Not a pleasant stay

This is not a hotel we will return to. Firstly I had booked a family 2 double bed room and we were given a double room with one bed, we were moved though to a room with a double and single bed. The room was like an oven and the air con did nothing - we had to have the window open and since the hotel is situated directly next to the motorway so not much sleep was had. The restaurant next door was closed and there is no where else to eat in the vicinity. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok.

The accommodation represents an acceptable quality price ratio. Our room was rather cool with no way of adding heating. I brought in my travelling rug from the car for extra warmth on the bed. Breakfast was sufficient and well organised and staff were friendly

A pleasant surprise

Perfect for a stop on the road. Very good soundproofing and perfectly clean which is rare for this category of hotel. Modern bedrooms.Simple breakfast but nice, fresh and good choice, also rare for this category. Overall a very pleasant surprise.

Ok for a budget hotel

Stayed here 2 nights for a business trip. Didn't have high expectations as it's a budget hotel but it was better than expected. Staff were friendly and the hotel and room were in a good, clean condition. Pillows weren't the most comfortable but fine for 2 nights. Restaurant next to the hotel and a supermarket/fast food within a 10 mins walk across the highway. Wasn't too noisy from the traffic but my room faced a pond & field where there were lots of loud frogs at night!

Checked in late during a storm - receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Room was as expected - clean and comfortable but without anything extra i.e. no kettle or tea making facilities. Shower/toilet were nice and clean. I declined the breakfast however it looked acceptable. For anyone travelling there is a KFC/Subway etc within the vicinity.

Location of the hotel was really good as it was right off the highway and was easy to find. However, the room itself is extremely basic. The bed was not particularly comfortable, TV was not great (limited channels and not great quality) and the bathroom was tiny. It serves the purpose solely for needing a place to rest your head for the night and not much else.

I was travelling with two small dogs and we were made most welcome on arrival. The young lady on reception spoke to me in good English as soon as she saw my nationality.

The hotel is close to the motorway but noise is not a problem inside. The room, whilst not large, was more than adequate for an overnight stop and had airconditioning. There is plenty of space in the hotel grounds for pets to be walked. If you want or need to walk longer distances there are quiet residential streets outside.

Well recommended, especially for someone travelling with a dog.

Perfect end to a long day

This is a perfect stop over hotel. After a long drive I was made to feel very welcome. I was lucky that my room was at the back of the hotel so was able to have the window open. I enjoyed a fantastic steak at the hotel restaurant where the staff were equally friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent Value For Money

We were headed toward the South of France and wanted to break up the Journey so we booked this hotel. The accomodation was modern and it was so clean. We had a room which was at the rear of the hotel and we looked onto the countryside. The hotel is not too far out of Limoges so we were able to travel in quite easily however it was far enogh out that parking was not an issue. A lot of city hotels dont offer free parking as this one did. I would recommend as an overnight stay or for business in the area

Bienvenue Hotel Limoges - Clean and Friendly

This hotel is convenient for those driving in Limoges. It is on the highway, has free parking and is only about 10 minutes from the city center. It is very clean and modern, the staff was friendly and helpful, even though we didn't speak any French. The breakfast was good and relatively inexpensive. The only drawback was the small size of the rooms. We had a triple room for only two adults, but there was barely enough space for our luggage (each with one medium suitcase and a laptop case).

Overnight stay in the way to somewhere

This was our first stop after leaving Paris, on our way to the Dodogne region of France. We were overnighting to cut the travel time and this hotel was the only one in the area. As a 2-star it was very good. Rooms were clean, aired and reasonably comfortable. They were small - we booked two rooms as we were a family of 5 - but they were adequate for what we wanted. Breakfast was provided in the morning and it too was well presented and plentiful. We arrived early as we wanted to be on our way and everything was done to provide us with assistance. Car parking was available and secure. Others have said they had trouble getting the directions right, but our GPS was adequate for the task and we had no problem getting off the motor way and locating the hotel. This hotel is fine for overnight, passing through, and would recommend it as such.

We were on our way to the Pyrenees from Paris, and this hotel is right next to the high way. If you open the window you could hear the cars very loud. When you close it, it was quiet. The staff were friendly and breakfast for 7 Euro per person was satisfying. However, we got a room for three persons and it was so small that we could hardly had a room to put our luggage.

We were 3 hours early, and as expected, our room wasn't ready! which was totally fine. They then hurried on, and finished the room within 15 minutes, and we were in.. Brilliant!
We stayed two nights.. The staff we very friendly, and accommodating.. It was slightly further away from town than expected, and around €17 for a taxi into town was rather steep.. The bus routes are reasonably close and regular.. around €1.20
The food at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, and reasonably priced.. We ate there on both nights, and enjoyed every mouthful.. The waiter spoke great english, and was very accommodating when it came to helping us with the menu! The seafood salad starter is definitely recommended!!! :) 3 courses, plus wine came to around €40.... Recommended!!

Half the rooms are located facing the busy motorway (which goes to Paris). Unfortunetely, I was given one of those rooms. If you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up by the sound of lorries thundering down the motorway at 3 a.m. in the morning. The receptionist also tried to charge me for breakfast on check-out, even though I had already paid for it on check-in.

Séjour plus que très décevante et encore le mot est faible !
A notre arrivée le vendredi 02 mai au soir (vers 19h), pas spécialement bien reçu, pas de sourire etc... Impression de déranger la personne censé nous accueillir, pas aimable. Le pire dans la chambre, une chaleur intenable, pas de mode climatisation active.
Je suis donc redescendu pour demander ce qu'il en était à ce sujet. Réponse de la personne: ''Ben disons que comme il est prévu la semaine prochaine changement de temps et que cela demande 48h avant la modification de chauffage etc.. cela reste sur chauffage '' Avez-vous au moins quelques glaçon pour nous rafraîchir avec les enfants ? Non j'en ai pas. Je suis donc remonté en mettant fin à la discussion. Pour rappel toute la semaine les températures ont été fort élevées. Donc le mode chauffage n'avais pas lieu d'être si le nécessaire avait été fait comme il se dois !
Nous avons donc dû non seulement dormir avec la chaleur + 27°, mais aussi dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte pour essayer d'avoir un temps soit peu d'air mais avec le bruit infernale de l'A20 toute la nuit cela à été pour ainsi dire nuit blanche.
Je demande donc le remboursement de ma nuit d'hôtel.
Le site sur lequel j'ai effectué ma réservation, vas être avisé avec mes commentaires pour les avis.
Sachez également que la porte de la cabine douche est dangereuse car elle ne s'ouvre pas dans le bon sens en cas de chute etc... Elle dois s'ouvrir en la tirant et non en la poussant.

La struttura si presenta ben tenuta e lo staff è accogliente. Le camere sono abbastanza ben tenute (nel mio caso, c'erano alcune lampade vicino ai letti non funzionanti) e pulite. I letti sono comodi, perlomeno nella mia stanza.
La colazione non ha una scelta enorme, però c'è qualcosa per tutti i gusti.
Dei difetti sono i parcheggi all'interno della recinzione della struttura, dato che non sono molto numerosi, e la sera i lampioni del parcheggio sono tutti spenti, rendendo difficile vedere bene.

Une nuit en transit avec mes enfants le rapport qualité prix de l'hôtel est très très bon petit déjeuner correct pour ce prix il y a une borne de recharge ce qui peut être très pratique néanmoins le tarif et pour le coup très exorbitant faisant ce voyage fréquemment ayant besoin de changer je me retrouve à une chambre à plus de 120 € ce qui me fera ne plus choisir cet hôtel pour cette raison dommage

La commande hôtels.comme n’indique pas les bons équipements du coup chambre pas du tout adapté à nos besoins mais non remboursable. Bord d’autoroute pas moyen de nous faire changer de chambre … heureusement qu’il y avait 2 personnes sympa à l’accueil du matin. C’était notre unique séjour dans cet hôtel.

La literie de ma chambre était déplorable et j'en suis surpris car j'ai souvent dormi dans des Ibis Budget et n'ai jamais eu a m'en plaindre. J'ai passé une mauvaise nuit a cause d'un matelas trop souple, au point que je me suis levé avec un début de mal de dos. Tout bon matelas doit offrir un minimum de fermeté a mes yeux, et, ce critère étant fondamental, cela justifie une mauvaise note globale.
En outre, j'ai été agacé de voir que la climatisation était mise par défaut a 19°. Il est vrai qu'en hiver on conseille de régler le chauffage a cette température, mai,s en été, l'on recomnande de mettre la température a 25 ou 26° me semble-t-il. Un peu plus de préoccupation pour l'environnement serait bienvenue.

Le néon faisait du bruit pour cause de dilatation sous l'effet de la chaleur même un fois éteint. Le matelas était creux dût à une usure. Heureusement que la propreté était au rendez-vous. Bref je ne recommande pas.

L’accueil est parfait, le lit confortable, l’hôtel calme par contre la propreté de la chambre est à revoir bien que la douche et les WC étaient propres : un masque chirurgical sale sur le lit du haut...les draps ont-ils vraiment été changé ? Des toiles d’araignées dans les coins (salle de bain, WC, de la poussières aux sol dans les coins. Une araignée trouvée le soir sur le drap du lit enfant et le lendemain matin sous mon oreiller... et la télé qui ne fonctionne pas ( on a bien l’image mais le son saute toutes les 2 secondes). Plus le réveil en fanfare à7h45... alarme incendie. J’avais pourtant lu de bons avis sur cet hôtel mais un gros gros effort est à faire concernant le ménage

Séjour reposant et confortable sur Limoges

Nous avons fait une étape sur notre route du retour entre le sud et le Nord. Nous avions apprécié l'an dernier déjà cet hôtel et son confort, ainsi que la qualité de service du personnel. Cette année encore nous avons été ravis en dépit des préconisations liées au COVID, tout était fait pour que nous soyons prise en charge de manière identique, ainsi nous étions bien en sécurité tout en bénéficiant d'une qualité de service similaire. À noter: la possibilité pour un véhicule électrique de recharger durant la nuit sur prise 220 volts. Le petit-déjeuner et très bien, bien que les plateaux où nous pouvions nous servir en jambon ne sont plus disponibles. Là encore merci le COVID... cet établissement reste parmi les meilleurs rapports qualité-prix à mon sens pour faire une halte sur Limoges, j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Après une petite erreur de chambre vite réglée, nous avons pu profiter du confort de la chambre. Matelas nickel, mobilier en excellent état, volets aux fenêtres, aucun bruit de l'extérieur, clim fonctionnelle. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Une fois que vous y êtes parvenus, car l'accès n'est pas des plus aisés, vous vous y sentirez très bien.
La proximité de l'autoroute A20 trouble à peine la quiétude des lieux.
Hôtel à recommander.

Une halte bienvenue et confortable

Il s'agissait pour nous d'un séjour d'une nuit dans un parcours de 2 jours entre le nord et le sud. Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel facilement avec le gps l'environnement direct et à proximité de l'autoroute nous étions placés sur l'arrière de l'hôtel ce qui était plus confortable niveau bruit. Il est à noter que dans la mesure où il y a un triple vitrage aucun bruit n'est perceptible depuis les chambres. L'accueil est très cordial, comme annoncé. Nous avons passé une nuit reposante les chambres sont calmes bien agencées les salles de bains petites mais très fonctionnelles.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux il y a vraiment de tout. Seule différence avec un Ibis rouge et l'absence de petit déjeuner sans gluten mais j'avais pris de quoi avec moi en prévision...
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter c'est une bonne adresse !

Schone en goed onderhouden kamers. 24h receptie is top. Bedden slapen goed. Kamers zijn compact / wat aan de kleine kant, maar voor een tussenstop is dat geen probleem.
