I have had worse experiences in the recent past but this is an exception. The cleaners are dedicatedly Clean and friendly. The receptionists are ready to help always . Heave slamming of doors at all hours of the night by other guests but not the management doing.. close to everything. We can’t complain at all! Worth it and keep it up!!!

Great property, great staff and wonderful cleaning. I must point out that there is no stove top so you cannot cook your own meals. The balcony is a real bonus, and various restaurants are close by. Laundry is next door and is 12 euro's which is a bit steep, but you do have the choice of self service Laundry bar about 7 minutes away.( you need coins 4 euro to was 1 for 20 minutes drying) Breakfast is off sight but I never sampled it, so can't comment. It was a good stay at a place with good standards.

Check-in was quick & easy and the staff were helpful. There was noise and vibrations coming from some kind of machinery above my room the first night, however when I complained to the receptionist it stopped the following day.
The bedroom was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was very hot with poor ventilation and the shower didn’t work very well. The kitchenette area was satisfactory but the fridge door catches when you open and close it.
There was also a lot of street noise from outside the hotel in the evenings and some times into the early hours of the morning.

I thought, I could do this, who needs them. You should j be inform at time of booking that renovation will be underway and not wait until after the booking. No one likes to hear drilling and banging during their stay

This is at least the third time we have used this hotel for our holidays. We have during over the years accepted that it is a budget hotel but have always been fully satisfied with its facilities. This time we feel that we were let down. The room was what we have grown to accept but the serviceability of its meagre facilities was not as advertised. The door of the fridge had no retaining straps and therefore unfit for purpose and could not be used. After complaining for 6 days, eventually a repair was effected. There were no doors to the wardrobes. There was no security box for our valuables. There were no sink plugs for economy of water usage. The catering equipment was extremely limited and not even sufficient to prepare even the most limited of dishes. We therefore had to eat out all of the time. I have a number of photographs that will tell the visual story but I can locate anywhere in this review where I can submit them.

This was a very nice Hotel if you chose to stay for just a few nights! The Hotel is very close to Finikoudes, just 1-2 minutes walk. Very close to shops cafes. There's no view due to the position of the Hotel but if you don't requires sea view it is a great choice. There were no problem, everything was clean and the only thing that cought my eye which was not very nice in all the beauty in the room was the rusted shower but it didn't affect anything. We had 2 single beds although when i booked i would rather have the option of selecting if i wanted single beds or double bed, which i didn't have. Overall the room was very great.

The room was as pictured on booking. It was clean and tidy, housekeeping came in every day, swept the floor, changed the towels, kept the kitchen and bathroom clean. The bed was comfortable, they made it a double as requested. The housekeeping staff were really helpful, an extra blanket, changed the toaster when it didn't work, they made us feel it was no problem. Once we worked out the Aircon/heating it was warm and cosy. We would definitely come back again.

We had a good deal for the renovated rooms so booked a superior studio...the decor is modern and the studio very spacious, the bed is super comfortable and big (2 single together but you cant tell) and these are the pros. Bathroom is spacious but the shower is tiny the skin is the same...lots of space to put regular size bathroom furniture but not used...finished badly and the towels are rough and old...there was construction work from 7am which did not make for a relaxing break and other guest were totally rude by talking loudly in the corredors at 2 and 3 am!! Very central but very busy...even people out on the streets would shout in the early hours...hubby and i didnt sleep half the nights...and we were there for 4! If it hadn't been for the good price we paid i would be very unhappy...room was not cleaned properly upon check in and it carried on this way...
Breakfast at amorgis hotel was the highlight of this break...nice and plentyful...and with a cappuccino machine to help yourself! Anyway i would not recommend these apartments if you can afford to stay somewhere nicer...

The apartment itself was clean, tidy and in good condition as seen in the pictures online before booking. The hotel was able to book us transfers from the airport for a reasonable cost. The apartment facilities were good, with a small kitchenette (microwave, kettle and fridge) and shower room. We did have a problem with our toilet becoming blocked which was met with a very unuseful shrug of the shoulders by the lady on reception. We also informed the cleaning lady who said she would deal with it, but it wasn't fixed until the next day when we had to leave anyway, making for an uncomfortable last night. Most of the staff were helpful apart from one who was regularly uncooperative to a point where we would wait for another member of staff to be available to ask any questions.

I have stayed in these apartments when visiting Larnaca and can recommend them as comfortable and good value. They are situated in walking distance to the beach and the bus station , where you can find a bus to and from the airport and to Nicosia.

Very quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Great location to beach with no concerns about getting lost as virtually a straight walk. Clean, comfortable room. Excellent value for the money.

Nice staff for a shabby hotel
Service was very good but the rooms were very old and shabby. We rented a three bedroom apartment, beds and were old and the bathtub/shower had terrible pressure and didn't look clean because it was so old. That being said, the location was perfect and the staff was very nice and friendly and gave ideas for activities to do with the kids.

Overall satisfaction
for the price paid, it was good! The beach is 2 mins walk and the restaurants around are nice. However, don't get breakfast cause it's ham with toasy and tea/coffee ( I was expecting more). The toilet was also leaking and th cover was dusky when we got there but when I notified the reception they fixed it.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel.
I found this hotel by chance looking for accommodation close to our office in Larnaca. The distance suited me and the price was good. Arriving at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, I found a very helpful receptionist ready to help with information for my stay there. The room was clean and the facilities although startan, enough for my stay. Air-Conditioning was perfect and the beds comfortable and clean. All personnel and the owners are very friendly and obliging. I fully recommend this hotel. I will be returning when my next visit to this island is necessary.
