Lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the facilities were brilliant. Really enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna / steam room as well as the massages at the spa. Only feedback would be to have better AC in the hotel rooms as even In Feb the room was getting incredibly warm especially at night.

Vety good hotell excellent service. Omly criticisms are totally deprndent on people using mobile phones for any hotel information. Not a single item in orinted form othet thsn if having an a lat certe meal when a orpier written menu is given out. No directional signs anywhere in hotel. No toilets in the msin foyer are all are only assessible by staires only. Finslly there are no chairs availabke to sit on on the beach only sunbeds. The sunbeds are too low for people mobility to use!!!!

The Staff were always extremely attentive and helpful.
The only drawback is that there are insufficient rooms in the Hotel to accommodate guests who have disabilities and require additional aids in the bathroom (particularly a Shower Seat and Grab Rails on each side of the toilet). In fact, it appears they have only one room containing such aids. I questioned this with one of the Managers, but he never reverted to me. So, I do not know whether he is (or will be) reviewing the situation.

Great property, recently updated with a light and bright aspect. After we arrived we decided to opt for a larger room and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Our very large balcony had a jacuzzi/ spa, sofas, chairs, and loungers - perfect for relaxing after a day out/ at the pool area.

Pool area was gorgeous, with various pool options, including one with a swim-up bar, was not at all crowded eventhough we were there in peak season and service was good.

Particularly loved the dining. Yacht club offered excellent choices - great buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner was excellent too. Whole family was happy, even the more discerning eaters.

Lovely hotel with a great pool and private beach. Plenty of sunbeds that can be reserved for duration of your stay. Shallow and sandy beach which is great for swimming. Food was excellent and varied. Staff were great and friendly. Rooms was comfortable apart from air conditioning, which wasn’t good and could do with an upgrade. Plenty of parking. Didn’t venture to local area but saw a supermarket close by. Would recommend.

Great value luxury, but needing a few touch ups.

Lovely hotel, but in need of an update here and there given it’s a five star resort. Great quality room with lots of space. Lovely places to eat and choice of bars. Lots of room outside too: private beach loungers, large pool, tennis courts etc. Has a nice indoor pool too for the cooler months, and the gym is large for a hotel - several treadmills, a cross trainer and bikes, plus large selection of resistance machines and free weights.

A few areas could do with a bit of attention or refurb - e.g. some mould and tired grouting in changing rooms; old model TV in room with washed out colour; aging mirror with marked up edges and some cracking in tiles in bathroom. It isn’t major by any stretch, but the small details add up when it’s marketed and charged at a five star premium.

Food was very good; range of choice at buffets and decent a la cart menu too. Food and drink all quite reasonably priced for a resort - lunch or dinner would set you back €15-30 per person before drinks.

Denied one room upon checkin for 3 rooms confirmed

We have three of us Check in and they night auditor only said we had two rooms available so our other work Colleague had to go to another hotel I had to drive him 15 minutes after I checked in.
Very disappointed after booking and had 3 rooms reserved
Upon checkout the front desk advised they had three rooms I said that's fantastic but at the time of check in at 2 am that didn't help and we were there for two nights and had advised them we were delayed inbound into
laranca.
So had to spend an additional two nights in hotel fees
Very disappointed other than that hotel was nice and clean.

All restaurants in the area are bad (bad food, price relatively high).
No worries if you rent a car.
In my mind, the prices are very high for what you get.

I would rate this hotel as the facilities, staff etc are all very good. However there is very little in the immediate vicinity. Therefore I spent most of my stay at the hotel. Would have been nice to have more within walking distance to see. If you want to unwind on the beach or by the pool it’s perfect (on my visit a bit unlucky that the weather wasn’t ideal for this)

We stayed at the hotel twice, for one night, at the start and end of a trip. The scores would have been better if this were based on the second visit. On the first visit the staff were surly and generally unhelpful, this was not the case on the second visit, so the balanced score was 3 (average). Cyprus hotels need to stop closing restaurants at this end of the season. People visit hotels to use the facilities not be told they are closed as was the case for us. Saying that the restaurants immediately walkable are fine for all different price points, and all cheaper than the hotels. The grass around the pool area needs better maintenance and the beds are tired an uncomfortable. Renovated rooms are nice. We had a junior suite which had a lovely big balcony and hot tub as well as sun beds (again not very comfortable). Room had all one needed and was clean. No bath but a large shower. The mini bar is emptied on purpose although you can get it filled up. A weird one was when I asked reception about some ice I was told in the same surly tone I would be charged 2 euros for it! Room Service did NOT make any charged. This might be linked to the all inclusive package?

We booked a double sea view room due to the fact we was only staying one night this time. We said if we liked it we would book when we came back in March. Very disappointed, the room as clean as it should have been and the bath had a crack with all brown colouring on it! The over the bath show was stained, the room and balcony was so small. But on checkin early hours the man on reception was lovely and very helpful. On check out it was ok!
Just to add we tried to order coffee to the room and some food but no one answered the phone either my partner had to go downstairs to reception.

Great Hotel in general in terms of facilities and cleanliness! Shame the staff/management are not that friendly. Only had one of the manager come and say hi on one day. Rest of the time was moody not approaching at all. No one smiled despite me smiling all the time. Not very veggie friendly. Lived on salad rice and potato and bread. No vegan protein/plant based at all. All carbs. Food in the buffet was cold every time we went for lunch and dinner. There was no consideration for veggie/vegan guest as other guest were picking food with their hands and tongue provided were used in meat dishes and then put into veggie/vegan dishes. Dishes were not labelled correctly. I had to ask every time what was veggie and what was meat. Staff were not approachable at all they seemed so miserable and not friendly at all. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this hotel is defo not 5 star. I won’t be staying there again. Cleaning staff were great. One gentleman working in the restaurant serving was absolutely delightful and he couldn’t do much more for us. The hotel need more staff like that. Very disappointed. The veggie friendly description on the hotels page needs to be removed as defo not veggie friendly.

Was an ok stay, service in the restaurant lacking! Food was ok, although seemed lunchtime food was served again as another dish in the evening which didn’t taste good!
In door pool area wasn’t cleaned regularly and you could see all the cobwebs/dust under the beds around the pool area!
I can imagine in high season a better hotel which more food options and places to eat but was fine for a few days stay.

Breakfast was amazing with too many options. Definitely get the breakfast with the room. It is worth every penny. Beach is easily accessible with multiple available activities like jet ski. The only comment I have is that if you have thick hair, bring your own hair dryer with you.

Front desk was their downfall. Things were unorganized and chaotic. The carpeting in the hallways and sofas in the rooms were stained pretty badly. Lots of kids and noise. The restaurant’s were pretty good. The partial view suite had a balcony that was double the size of the full sea view suite! This hotel was fine for one night but I don’t think I’d spend my vacation here.

Everything was organized up to scratch in terms of adapting to COVID-19 requirements. The property was a 5 star but not the rooms. The zircon was very poor and was the same temperature all the time you could not turn it up. They need to have some kind of system at breakfast as we only went up to get our breakfast and when came back they had cleared the table and other people where sitting at our table (we were waiting for an omelette to be cooked a lot of people waiting) I did say this to the staff they said put your key on the table I was not going to put my hotel key on the table for someone to take it! The next day this happened again the tea was still brewing and they cleared the table. The next time we had to go separate. This is my only comment I would make.

Want a hot hot tub????

I booked the stay and paid. But the very welcoming receptionist spoke to and dealt with my husband. I was ignored. It was dark when we arrived, we wanted a dip in the hot tub. There was only one dim right over the sliding doors and none in the hot tub. The water was almost too hot to use. I could not stay in it. There was a spare piece in the bottom. Next day we wanted a quiet day. Three times housekeeping came in to ask if all was well. The fourth time my husband shouted at them to go away. The fridge was really difficult to open and the pipe fell off the hairdryer. Getting coffee at breakfast was difficult. A bit of a shortage of staff? We have stayed in this hotel three times before with excellent stays. So this time a bit disappointing. We live fairly close by but had been on a difficult business trip so just wanted peace and quiet and a working efficient hot tub. It was not all right!!!!

this is a great place to stay - the staff could not do enough for you. the service quality was the best part of the hotel. The rooms are not the most up to date. and the beds are not good but they provided special top mattresses to the sleep was comfortable. Yes, I will visit again as it is good value - the sea view rooms are worth the extra cost. the Tennis courts are very good, we played every day!

Shabby ,thick layer of dust under bed , hallway smells like a badly kept care home. more of a 3 star hotel not 5 star in service ,facilities ,food or ambiance. Mini bar never restocked in 14 days. rooms not done, somedays till 4pm. Stay anywhere else, it really can not be worse . We were told it had a makeover 30 years ago and it shows. Great location in terms of beach. And accibilty to Dow down promenade. 12 euro cab ride each way. 25 euro to airport. You have the option to take bus for 1.50 Euro.

Pool staff very friendly. Eats are good too! If you can, book one of the suites. Fantastic views and balconies.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Its not the season when we went there and it was crazy crowded, when it gets crowded its ugly because its not a big hotel maybe if the weather is good you can sit outside if you can find a place. The standard rooms are ok but the superior one aren’t really that different. Water bottles are provided only once. Some of the staff are friendly and some of them are not. The food in hotels restaurant is ok but the pizza is maybe a microwave pizza never eat that. The view is nice though.

The hotel is 4 stars at best. Needs to be remodeled and also enforce no smoking policy. Hallways stink from cigarette smoke. Also there was remodeling done in the room adjacent to mine which was very loud and annoying.
