Had a great stay here. Large room with corner balcony, good aircon, fridge, kettle, powerful shower. smart tv, and everything looked just like the photos. There was a welcome tray with water, coffee and biscuits which was handy. No teabags though! There are a couple of plates, glasses, and 2 sets of knives and forks, etc.

The property is self check-in – you contact the management by WhatsApp but they were very quick to respond and very friendly.

As a June 2026, a lot of the roads in Larnaca are being dug up and re-paved so there are a LOT of blocked off roads, in and around the building and all over the town. The street was quiet though.

Beach was about 8 minutes walk. A shorter walk to the main bus stop for the intercity buses to Nicosia, Limassol and Ayia Napa etc.

A couple of minor things: no bedside lights. Although this is a new building, there were stains/marks on the apartment floor and walls. Shower grouting was grubby. It would have been hardly to know where local facilities were, such as a large supermarket (Super Discount is less than 5 minutes walk away).

Great value for money though – I paid €50 per night for 5 nights. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Jimmy's Suites. The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, location was good. However,there's a few things that could be improved:
- you can hear the noise from the street through closed windows
- there's glassware provided by no washing up liquid to wash them after use
- the iron has a European plug and no adapter is provided so I wasn't able to use it
- bathroom was clean but could do with a bit of tlc
- there was no hot water at times
- one day I came back to an unlocked room. I'm sure I locked it when I was leaving. The staff must've changed the towels and forgot to lock the door:(

Room is clean enough. The floors could do with a deep clean. The location is good and the building itself is clean and with a good balcony with a good view. Biggest issue is the internet, which was good for one day but then the speeds dropped rapidly to below 20mbps, sometimes even less than 10mbps. They room does not come with any tv channels despite advertising premium channels are available. I left for another apartment as they would not resolve the internet issue completely.

The room was good sized, well equipped ,very clean and had all the essentials you need in a short stay. It was an apthotel, not hotel, but did have cleaning services if you wanted them. There was only a kettle and fridge (no microwave, hot plate, or oven). My room had two balconies which was great and nice furniture out there, but unfortunately the balcony with furniture faced construction. There is no front desk, but there is staff so to speak and those I met were friendly and kind.

Great location, just a short walk from the beach, and everything you need is within easy reach. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure you’re comfortable. The suites are stylish and modern, with a beautiful balcony that’s perfect for unwinding after a day of swimming or exploring the city. 😊 We will definitely come back, thats for sure!

My short term stay overall was okay for the price paid, except there was very noisy construction just across the road (which meant no rest during the day).

I would not stay here for any longer than a few days until that construction across the road is finished. When the construction is complete, I would stay here again as it is reasonably priced, in a good location, and the apartment itself is decent.

I had an excellent stay here. Loved the room and the terrace, very good value and would stay again. The only issue was the communication for check in. My email regarding check in (through Expedia) received no response so there was no info sent for check-in instructions. It seems other guests had this problem too

Mission to gain entrance to the hotel

Bad start no reception no access to the building you need a code to enter and that is not sent to you until 2pm on the day so we had to wait outside.
No hot water to shower
Nobody to complain to
Dirty bed sheets .
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
