Nous avons effectué notre réservation via Hotels.com.Nous avons malheureusement rencontré deux problèmes majeurs qui ont considérablement affecté notre séjour :1. Problème de réservation :À notre arrivée, nous n'avons pu trouver notre réservation sur votre borne à l'entrée. Nous avons essayé environ 30 minutes ,nous sommes restés coincé à l'extérieur avec nos enfants, ce qui était très inconfortable pour nous tous. Ce n'est qu'après avoir pu enfin parlé à une personne à l'interphone que quelqu'un a pu nous répondre et nous indiquer que les réservations effectuées sur Hotels.com ne fonctionnaient pas sur votre borne . Il est important de noter qu'à aucun moment nous n'avons été informés de cette situation, ce qui aurait pu nous éviter une attente si longue.
2.Problème d'alarme incendie : Le matin à 7h40, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée et a retenti pendant de longues minutes. Il y a un automate à l’extérieur pour faire le check in et il ne fonctionne pas correctement. J’ai dû attendre qu’une employée de l’hôtel m’ouvre pour entrer.. et il n’y pas d’ascenseur, c’est embêtant quand on est chargé et que notre chambre est au 2ème.
