Hotel could do with some minor improvements. For example get rid of the dirty old fashioned rug under the glass coffee table and get rid of the brown leather look box in the bathroom It would previously have contained complimentary toiletries but now it doesn't contain anything and just has a couple of glasses for toothbrushes randomly sitting on top. This 'box' made of faux leather is peeling making it look shabby. A similar box can also be found in the bedroom containing the TV remote,again this box is pointless and more importantly rather shabby and peeling.

The photo of the hotel does not look like what we got we know it’s not 5 star but the room was smelly the lift was smelly and dirty bit of a scrub would not hurt

The place was nice but our room window would not lock which meant lots of noise from outside plus the air conditioner seemed to have an issue with error messages coming up in addition to it being very noisy - we had to turn it off at night despite the heat. However, the breakfasts were amazing and fresh plus the reception and cleaning staff were wonderful and very helpful.

We have stayed at this property several times in past. We like it as it’s very convenient to shopping and beaches where tourists gather as well as locals. The hotel has declined noticeably in recent visits and we have complained. Firstly the fridge wouldn’t working, also the shower head riser rail would not stay in position for a shower, the TV had no English channels, the bed was lumpy and sagging in the middle, our door was jamming and had to force slam shut, the balcony light wasn’t working and neither was the bedside light. Two of those problems were solved but non of the rest. The rooms were cleaned but still needed some edges here and there to be done although this can be excused, but one small bar of soap left for two people for 8 days without a tray to be put into isn’t expected. Staff were polite and respectful of what you had to say but could not complete your request as some days the technicians were busy or it was a weekend and did not work then. Nevertheless we did show our gratitude to the chambermaids for cleaning and making the beds on regular occasions.

The hotel is closely situated to the beach , restaurants and buses. Though a 2 star hotel the hotel is very very nice regarding the room, breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Kim was very warm and welcoming--she even assisted me with my heavy bags. The area is right around the corner from the sea and path with restaurants and shops. My room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good for those who like a traditional breakfast; the fruit could have been more fresh and local. It's a nice stay for a few days if you're passing through onto other cities.

As soon as I entered the room I felt the stress of travel leave my solar plexus. The interior designers have done a superb job. The hotel smells great. It was such a cozy welcoming space. When you have to move around alot you understand the importance of lighting. The ambience in the room is wonderful. The breakfast buffet on the top floor had a great selection. It also has such lovely views to wake up to. I think the shower could do with a glass sliding door as opposed to a curtain as the water got over the floor. It's to protect the building as well as the guests. Maybe a little more soundproofing would be great. I had a drunk neighbour, but thankfully he went out to party at night. My view was the carpark but the room was so great I didn't care. I would stay again.

Great place to stay. Have stayed in various other hotels when visiting Larnaca but this is by far the best. Great facilities, lovely buffet breakfast and the reception staff are fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

This is a 2 star hotel. For that, you get, clean rooms. Nice beds, clean overall, good condition, excellent location - 2 mins to the beach, bars and shops. Great shower! And very helpful staff. The bf and I would certainly return!

Nice room with comfortable bed, great location.
I stayed there for one night only me and it highly recommend. Breakfast is excellent!
One little thing that will do a perfect stay:
The smell in the room was not nice. It's probably because of the AC. You should clean it.
Except that it was a wonderful stay and i will go back there.

Great location

I chose this hotel because it is conveniently located and walking distance to the beach, several must see sites, Restaurants and shops.

My room had all the basic comforts - I wasn’t expecting any frills. The staff is friendly and efficient. The only negative was that there was a musty smell in the corridor.

I had breakfast three of the four days that I was there. I added it later. The breakfast had fresh orange juice and a variety of things - It also had a wonderful view!

Very little plastic waste as the shower gels were in large containers, yoghurts in glass jars, freshly squeezed orange juice. Lovely breakfast with sea view from the restaurant. Located one street back from the beach. Friendly staff. Limited parking at the front.

all the reviews i read are accurate and fine

i needed a hotel on the beach, since i attended the larnaca marathon and wanted to be near the start line
i found this nice 29 room hotel, situated 100 meters from the beach, next to a million gift shops, stores, restaurants etc
breakfast is on the fourth floor, execellent breakfast
lobby always with some one there
i was able to store my luggage for a few hours
while in the city, did everything by foot, no need to move the car
they have like 5-6 small parking spaces on site. if full, you gotta look around for parking (happened to me once, but i found free and a 7 minute walk away)
wi fi great
nice balconies
they have a gym, didn't try it out

room size great, looks refurbished

very quiet, didn't hear noise from other rooms or out side

there was a coffee and tea kettle in the room and a minibar too

defently a great choice and not expensive

needed late check out, they gave me an extra hour with no problem

Room was clean updated with all ammenities including an iron in room(rare in cyprus). Nice, generous breakfast buffet(extra fee) with spacious designated room on the 4th floor. No parking, just what you can find outside in the narrow streets or pay to park near by. Convinient location to all shops and restaurants on the finikouthes seashore strip.

Good location but a little tired and needs an upgrade. Sadly, building works right outside the window from 5am meant I couldn’t sleep…staff wouldn’t let me change rooms. Air conditioning didn’t work. Need to invest in double-glazing.

I liked its location, its breakfast, and how did they manage to renovate it. I didn’t like the fact that parking was not available as promised. This was the main factor for me to choose this hotel. I ended up paying 20 euros extra to park my car overnight (I could have paid it for the bigger room). The front desk staff didn’t bother but to apologize for the park unavailability.

We only spent one evening here on our way to Limassol. The hallway on floor 2 was poorly lit and the hotel and rooms are dated. However the evening staff at check in was friendly and helpful. The room was small and very clean. The breakfast was the best part of our stay.

Mediocre-needs improvements

It appears that ownership is absent and not interested in investing to make some needed improvements and upgrades and neglects important details like mold in paint on bathroom ceiling and in tiles around shower stall. I recommend spending a little more and going to a newer, better managed hotel.

The room for the price was perfectly sized and had the necessary facilities of desk, storage, cupboard for clothes, space for luggage and even a small balcony. The supporting staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located as well. The dining facilities and the quality of breakfast was excellent. When I visit Larnaca again I will definitely stay at the same place

the bed was too soft to sleep in or even lay in you just kept sinking and sinking i don't know who it's made for for a super skinny person or someone with no hips or butt it was really hard to sleep in I don't know what kind of a body you'd have to have to be able to sleep in it or lay on it comfortably.

From airport, take bus 425 to Finikoudes station. Look up for McDonalds , pass through and get out on the back door...you will find yourself right in the front of the hotel.It is the shortest way.
About the hotel...everything met my expectations.
I will come back...
