A lovely family run friendly hotel where nothing is too much trouble.
Location is excellent, a short few steps to the lake front with its restaurants and shops. A five-minute walk along the lake shore pass Hotel du Pac takes you to the beach (shingle) and swimming area or walk south along the promenade all the way to Bardolino. The bus station is 5 minutes away.
The hotel is on the main road but the sound proof window mean you don’t hear the traffic. Beds comfortable an excellent breakfast, both continental and cooked, and free mineral water on tap which was really appreciated. Thank you.

Great location. Great buffet breakfast.
The air conditioning in the room could be improved. We were there in 36 degree weather and it was challenging to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

Very friendly staff and well located for public transport. Modern rooms with air conditioning, only drawback is there is no lift, but not a major issue. Excellent breakfast and would recommend their sister hotel across the road for an evening meal. Have stayed before and would stay again. Only complaint would be no English language on their tv system.

Only stayed one night but had a lovely stay. Made very welcome by friendly helpful staff, we were celebrating our 25th anniversary, a bottle of fizz was left in room which made our celebration special. Room very clean & breakfast choices were good.

Fantastic location.

The hotel was really pleasant, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good choice and the location is perfect, close to the waterfront and shops, albeit quiet. (room was rear facing).
We pre-arranged transfers with the hotel which was fantastic. Highly recommend the hotel.

Very friendly hotel close to beach and restaurants

The staff at the Benaco were very welcoming and helpful (and English speaking).

The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the lakeside beach; 2 minutes to the nearest lakeside restaurants; 5 minutes to the lake ferry services; 5 minutes to the bus station for transport up and down the lake, to/from Verona and it's airport.

A charming small hotel

A lovely small hotel one block back from Lake Garda.
Parking at the hotel is difficult, but excellent and secure free parking is only 600 metres away.
The receptionist was warm, friendly, helpful and efficient. Just what you would hope for.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was lovely.
The lakeside was alive with Italian life and ambience and so many restaurant to select from.

Great hotel.

Great stay. Hotel spotlessly clean and staff couldn't be more helpful. Facilities everything you would expect from one of the better 3 star hotels and the breakfast was great. Free wifi in the rooms was a bonus and was quick enough to stream video on a tablet. The only downside is that the bar closed at 10pm so no chance of a nightcap - although this is not an issue as there are friendly late bars very close. Will certainly stay again.

Fantastic hotel in Garda

Awesome hotel. Lovely spacious clean rooms. Great breakfast. Its a 10 min walk from bus station which has buses from the train station Peschiera and also from Verona. Only a 2 min walk down the lake side for ferries to other towns on lake and a good choice of places to eat. Lovely staff who were friendly throughout my stay. Only thing missing from perfection is a swimming pool. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Good hotel with comfortable rooms

We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and the reception staff have always been helpful and friendly. The reception area is lovely and modern, the room are nicely furnished and comfortable. We had one on the front of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the busy road but it had beautiful flowers hanging from it and looked very attractive. The only down side was that normally the buffet breakfast has been very good and kept fully stocked - this time still ok but we had to keep asking for bacon, bread and ham.

Clean comfortable and convenient

Great location by the lake, reception gave a nice recommendation for a place to eat in the evening. Friendly service and a good breakfast. 10euro a bit steep for an outside carpark, but I think that is fairly normal for Italy. It is right on the main road, but we were not disturbed by traffic (second floor) in bed.

Perfect in almost every way

We spent 8 nights at the Benaco and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the quality of the hotel is excellent. It's location is ideal and don't let the fact that it's on the main route around Garda put you off as noise from the road was not a problem. Within a few minutes walk you are at the Lakeside and in our travels saw no other hotel that we'd rather be in. One (minor) point of disappointment was that there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room which whilst coffee/tea was available in the delightful breakfast room, it's not the same as waking and having a coffee on your balcony. This is a minor point though and goes to show that if this was the only failing we could find, it's all good and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel for your money...

Travelling on my own for a wedding I was really pleased to find Benaco met my needs perfectly. it wasn't until breakfast the morning after my arrival I discovered I wasn't the only person in the hotel, but here I am reaching for the only negative of my stay. The breakfast offerings were spot on, the room super clean and filled with all necessary conveniences - air conditioning thank goodness - and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, particularly helping me to navigate my way out of Garda during a fiesta in time to make my flights. It's a stone's throw from the main strip in Garda and a great option for couples; I hope to bring my boyfriend back with me next time.

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes vielseitiges Frühstück. Auto konnte in einer Garage abgestellt werden. Seepromenade in 3 Minuten erreichbar.

Klasse Hotel, jederzeit wieder.

Ich stimme allen positiven Bewertungen meiner Vorredner zu. Sehr freundliches Personal, mehrsprachig und super zuvorkommend. Frühstück, Zimmer, Bett.... alles klasse. Lage sehr gut, einfach über die Strasse und schon mitten im Geschehen. Jede Menge Service rund um die Buchung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, wie angenehm. Jederzeit wieder!

Hadde et meget bra opphold på dette hotellet. Servicen var enestående god. Renhold upåklagelig.
Ettersom dette ligger inntil hovedveien i Garda, ble det en del trafikkstøy, men det plaget ikke oss.
Vi skal tilbake neste år.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel und v. a. wegen dem sehr freundlichen Personal fühlen wir uns immer sehr wohl!
In den Zimmern fehlt es an nichts und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll.
Nur das Frühstück war wegen Corona etwas umständlich. Alles musste einzeln bestellt werden (sogar die Getränke) und das hat doch zieml. lang gedauert. Das haben andere Hotels besser gelöst.
Aber wir werden sicher noch ein drittes Mal buchen!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See. Allerdings ist der Pool nicht im Hotel. Das Hotel hat eine Kooperation mit einem Wellnesshotel! Bilder und hotel passen daher nicht zusammen.

L' accoglienza delle giovani donne che gestiscono questo hotel é superlativa, sorridenti , gentili e disponibili , struttura tenuta bene e pulita, colazione molto varia e abbondante, anche nell'orario.
É sulla strada principale e il parcheggio scarseggia, però in questo periodo non é a pagamento nelle strisce blu .

We have been traveling to Garda for 20 years or so, this have been the most friendly people we have met. Our room was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent. Downtown Garda is just across the street. Many very good places to eat near by. Also the beaches are a very short walk away. Even though is can be a bit busy in Garda, our room to the front was very quite.

Freundliches kleines Hotel

Neben den sauberen Zimmern und dem guten Frühstück hat uns vor allem die Freundlichkeit und die gute Stimmung die in dem Hotel herrscht gefallen.
Alle waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das wünscht man sich für einen Urlaub.

Die Lage ist gut, da man in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Fußgängerzone von Garda ist (nur kurz über den Zebrastreifen und nach links durch das Tor). So nahe an der Fußgängerzone ist es auch nicht üblich einen Parkplatz am Hotel zu haben. Das ist sehr von Vorteil wenn man öfters Ausflüge unternehmen möchte.

Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer Straße, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut, so dass das nicht stört.

Contrairement à ce qu’on peut croire il n’y a pas de piscine à l’hôtel même mais deux kilomètres plus loin et le parking proposé pour la moto était un emplacement dans la rue. Nous avons donc été déçu même si le reste est correct

Koselig lite hotell, med sentral beliggenhet i sentrum av Garda. Desverre lot vi oss lure litt av bildene til hotellet. Hotellet har ikke basseng, noe det virker som når man klikker gjennom bildene. Det gikk litt kjapt i svingene ved bestilling. Rommene var ok, men veldig hard seng. Deilig med AC på rommet. Renholdet var bra. Veldig hyggelig personale på hotellet, som var behjelpelig med det meste.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe.
Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch für ein Späßchen zu haben.
Das Zimmer war für drei Personen groß genug und hatte einen gemütlichen Balkon. Das Badezimmer war angenehm groß.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bot für jeden etwas. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und es fehlte uns an nichts. Sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft gab es.
Einziger Nachteil war, dass die Parkplätze direkt am Hotel alle belegt waren und die Tiefgarage ca. 1km entfernt war.
Wo sich der Pool auf dem Foto befindet war uns nicht ganz klar.
Wir würden wieder buchen.

Viihtyisä hotelli Gardan keskustassa

Hotelli on pieni ja viihtyisä. Sijainti on hyvä aivan Gardan keskustassa pääkadun varrella. Henkilökunta erittäin mukavaa, iloista ja avuliasta. Huoneiden siisteys ja siivous aivan huippua. Aamupala on monipuolinen ja runsas. Hotellilla vain aamiaistarjoilu, mutta parin minuutin kävelymatkan sisällä kymmeniä ravintoloita mistä valita. Hotellin edessä on muutama maksullinen parkkipaikka, mutta noin 700m päässä on hyvä vartiotu parkkihalli, joka on ilmainen hotellin asiakkaille. Hotellilla ei ole omaa uima-allasta, mutta hotellilta saa vapaaliput reilun kilometrin päässä olevaan kylpylään. Siellä kannattaa ehdottomasti käydä, erityisesti spa-osastolla, mutta valmistaudu sekasaunan merkeissä nakuiluun. Ainoa miinuspuoli hotellissa on ajoittainen meluisuus. Koska se sijaitsee pääkadun varrella, osa liikenteen melusta kantautuu huoneisiin ainakin tienpuoleisissa huoneissa. Lisäksi viereisistä huoneista kuuluu äänet vähän turhankin hyvin. Ostettiin läheisestä apteekista korvatulpat ja sen jälkeen sai nukkua rauhassa. Vietettiin hotellissa viikko syyskuun puolenvälin jälkeen ja sää suosi loistavasti. Joka päivä oli 30 astetta. Voimme suositella hotellia lämpimästi.

Ideale Lage für viele Aktivitäten (Shopping, Sightsseing, Mountainbiken)
Ruhig, obwohl an der Hauptstrasse, sehr gute Dämmung,
Klimaanlage,
Hervorragendes, frisches Früstück
SEHR aufmerksamen Personal, freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.
Auto kann abseits geparkt werden, wird aber durch die gute Lage nicht gebraucht.
Sensationelles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.
