Flight was delayed we arrived 2:00am Pablo managed to let checked out at this time. Room has a private bathroom with hot water. Kitchen was always available, market stores are just 2 minutes away same Metro station is 3 minutes away and from metro station you can visit all important places. Prices were higher in other more far away places. 10/10 always clean.

Excellent stay! Unit was clean and had an easy check in process. Hot water, a/c, and balcony. Location was great, close to a metro stop and with shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Vatican. Room shares a kitchen with two other units, but each room has lock and private bathroom. We didn’t actually use the kitchen but looks like a great option to have for longer stays.

good enough, was nice

location was great - close to Cipro Metro, and a short walk to the Vatican. The advertised \"breakfast is included\" wasn't much of a breakfast - prepackaged pastries and standard sliced bread. They did have an espresso machine, which saved the day! Also, there's a 24/7 grocery store around the corner, very convenient.

Location is amazing!

This is a shared appartment with three rooms. Each has it's own bathroom. We loved it, safe and frindaly area. The subway is a 2 min walk. And the vatican museum is 15 min walk. Really nice location. They have a security office during daytime and entrance is locked at night, you will be able to get in with your unit key. You can reach the owner on Whatsapp if you need help and the check in person, Christian is so frindaly.

kind and friendly hosts near Cipro station

Fabio and Paolo were both delightful to deal with, via Whatsapp and in person. The rooms are not fancy, but are comfortable and roomy and pleasant, and ours had a lovely and quite, shaded balcony. The shared kitchen was a handy touch, and we appreciated the recycling options within the shared space. The Arches Inn is within a two-minute walk of the Cipro station. This is an interesting residential area, but one with many neighbourhhood shops and cafes and bars. Was a fun stay!

Awesome in every way!

The place is in a quiet and safe area and yet close to the metro station, a non-stop market and to the Vatican. It is a stand alone studio apartment with a kitchen and living area area shared with two other units. It was very clean and well kept. The communication with the host was outstanding, before the trip and during check in. Google was showing us the location a few houses down so the host came to retrieve us from the street. She was very kind and went the extra mile to show us how to get around Rome, to various attractions. I only wish there were an Arches Inn in every city of the world.

We did not end up staying at arches. Unfortunately, they had a pipe burst and were unable to accommodate us. They did however book us into another local bnb which was lovely apart from the cleaning staff opening our door twice without knocking prior to check out the day of our departure.

Paolo was so friendly and very helpful, and the beds were so comfortable after walking many miles each day! I would highly recommend this property - it's also very close to the grocery store and the metro!

The room was comfortable enough for our family of 4,though a tad old fashioned.There was no occupant in the other room,so we had the kitchen to ourselves-a definite big plus!Lack of a shower curtain meant the entire bathroom was left soaking wet after each shower.

Great location and affordable

The location is great, short walk from the station, walkable distance to the vatican.
The staff was very friendly and offered lots of support and advice.
Only problem was there was an issue with the sceptic system, causing the entire room to smell bad after the toilet was flushed.
The owner was informed and this is should be fixed before anyone else rents the room.

This place is great! Close to the metro train. Market open 24hrs. Great places to eat close by! Staff is amazing in helping! Kitchen to cook or warm stuff! Walking distance to the Vatican! Would recommend highly to anyone!

Nice place to stay close to Vatican City

We communicated with the owners through email and asked questions beforehand and received quick responses. They were ever so helpful and met us when we arrived to help us get settled in and acclimated to our surroundings. It could not have been a better situation for our lodging. Now the shiesty taxi driver was another story! :-(

Buon soggiorno a pochi passi dal Vaticano

Camera ampia con bagno privato, letto molto comodo, buona la pulizia della stanza, andrebbe forse un pochino rimodernata. La zona comune è comoda perché dotata di cucina con utensili per la colazione (macchina del caffè , bollitore,tostapane..)ma volendo c' e anche la possibilità di cucinare un pasto. Da rivedere un po' la pulizia e organizzazione di questa zona. La colazione offerta, seppur con prodotti confezionati, non è niente male, yogurt, latte, succo, merendine, pane confezionato,fette biscottate e merendine sono a disposizione ogni giorno. Nel complesso questa struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La zona è centrale, a pochi passi dal Vaticano e nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristoranti, bar supermercati e un mercato.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Impossible à trouver si vous n’appelez pas. Intérieur propre mais vieillot. Bien situé pas loin du Vatican. Grande chambre. Cuisine partagée pour 3 chambres mais tout ce qu’il faut. Petit pb d’eau chaude mais il faut laisser couler couler …. Stores délabrés. Chambre au calme. Mauvais rapport qualité prix trop cher pour ce que c’est et surtout le quartier très sale et pas du tout rassurant. Je suppose que le prix est en rapport avec Jesus.

B&B a due passi dalla metro A fermata Cipro.
Comodissima la posizione, ben collegata dalla metro e dalla rete di autobus. La struttura è modesta ma pulita, con camera e bagno molto spaziosi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Lo Staff è cordiale e disponibile, c'è una cucina in comune con stoviglie e utensili anche per la colazione, ogni mattina lo Staff fa trovare yoghurt, latte, pane in cassetta con marmellatine e nutelline, caffè in cialde.

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado, cerca del vaticano, llegas caminando a pocos minutos, la habitación es sencilla pero limpia, el lugar muy seguro y tranquilo, hay elevador, la atención al check in muy buena, nos explicaron como funcionaba todo en el departamento ya que la cocina y comedor se comparte con 2 habitaciones mas, nos explicaron como llegar a los puntos turísticos. El desayuno fue jugo, leche, café, yogurt, pan bimbo, pan dulce, galletas, mermelada, nutella, tu te lo preparas a la hora que desees.

logement propre, bien situé, station de métro à 2 minutes desservant les principaux lieux de visite en moins de 15 minutes. Proche du Vatican et de restaurants. Petite supérette a proximité ouverte 24/24. Le petit déjeuner simple mais correcte est appréciable. Je recommande ce logement où nous avons séjourné en famille.

Comodo B&B a 2 passi dalla metropolitana.

Sistemazione equilibrata tra prezzo e servizio. Camere spaziose con bagno privato. Accoglenza simpatica e qualificata. Pulizia buona. Quartiere residenziale con ristoranti e negozi a partata di mano. In sintesi un buon compromesso tra spesa e servizio, soprattutto per famiglie, nell'ambito di un piccolo B&B con cucina condivisa.

Ottimo bed and break fast. Attaccato alla fermata metro \"Cipro\" dietro al Vaticano, in camera non manca nulla, ampia, così come e' ampio il bagno. Personale gentilissimo e simpatico , ottima scelta per la colazione, i ragazzi fanno l'impossibilità per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulito e curato all'interno. Solo le aeree comuni del palazzo anni 60 non permettono di dare il massimo dei voti

Un accueil au petit soin, dès la réservation, notre hôte nous a contacter pour nous proposer de venir nous chercher à l aéroport pour un montant des plus raisonnable.
Un accueil même après les horaires d ouverture.
Ensuite, maigres l'heure tardive, il a prit le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la chambre d hôtes mais également les endroit à voir, les restaurant ou manger de la cuisine de qualité sans se ruiner, bref, un accueil soignée. Toujours disponible, même par téléphone.
Le quartier est calme, a 2 pas du métro et 5 min du Vatican a pieds.
Un excelle et emplacement pour tout visiter à pied ou en métro.
Je recommande cet hôtel
