have to pay for your bed sheets & towels!!!

The hotel was in a picturesque location however up a steep hill. When we arrived, approximately 200 Christians were reading bibles in the reception area in silence. Very unexpected so found it all a bit strange as we checked in whispering. Then we were told we had to pay a €70 cleaning deposit.. We had to clean our own room or would be charged if this wasn't done adequately. Our room was inspected at 5pm the night before we went home. We were instructed to fill out an itinary & have everything out of the kitchen cupboards on the dinner table for the inspection, to make it 'easier'! To collect our deposit we were informed reception would be open between 7am-10pm so we decided to collect it at 7am the morning of our departure. We had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive as she was late, this wouldn't have been an issue normally but had a taxi booked to the airport at 7am for our flight back to Gatwick. We also had to pay €20 non-refundable, for bed sheets. Towels were also an additional €20 for two people. There was also a €12 accommodation tax, non -refundable. We also had no hot water the day after our arrival so had to go to reception & wait for a matenence man (who was very prompt) to fix the problem. The bar staff were friendly when the bar area was open & not occupied by the Christians! Location was lovely however rooms are extremely basic, wouldn't return to this hotel!

Eine nette einfache Unterkunft, die ihrem Zweck eines Familienurlaubes voll erfühlt. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es wäre dringend notwendig an der ein oder anderen Stelle (Tischtennisplatten, Poolfliesen,...) zu renovieren. Die Appartements sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und der Weg nach Garda, sowie am See ist flussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Dejligt ophold

Vi har haft 9 dejlige dage på stedet. Velkomsten var meget imødekommende og venlig. Komfort og standard af lejlighed var god og restaurant, swimmingpool og område pænt og rimeligt rent. Pga voldsomme trærødder er belægningen omkring den lille pool meget ujævn hvilket er årsagen til at jeg ikke giver top, top karakter.

Wir verbrachten ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Residence Parco del Garda.

Die Anlage ist beeindruckend groß und sauber, was gleich für einen positiven ersten Eindruck sorgte. Die Aussicht von der Lobby und vom Restaurant ist traumhaft! Was ggf. schwierig werden könnte ist, wenn es besonders viel regnet und man auf den Rasen parken muss, da es dann sehr matschig werden kann. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, sowohl in der Unterkunft als auch im Restaurant. Der Service war stets zuvorkommend und herzlich.

Die zwei Pools sind großzügig gestaltet und bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Allerdings war das Wasser im Mai noch sehr kalt, was den Badespaß etwas einschränkte.

Das Zimmer war groß und frisch renoviert, jedoch leider recht hellhörig. Es wäre schön, wenn bei der Zimmerbelegung darauf geachtet werden würde, dass Reisende ohne Kinder in separaten Abteilen untergebracht werden. Unsere Nächte waren leider weniger erholsam, da wir früh morgens durch ein schreiendes Baby geweckt wurden.

Ein Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Auch wenn es in der Buchungsbestätigung erwähnt wird, sollte man beachten, dass Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und einfache Toilettenartikel nicht inklusive sind.

Trotz kleinerer Unannehmlichkeiten hat uns der Aufenthalt insgesamt gut gefallen. Wir werden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und hoffen dann auf erholsamere Nächte!

Dårligt internet

Stedet bære præ af at have haft nogle år på bagen. Der er ikke internet på hotel eller lejligheder men kun hvis man sidder i receptionen.
Personalet var rigtig flinke men jeg ved ikke om det var mig der ikke fik læst ordentlig på beskrivelsen men vi havde en lejlighed og der var ikke sengetøj eller håndklæder, det betalte vi så for to personer 30 euro for. I køkkenet kunne man ikke få varmt nok vand til opvask, vi løste det ved at koge vand til opvask.
Men det skal siges det var rigtig billigt og måske prisen vær ?

Sorggiorno meraviglioso presso questa struttura. L'appartamento era un bilocale molto spazioso e anche se in condizioni non proprio nuove, era in ordine e pulito. Bella la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto immersi nel verde con vista lago. Piscina grande e attrezzata e grazie al caldo fuori stagione siamo riuscitia a fare il bagno per la gioia di mio figlio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Tolle Ferienanlage - vor allem mit Kindern!

Die Ferienhäuser dieser Anlage liegen am Hang zwischen Olivenbäumen so verteilt, dass man nie dem Nachbarn auf die Terrasse blickt, und - obwohl es eine Anlage ist - den Eindruck eines Einzelferienhauses hat. Gleichzeitig genießt man alle Vorzüge einer Ferienanlage mit zwei tollen Pools und einer deutschsprachig besetzten, sehr freundlichen Rezeption.
Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum spielen rund um das Häuschen. Die überdachte Terrasse ist mit einem Kamin / Grill ausgestattet.
Das Zentrum von Garda ist, sogar mit Kindern, bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt dazu oben in der Anlage einen versteckten und leider nicht markierten Weg auf dem man ins Zentrum gelangt und die vielbefahrene Haupstraße (die leider keinen Fußweg hat) meidet.

Grundsätzlich eine gut angelegte Gesamtanlage in ruhigen Umfeld, besonders gut geeingnet für Familienurlaub. Auch für alleinreisende Paare sehr gut geeignet. Selbstverpflegungsmöglichkeit - Appartements/Bungalows mit Küchenzeile zur Selbstbenutzung. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich & hilfsbereit.

Einfach aber erholsam

Die Bungalows sind einfach ausgestattet und gehören renoviert. Man sollte nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben. Dafür liegt die Anlage in einem herrlichen Olivenhain und hat 3 tolle Pools. Auch die Nähe zur Ortsmitte von Garda ist toll.

Toller Pool, einfache Bungalows, Restaurant top!

Garda ist sehr empfehlenswert! Nicht so überlaufen wie Bardolino oder Lazise, schön gelegen umgeben von Bergen. Die Anlage liegt schön, wobei die Bungalows nur zweckmässig ausgeststtet sind - Renovierung täte gut. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Viele Liegestühle und auch Schattenplätze verfügbar. Top Restaurant direkt daneben.

Ganska nergånget område men perfekt läge utmed vackra Gardasjön, lite utanför stan men priset gjorde det värt det. Bodde i egen bungalow utan av men det funkade fint då det var hög mysighetsfaktor. Stora höjdskillnader inom området och ganska stora avstånd inom området om man ska gå till exempelvis poolen. 2 stora poolområden med gratis solstolar.

A nice place for a low cost

The check in for Parco del Garda is at the Hotel Marco Polo and starts at 15.00. We had to pay the cleaning deposit of 150 Euro in cash despite the info on Hotels.com.

Our apartment was located on the second floor and that was good because we could sleep with the balcony door and bedroom window open at night
There is no AC and no fans and although we visited in June we slept without bed covers.

The beds were quite hard except for the sofa/bed in the living room. The kitchen had most of the things you may need, but only three glasses.

You may use both the pool at Hotel Marco Polo and the larger one on the other side of the tennis courts. The restaurant by the large pool is open for lunch and dinner. Sun beds are free, but sun umbrellas are 2 Euro per day.

The hotel is located just north of Garda town. If you want to walk into the city you can use the walkway above the large pool area. If you want to go down to the lake yoy need to walk along the main road for a while.

The small supermarket opens at 8.

scelto questo camping per il prezzo veramente competitivo troviamo il nostro appartamento in un uliveto,il posto è veramente bello però un po datato hai nostri amici (senza sovrapprezzo)viene assegnato un bungalow per un problema al loro appartamento ed è qesto che consiglio vivamente meglio il bungalow che l'appartamento piscina stupenda con ristorante e bar annessi l'unico neo e stato propio il bar la mattina non esistono nessun tipo di brioche per far colazione ne confezionate ne fresche per il resto il ristorante ha una vista mozzafiato sul lago

Sehrunhöflich Personal,Extrakten für Bettwäsche und Internet. Keine Handtüchervorhanden.
Lage mit PKW ok, ohne PKW sehr schlecht.
Wir würden dieses Hotelzimmer definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.
Sauberkeit muss jedoch gesagt werden, war wirklich gut.

mehr bekommen als erwartet für einen superpreis

wir hatten einen kurzaufenthalt mit drei übernachtungen gebucht. aufgrund des günstigen preises 87 € im oktober, hatten wir keine erhöhten erwartungen auf eine luxuriöse unterkunft. wir waren aber dennoch sehr positiv überrascht über die ausstattung, lage und die geräumigkeit der unterkunft. das ein- und auschecken verlief problemlos. reinigung wurde von uns selbst durchgefüht, sonst hätte es noch 58 € mehr gekostet. bettwäsche und handtücher sind selbst mitzubringen, oder können für 10 € ausgeliehen werden.

für den Preis völlig okay

Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb Gardas, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Ortszentrum. Unterbringung erfolgte in einem Bungalow, der für bis zu 5 Personen ausgelegt war. Reibungsloser check-in, man kann zwischen Endreinigung durch das Personal (58 € Aufpreis), oder eigener Endreinigung wählen. Als Sicherheitsleistung wurden 150 € verlangt, welche bei Abreise wieder ausgezahlt werden. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Pizzeria. Weitere Einrichtungen (Pool etc.) wurden nicht genutzt.

Zum übernachten reichts

Zustand der Zimmer schlecht. Nicht wirklich sauber. Es hætte im Vertrag stehen können das 150 eur. Kaution sowie fast 60 eur für die endreinigung dazukommen. Küche sehr aufs minimalste ausgestattet. Gut ist das viele vom personal deutsch sprechen.

Wir hatten einen Bungalow.

Urlaub mit Frau und Kind. Für das Frühstück gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der aber ausreichte.
Wir waren am sehr schönen Pool sowie auch am Gardasee zum baden.

Super angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren wirklich angenehm überrascht von dieser Anlage. Der große Pool war super, es waren immer freie Liegestühle zu finden und der Pool nie zu voll. Kinder haben dort viel Spaß, da ein Bademeister nicht immer ermahnt, springen vom Beckenrand ist erlaubt. Beim kleinen Pool konnte man in Ruhe entspannen. Garda ist sowieso einen Besuch wert!

Отличное месторасположение, тишина, птички надрываются.
Единственный для нас минус - заезжали вечером а в номере ни мыла, ни туалетной бумаги, ни полотенец. Заезжают все (наверное не первый раз) на машинах доверху забитыми постельным бельем, разнообразными принадлежностями, даже со своими подушками и одеялами)))
