The hotel hallways and rooms, were spotless. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and although we were a bit concerned about after hours check-in using a lock box to get room key, details provided were excellent and access was seamless.

Noise was ridiculous from the bar next door - didn’t sleep until it stopped at 2am. Nobody on reception from 4pm until 8am the next day if you did need anything. Noise from other guests also unacceptable and extremely loud. Absolutely would not recommend.

Recently stayed at the hai hotel, the location is unbeatable central to all bars, restaurants and beaches.
The hotel staff are absolutely amazing! Nadia and narcisse were super helpful with anything we needed from booking taxis for us to recommending places to go.

The cleaning was not good.we made check in and they forgot the batroom garbage and the sink wasn't clean and the one of the sope bottle was open and left next to the sink.i was wondering if they clean the bathroom. I asked next day for good cleaning and i was happy with the result. The room wast next to the entrances and next to the reception so every moment and doors we herd .we ask to be moved but they didn't move us .per total not the best experience. Location is wonderful! Steps to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. made everything so convenient and walkable. The bar next door however played music so loud that our room (nearest bar) literally vibrated. We were there two weekend nights.
Nadia at the desk is extremely helpful and accommodating. Allowed after hours check in, gave bus and tour info, and allowed us to leave our bags for a bit after checkout. Everything was exceptionally clean. Good shower, modern bathroom. The bed was not what we are accustomed to but we slept fine (after the music stopped).
For the price and our purposes it worked great.

The Hai is very convenient to the beach but out of the mainstream so it is quieter. The unit is very clean and modern. It has pretty much what you need in the room. What could have been better is the front desk hours. I tried to check in a bit early but the room was not ready because the prior people checked out late. You can only check in between 2PM and 4PM when the front desk leaves for the day. My room was in the back of the hotel so the window opened up onto the ventilation duct work so the curtains stayed closed which made the room a little claustrophobic. I'd stay there again. It was a good value and comfortable.
