Our room was okay but the patio door wouldn’t open and, for some unknown reason, there was a metal cot set up in the room. The dinner offered was a buffet that was cold but, on the bright side, the breakfast buffet was better.

Housekeeping noise since 8 a.m. i paid 10 euros extra for one more hour but i received so many calls asking me to check out at 12 when I already paid to checkout at 1pm. Then housekeeping tried to enter the room. I ended up spending the whole hour answering the phone and explaining that I paid 10 euros extra for late check out. I also heart my food in the sharp shower rail. I took a photo and showed it to the receptionist.

The room was perfect to our needs. Except some problems that were later fixed in the sofa bed, the stay was exactly what we expected. The breakfast was just right. The hotel is next to a bus station, close to the sea and restaurants and even a cool hair salon.

Check-in was pleasant. There was an issue with HVAC, so I was assigned a larger room which was nice. The breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options. You can get to shops and restaurants in about 10mins. There is also public transportation nearby if you want to see more of the city. Overall, I'd stay again for the price.

Great little hotel with pool just 7 minutes taxi ride from Larnaca airport. Location middle of nowhere but 20 minute easy walk into town or short taxi ride. Hotel room was very clean, nice hot rain shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was included and it had a very good selection of fresh food and pastries, all types of coffee. Very good! The best thing were the staff. So so friendly and helpful. Did not get upset or impatient with troubled clients. Excellent all of them from front desk to cleaners to breakfast and bar staff. Congratulations on your staff selection and training!!

Hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is 10 mins.from the airport and 5 mins walk to the beach. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is lovely it’s newly renovated and it’s very very clean. The area around the hotel is very lack lustre, it’s pretty run down and there’s nothing to do. The staff were efficient but a little miserable and not very welcoming. However I would stay here again.

If anyone will want to visit Larnaca this is the hotel I will recommend.
the rooms are bid and comfortable with a balcony, mini fridge and a safe. The pool is great and the water are always cool and clean.
The breakfast is rich and tasty
But the most important thing is the staff they are extremely nice and helpful.
I want to point out in particular Oleh he helped me and my friend secure a taxi to the ED SHEERAN concert, I don't know if we would have gotten there without his help
HE WAS AMAZING!

The hotel is located in a residential area and 10-15 minutes drive buy bus to the airport.

The only downside is the location it's located a bit far from city center' but you can manage to get there very simply by bus or taxi- All the above advantages cover this one disadvantage

A bit meh! Could have been so much better.

Towels supplied in our room were torn, although they were bright white and clean. Shower has no curtain and floor in bathroom is not sloped towards the drain, so water enters into the bedroom and had to constantly be mopped up. TV channels were unreliable and kept pixelating / dropping out. The kitchenette is large, but had no hob, no kitchen equipment / plates / utensils. Its a large kitchen area with plenty of cupboards. It feels like everything was removed from the room. We couldn't event make a bowl of cereal or find a plate to eat from. There was only a kettle / coffee machine. Nevertheless, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rather good, although a little busy at times. Its a convenient location for access to Mackenzie Beach, Larnaca Centre and Airport with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby.

Cockroach in shower upon checkin

When I arrived and wanted to take a shower I discovered a massive cockroach in the shower cabin. The staff was incredibly friendly and dealt with it promptly and sanitized the bathroom, but this unfortunately put a shadow on my stay. The room wasn’t exactly clean either - stains on the desk and a thick layer of dust and dirt under the bed. They were unable to move me to another room because the whole hotel was fully booked. Had it been earlier in the evening I would have probably changed hotels and asked for a refund. However, the friendly staff certainly deserves some credit and made it somewhat tolerable. The smell of the property isn’t exactly the best either. If you need a hotel by the airport and this is your only option go for it, otherwise I would stay somewhere else. Breakfast was decent.

Could Use Improvements

The hotel was fine. It was the reservation process that was terrible. I reserve for a cheaper price for 4 people and when I got to the hotel they said it was for only two people. Even after showing them the pictures So I ended up paying $160 extra for two additional people. We didn’t hardly eat the breakfast due to the fact the variety was limited and the employees were taking all the orange justice in large bottles. The cleanliness was excellent overall. The main bathroom in the lobby area needed a warning or better signs to watch your step due to the fact the my mom fell and sprain her hand because you don’t really see the step up part on the floor. And when coming out the bathroom I have to remember to step down due to the lack of warning I misjudged and almost went flying into the glass pane across the hall. Feel free to check the cameras to verify these statements. The front desk wasn’t too helpful. But the bartender John was great very friendly and attentive to details.

We stay in four star hotels all the time we have yet to come across one that dies not loan out wine glasses to its guests the barman I don't know why he had a very unfriendly manner told us no they were for his CLIENTS the bar was empty.my husband also asked he was told the same thing.
People on Reception were competent.

Not what we expected from a highly rated hotel

This may have been the exception as we see very good ratings in other posts but here we go.
1. We checked in and went to the room. Found that the shower had no hot water.
2. We were given a key to check if another room had hot water on the same floor [3rd].
3. We were given a key to what looked like a spare room to use to take anything that was missing or broken in other rooms. This was room 513 the highest room number. There was no phone, the minifridge made a loud noise, the room was a bit smaller.
4. The hotel had signs everywhere that guests should be wearing masks, but since the majority of the guests were eastern Europeans they refused to wear masks! This made the lobby and elevators a bit dangerous with regard to COVID exposure.
5. If you ordered food through the bar it was prepared very well and the portions were quite generous.
6. The listing stated that the hotel offered Netflix and premium pay channels but none were available.
7. This hotel is probably OK for a one night stay as it is close to the airport but I would not bring a family for a long stay.

Again hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at 11:00 on a Saturday morning. They were booked and we had to wait for a room to clear. They apologized for the delay, even though the early arrival was on us. They gave us drink vouchers while we waited, and by noon our rooms were ready for occupancy.

Our rooms were spotless with large bathroom and a cozy balcony. even though there was traffic noise, once the balcony door was closed you could not hear a sound.
We slept so soundly that the hotel staff had to wake us up in time to catch our 3AM flight. They made arrangement for our cab and sent us off with a delicious boxed breakfast.
The pool was amazing with plenty or tables and chairs to spend an afternoon relaxing.
