not flush.
Needs a lot of upgrading, pool loungers dilapidated & extras can’t be worth mentioning. There are a lot nicer places to book stay at for your money.
Not recommended.

The hotel is extremely dated and not kept well. The toilet smelt like sewage, the bedding was dirty and the shower didn’t run properly. The hotel could do with a full renovation. I would not advise staying if you are a couple on holiday, it seems more Ideal for longer stays. The pool and shared toilets were clean.

However the staff were extremely friendly and dealt with issues promptly. Kasmina was lovely and very professional and gave suggestions of what to do in the area.

The property itself looked tired. It has potential to be a fantastic hotel. When we first arrived I was shocked compared to looking at photos of the hotel when I booked. It’s badly finished, for example paint is flicking off, reception looked messy, not to mention the hundreds of pairs of flip flops you have to climb over to actually get to the reception/restaurant. Our balcony had no chairs and was smothered in cat litter. I sat down in the empty restaurant one day and ordered a chicken Pad Thai which took 40 minutes to come out although I was the only customer and there were two people working behind the bar and kitchen. Our group of 8 ordered food one morning which when cooked was left on the bar table for a good 5 minutes before the waitress actually decided to bring it over. While it was sat on the bar table I could see flies hovering around our food which was really off-putting. My friends standard room was just awfully dirty. The shower room was so dirty she mentioned she had to wear flip flops in the shower. The shower vent was full of mosquitoes and hanging in rust. Mould on the grout around the sink. Eventually our group of eight decided to check out one day early. The roof top bar is about the best feature. All in all I would say photos of this hotel are deceiving. It’s quite dirty and probably the worst out of the 8 hotels I stayed in whilst in Thailand.

Clean and modern rooms. Muay Thai training onsite - lots of classes and good instructors. Location is 300m from main road, which we preferred because it was quieter and less busy. Nice pool. The only thing that was less than ideal was the poor tv reception and wifi connection.

Almost perfect place to stay. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's about an 18 minute walk to the beach only downside is that the first room we booked was full of bugs but onc we upgraded everything was fine. Book the suite not the \"superior room\". Also they have a sign saying that you have to pay to use the pool but nobody charged us

Great hotel! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved this hotel! Bed was super comfy and our room was spacious and clean with AC and hot water. We loved the pool, it was so refreshing to swim in and was also kept very clean. Staff were very nice, though sometimes it was hard to find someone to help us at front desk.
Only downside is maybe the rooms could be fixed up a bit more. Although the room was extremely clean, there was wood peeling off the closet door, signs falling, our sink was extremely loose and the toilet would run non-stop. It didn’t affect us a whole lot, but it wouldn’t be hard to fix the issues.
The location is great, less than a 5 min walk to stores, restaurants and the beach. Overall we loved the place and would go back in a heartbeat!

Disappointing stay.

We booked the deluxe double room, when we arrived we noticed some bugs in the bathroom, the reception staff gave us bug spray which seemed to sort out the problem. However when we went to bed we found a large cockroach and we had to go to sleep with a glass on it. In the morning we found around 6 dead baby cockroaches on the floor and asked reception if we could move to a cleaner room. They originally told us they did not have a room for us, we asked one of the staff to come and look at the cockroaches, after she did this the reception manager then came to inspect the room. We were moved and upgraded to a superior room, initially this room was fine, however the shower was cold. On our last night we came back to the room and found 2 large cockroaches, 1 small cockroach and a lizzard the room. We ended up having to go downstairs and ask for more glasses from the bar in order to trap the cockroaches. When we left and handed back in our key, I explained to one of the owners about the cockroaches and he seemed to just joke it off and say they would get rid of them. We didn’t receive an apology and he didn’t seem too fussed. Despite the owners being welcoming the hotel itself is poorly finished not clean. The fact we had cockroaches in more than one room is evidence of a problem. There was also renovation work going on by the poolside which we were not aware of when booking. Additionally the hotel is not near to anything and the gym is only free weights.

We stayed in the older section of the hotel at a great price.. the room was big and clean.. comfortable bed
WiFi was not great in the room.. bathroom had loose tiles and
in need of upgrading.. pool was very big but they had trouble maintaining it 'green algae'.. there was a Muai Thai gym on site available.. A 8 min walk away were many different restaurants another +3 min to the beach..
Overall for the price it was okay..
.. would stay again..

Perhaps slightly harsh, but the pool being a murky green really hurt the review score here. Admittedly one of the main reasons for booking here was the good sized pool so it has probably tainted my view, but not being able to see past your hand with goggles on was pretty disappointing.

I had a poolside room which was excellent - good size (more like and apartment), quiet and ok shower. Plenty of sun loungers and a restaurant, fairly friendly staff - especially the Swedish owners. Comments about the track to get to the hotel are a bit wide of the mark though - there is a road/track but this is typical of Koh Lanta and there were lights along it. I’d recommend getting a motorbike whilst here anyway as it’s the easiest way to see the island.

There was, however, a kids party which overtook the place for a whole afternoon without warning so my afternoon of chilling by the pool was a non-event.

They were trying to clean up the pool and seemed to be making progress slowly, but I moved to a place with a cleaner pool for my last week (Lanta Infinity). If they got it sorted it’s an easy 4 Star review, 5 without the kids party!

Not the best but great location

Location was good, near restaurants and bars if you're willing to walk 5 minutes to the main road. Besides that, the staff had poor English and couldn't help me and my rooms was not the cleanest of them. There was mucus on the toilet seat.

The closest beach is full of rocks so bring your water shows. Besides that the hotel has a pool that is great to swim and relax.

Nice cozy hotel, just nice for my small family. Kids loved the pool n the house cats. Place is of the main road, definitely need car or tuk tuk. Room spacious, nice living hall also nice view. Only thing is I wish they would mill and wipe down the room more frequently. Out of the 6 days we were there they only did it once. Floors were rather sticky especially with young kids. We did mentioned to them but not sure if they understood our needs. Also breakfast was rather boring. They have 4 diff choices to choose from but would rather have a wider variety, maybe can offer some local flavors on top of the continental n American breakfast offered. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful Place

This is a wonderful hotel if you like quite and to have a pool. It is gorgeous, small, has wonderful and friendly staff and located by the Relax Bay which is one of my favorite places in Koh Lanta. There are people who stay there for months so it has a homey feel. Did I mention they have a Muay Thai Gym? Yes!

I consider my stay here as one of the best in Thailand because of overall experience.

Motorbike is a good solution to getting in and out since the road leads you around the hotel first due to trees and etc. but you'll need it anyway in Koh Lanta because the island is so big and there is lots of things to see.

Great stay - this is a great find - bargain

New hotel - exceptional value - you need to understand is just off the main road by partially lit dirt road - if we can do it with a 7 year old anyone can !!!!! Take a torch.... No real significant noise from Thai boxing next door - 6 min walk to main Rd..... Great room - great breakfast - nice staff - great pool. I don't know what people expect for their money but you won't get better value than this - short walk down to beach from main Rd - 10 mins total...... I don't know how anyone can complain about this property at the prices rooms are at. We stay in 1 up to 5 star hotels and have traveled globally extensively and in Asia and the Pacific extensively. Enjoy your stay....

Clean and cheap during low season. It's not next to the beach but okay if you rent a motorcycle for 200baht/day at the hotel. Polite and helpful staff. There was no housekeeping during our stay (3 nights). Realy good pool.

Good only for 24/7 Muay Thai trainiees

We only booked this hotel cause we were looking for Mauy Thai training facility. Hotel is not bad, but I am sure there are better ones around. No beach access but nice pool (needs more chlorine for sure). Would I stay there again, NO. They give no deals for people staying at their hotel to use their training facility. You pay same fees as an outsider for the training, so I suggest stay somewhere else with beach front to enjoy the ocean then jump on your scooter to go train.

Food was bad, breakfast was horrible and no real coffee, instant one. You pay a lot for a latte and it's cold.

Pathway to hotel is very dangerous, not only not paved but with rocks and potholes, you need to be very careful when driving in or out on your scooter. You do need a scooter otherwise it get expensive to connect to the outside world.

Rooms are good and clean in general, It is a new facility. Staff are great and friendly.

Should be good once it is finished...

We had a 2 bed apartment, lovely rooms and all new with smart TV in lounge and 1 bedroom. Pool is fine although as a 'Sport Resort' you have it share it with a scuba school fairly regularly and one day it was taken over by a freediving competition. A bit of a walk down dusty roads to get to the beach but if you have transport that is not an issue. Breakfast is average at best and other than that no other food was available. If you are on foot and want the beach look elsewhere but for a really very nice suite type apartment it's worth a look.

Well designed, friendly new hotel good value.

Brand new hotel, open less than one month. Needs some fitments to make the stay wonderful, and easily rectified. Examples clothes hangars, hooks on the balcony etc...Road to hotel needs lighting. Loved the Studio idea, walking out to the patio and infinity pool. A great pool for families and serious swimmers. Relaxing getaway location we would like to return to. Management friendly and working really hard to establish this 14 room new hotel, well done. It's away from the main road and beach suggest to rent a moped to really enjoy this picturesque island getaway.

Amazing hotel, everything you want and in style

It is very evident that this hotel is brand new. Everything is sparkling clean, and the hotel staff, in addition to speaking very good English, are happy to quickly help you out with anything you may want or require. The hotel location is maybe 200m up a dirt side road, still very much in the middle of everything, however without the noise that accompanies it. My only let down was that I couldn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay on Koh Lanta

The apartment was really lovely, nice spacious balcony with self catering in the 2 bedroom apartment.
One thing to add the resort is great if you are planning to visit the gym/boxing stadium otherwise its not peaceful as the training starts in the morning and throughout the day and evening, you can't sit outside peacefully as the gym has no doors, even with the doors closed you can hear the boxing whilst you are asleep as they tend to start at 07:30.
The resort only opened in December so they haven't really got it together, no hairdryer in the room, no umbrellas by the sun beds by the pool (only 6 sunbeds), we tried to order food on two occassions and was ignored twice so we gave up and ate outside.
Breakfast is not included and none of the rooms have sea view although the booking says it does. No hot water for 5 days.
Some improvements to be made.
Overall really lovely and complete apartment, top quality

Thaiboxningen var av högsta klass och rekommenderas verkligen till dom med erfarenhet på tävlingsnivå.

Det som var mindre bra var personalen som hade svårt med engelskan, och att ta beställningar. Samt att städningen hade lite lite mer att önska. Men Camilla som driver hotellet var väldigt bra och tillmötesgående.

Ett trevligt hotell med en särskild känsla som få andra hotell har. Jag vill starkt rekommendera restaurangen på taket. Fantastiskt vackert i solnedgången och svalt och tyst på kvällen. Jättebra service, liten meny men med mycket bra kvalitet på maten.
Vi fick en överlag mycket positiv uppfattning så vi vill gärna rekommendera det till andra.
Litet minus för glasdörr till toan som kändes klart olustigt. Men det löste vi med ett lakan för dörren.Bra pool.

Första intrycket var ett övergivet hotell långt in på en grusväg som knäppt taxikunds köra på då den var i så dåligt skick. Väll framme fanns det ingen tydlig reception och hotell personalen gick förbi utan att hälsa en välkomna. När vi fått våra 2 rum är ett i så dåligt skick att det inte ens går att vistas i rummet. Efter mycket problem får vi tillslut ett familjerum som var i ok skick. Ingen i personalen förstår ett ord engelska vilket gör att man enbart blir irriterad. Frukosten patetiskt (ett stekt ägg,en prinskorv, en torr tjock skinkbit och en rostad macka. Det här hotellet passar folk som inte är kräsna men det är definitivt inte 4 stjärnigt!

Schysst hotell med lite små brister.

Ett väldigt fint hotell när det kommer till de vanliga rummen i \"huvudbyggnaden\". Har man ett gymrum som jag hade är standarden lite lägre men det är inget att klaga över. Rummen städas varje dag om man vill. Var där i tre veckor och allting fungerade, efter ett tag. Hade inget varmvatten när jag kom men efter att jag pratade med hotellägaren, som är extremt trevlig och hjälpsam, fixades det fort. Vissa detaljer i rummet skulle skulle kanske behöva fixas men inget drastiskt fel. Skulle utan problem kunna bo här igen i framtiden utan problem.

Gefallen: Sehr netter Gastgeber und nette Angestellte. Tolle Rooftopbar, von der ich leider nur zufällig erfahren habe. Pool ist auch ok.

Nicht gefallen: leider hatte ich ein „Garagen“- Appartment, zumindest würde ich es so nennen, und war nicht im Haupthaus. Das wäre grundsätzlich ok, denn auch hier hat man viel Platz im Zimmer. Leider hatte ich auch 2 mal fette Kakerlaken, eine riesen Spinne ok kann alles mal passieren in dieser Region und zu guter Letzt noch eine Schnecke die aus dem Abfluss der Dusche hochkroch. Letzteres sollte nicht der Fall sein! Zumal der Abfluss einfach nur ein Loch war auf dem ein Blech mit Löchern lag, das durch die Schnecke locker gehoben wurde.
Ich würde das Hotel nur buchen, dennoch die Garantie hätte uns Haupthaus zu kommen.

Det finns bättre, Boka inte!

Det började med den steniga och håliga vägen in till hotellet, redan då började jag ana oråd, trodde att hjärtat skulle hoppa av pg a denna steniga och håliga väg. Fick ett rum.utan fönster med massa småkryp och trasiga skåp. Fick ett nytt vid poolen som var ok. Sen insåg jag så smått att jag verkade vara ensam eller iaf en av få som boode där, jag såg ingen annan.Beställde mat och fick då veta att allt fanns inte i menyn\"only chicken\" och portionen jag sen fick var den minsta jag fått på länge. Jag var medveten om lågsäsong men det kändes som att komma till ett land för sig själv, öde och trist. Jag hade bokat 3 nätter men valde redan dagen efter att lämna.
Ångrar att jag bokade detta då jag vet att det finns så många bättre hotell på ön. Och hotellet 4 stjärnor är till att lura folk, vet inte hur det gick till när de fick dom. Boka aldrig detta hotell, det finns bättre.

To begin, it’s a liar publicity!! It’s not a 4stars but a 3stars!
Il was horrible, dirty, we reserved the superior room, when I arrived in this room I was scared !!!!!
I ask to the réception an other better room, they give us the room just near to the réception for 500bath more...
NO HOT WATER, the room was DIRTY, (I have goy photos) when I tell to the réception, the man says that I was a liar!!
We reserved the room with breakfast, the receptionnist tell me that it was no possible!!!! I PAID IT !!!
It’s very very expensive for this horrible hôtel !!!

Skønt sted, med virkelig hjælpsom personale. Ejeren var virkelig hjælpsom og gav os mulighed for en ekstra nat, selvom vi ikke havde booket det, og alt var booket. Skøn pool, god mad, gode senge. Alt var godt.

Chambre sans fenêtre, incompréhension à l’accueil

La chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre...peu isolée on entend chaque conversation des voisins ou de ceux qui passent au corridor; des saletés trouvées au bord du lit et sous le lit en arrivant restées durant les 2 semaines, literie et linges de bain avec passablement de taches “propres”. Problèmes récurrents d’eau chaude ou même froide.. À l’accueil, pourtant agréable, on se comprend ou pas avec un anglais d’un niveau même pas scolaire. Attendu dehors par 37degrés plus de 2 h pour entrer en chambre, après un voyage de 36h... Dommage parce qu’autrement le cadre est plutôt fonctionnel et retiré. Très calme si on ne donne pas côté de la salle de sport. Situation au milieu de l’Île facilitant les vadrouilles. Scooters avec casque en location à un prix très correct, mais étant proposés même carburant sur la réserve (aucune vérification ni au début ni en fin de location, certains casques défectueux). Jolie piscine bordée d’une terrasse bien ombragée. Bonne option pour petit budget.

Pire nuit de sommeil de notre voyage en Thaïlande

L’eau s’infiltrait par l’air conditionné et la porte principale laissait passer les fourmis. Il a fallu mettre une serviette sous la porte pour rendre la chose moins pire mais sans résultat concret.
Site à l’ecart il faut passer par un champs pour y accéder...
Seul bon point la piscine et le service de buanderie sur place.
Le personnel ne parle pas vraiment anglais mise à part le gestionnaire.
Hôtel à recommander seulement aux personnes qui désire perfectionner ou appprendre le muy thaï.

Prisvärt hotell med ett supermysigt poolområde. På kvällarna var solnedgången magisk därifrån. Glada och trevliga ägare! Den enda nackdelen var att personalen i restaurangen hade svårt att förstå engelska, så vi fick en felbeställning, men det gjorde inte just oss något, men det är värre om någon med allergier skulle få det. I stort så är vi supernöjda och skulle kunna tänka oss att åka tillbaka :)

En arrivant j'ai été accueilli froidement sachant que j'avais payer 3 nuits avec petit dej mais ils m ont dit qu'il y avais une seule nuit sans p'tit dej incroyable de plus ils m'ont donner une chambre type F1 en France sale cable électrique apparent serviete tachetee et j'en passe . Hôtel très tres loin de la plage au milieu de nullepart . J'ai demander un remboursement ils ont refuser. J'ai fait un départ 15min plus tard j'ai pris un hôtel en bord de mer bungalow super propre et relax et 4 fois moins cher ... en rentrant en France je vais envoyer les photos au site et demander un remboursement intégral

Sød og venligt personale. Receptionen hjælper dig med alt feks leje af scooter. Vasketøj.
Morgenmaden er fin. Lækker pool område.
Flinke svenske mannager. Godt til børnefamilier.
