整棟樓電梯只有2台，房客餐廳停車場全部共用，電梯等待時間非常長，還容易客滿，才10層樓的旅館，電梯等待5分鐘完全無法接受。
游泳池只有開放2點到6點半，遊戲室設備也需要加強維護，地板以及保護墊都已經有破損。
整體是個令人不想回訪的糟糕體驗。
