This hotel appears to be situated up on the hill overlooking City Garda and south side of the lake. We had a room with swim up swimming pool which appeared to be with the smallest angle access to the swimming pool and bad exposure to the direct sunshine. Room is spacious with large bathroom and all amenities. Breakfast is typical “collazione” but waiters at Brekafast were totally unfriendly and at 10:00 just shutting the door with no warning if someone would still take something. Overall, I think not great option under category value for money!

A bit dated, but very good stay

Very nice staff, fantastic location, beautiful golf course at a bargain price if you stay in the hotel. The rooms are big with good A/C - but a bit outdated as are the common areas. For a couple of days stay combining golf with sun it is worth giving it a try. A bit far from the village (Garda) for a walk.

Golf Hotel Ca' degli Ulivi

Spent an enjoyable 2 nights here. Lots of little things you could moan about the decor of the rooms is a little bit tired eg paint flaking off around the air conditioning unit, the TV is small poor reception (we weren't here to watch tv), a cobweb on one of the wall... Plus the pool is right next to the cafe and there's not much lounging space so maybe not ideal for if you want to spend your days in the pool/sunbathing.

If you get wound up by small imperfections in a hotel probably best not to come here.

On the plus side its set back from lake about 2 miles from Garda the restaurant/cafe terrace has a fantastic vista over the lake. Plus half price golf on the attached course, about £15, not too challenging which was ideal for me and they hire out reasonable clubs at about £15.

Plus the staff were friendly.

Overall good value for money for the area and we enjoyed our short stay and would come back.

Hotel is located at the top of the hill... Very difficult to walk it, and a 3 min taxi ride to the hotel from garda st or vice versa will set u back 10 euros!
The hotel view and surroundings are stunning. View from hotel restraunt and pool are breath taking. However, rooms are v standard and a bit dated. Areas of damp along the window wall and no proper a.c- unbearably uncomftable in mid july where temperatures can reach 36 degrees. Opening the windows is an option... But loads of creepy crawlies will enter.. some so big and buzzing so loud they will wake u! Breakfast was awful.. cereal and bread and yogurt and coffee... everymorning. V basic but you get what u pay for!

Golf Hotel

The hotel is in more for people who play golf.Beautiful location but you need a car to move to the lake or in any other area.

The staff is really nice and they are very available they always try to help me in my requests.
The rooms are not 4 stars hotel rooms but the price is very good.
In my expericence in our room we had a very small TV, the fridge was empty, the bathroom had old stuff, but they told me they will renew next year. The Breakfast was ok, not much choice (for a 4 stars) but the view from the garden was outstanding.

Enjoying the beauty of Lago di Garda without the crowds

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were basic, but big and clean. The children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed sitting and eating on the terrace with the view of Lake Garda. We liked the fact that it was not right by the lake with the crowds of turists, since we were there in August. The surrounding area is just spectacular, there is beauty everywhere you look. We also enjoyed the fact that there were a lot of Italians from the area staying in the hotel, so we felt a little less like tourists and got a feel for the lifestyle of the locals. There was a wedding there one of the evenings and that was a special treat for us to see a real Italian wedding.The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed, the staff pleasant. We would definitely go back.

Would definately stay there again.

Breath-taking views and great service. Rooms leave a little to be desired, outdated decor and bathrooms but overall was clean and comfortable. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive into Garda which is a great destination for dining and shopping. There is also a very good resturant on site as well as one within walking distance. The town of Marciago is quite charming. I would definately stay there again.

Mountains lake view and relaxing atmosphare with GOLF

3 km up in the mountains we found rest and service and a beatyful view over the Garda Lake- Living in a golfresort in the middle of a fantastic course ( hilly) was good. Hotel staff very serviceminded, rooms good , breakfast with good choises- i.e. eggs, yougurth, croissants with plenty of cheese, ham and sausages. Only minus was that the nice restaurant outside with lakeview was managed by somebody else and they were very little flexible and not serviceminded at all.

Great view - but make sure you have a car!

We are not golfers but chose the hotel due to its promimity to Lake Garda. We had not intended to hire a car but if you stay at this hotel it is essential! The hotel itself is slightly jaded but the views from the balcony are fantastic. The area around Lake Garda is absolutely beautiful and all things considered we had a great holiday.

No way worth its 4* rating

We were extreamly disapointed with this hotel. It was old fashioned and there was little care in the way the hotel was presented. We had to move rooms as we found fleas in the bed and the staff seemed utterly unphased and unapolagetic for this. In fact they were very rude throughout. This is a golf venue first and a hotel very much second. Breakfast was merely satisfactory and there was little room round the pool to sunbathe, with little privacy from passing golfers. The view is lovely, its only redeeming feature.

Gold Hotel Ca' degli Ulivi for Business Travelers

What a view! The hotel itself is set up on the hills above Lake Garda and the view is worth the stay all in itself. The location and accomidations are great, very comfortable, spacious, with ample things to do on property or very nearby. The restaurant is fantastic and the food and service are more than you would expect. Cuurently, there is a bit of renovation taking place but was no bother to myslef or anyone I spoke to. As an avid golfer I did not have a chance to play, but the course looked challenging and very well maintained. The hotel is close to the main autostrada access (5 minutes) which can get you anywhere you need to be; Verona, Milan, Venice, Firenze. A wonderful hotel, comfortable, very good service and accomidations, and a great view.

Kanon utsikt! Mindre trevlig receptionist

När vi kom så sa de att man inte kunde boka rum med barn. Lätt som vi inte var välkomna. Efter mycket diskuterande fick vi stanna. Tråkig start. Rummet i sig var rymligt. Men hotellet är slitet. De har renoverat 2021. Men det syns inte. Fogarna i poolen är svarta. Korridorerna har färgen flagnat.
Kanon fin utsikt från rummet. Restaurangen ligger kanon. Trevlig bemötande från dem. Speciallare kan dock bli dyrt 😉
Golfbanan ser kul ut.
Vi kände i och med bemötamdet från start att vi nästan fick gömma oss på boendet.
Lyhört på rummen.
Häftigt med infinity pool mot Garda.
Den gemensamma poolen såg mindre inbjudande ut.
Ligger högt upp på berget. Man går inte ner till samhället.

Check In war eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten am Abend nach langer Anreise 45 Minuten warten, obwohl wir bereits Angestellten in der Nähe Bescheid gegeben hatten. Entweder waren die Kellner betrunken oder sie konnten wirklich kein Wort Englisch oder Deutsch. Das Hotel an sich war ok. Das Frühstück sehr dürftig mit kaum Auswahl

Fint hotel, men ikke 4 stjerner værd

Hotellet var rigtig hyggeligt, med en super flot udsigt til alle sider. Der er forholdsvis kort til Garder Søen hvor der er massere af liv og mange gode restauranter og butikker. Værelset var stort, men bar dog præg af at det er et noget gammelt hotel. Morgenmaden på hotellet er noget af det dårligste jeg har oplevet, udvalget var meget lille og kvaliteten lav.

Also sehr toll ist der Ausblick auf den Gardasee von der Terrasse aus,
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut und reichlich.
Aber das Hotel ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, und es wird sehr wenig gemacht, in der Anlage, z. B. u.a. Geht die Dusche am Pool nicht und wie es ausschaut schon länger nicht.
Und im Hotelzimmer würde ich nicht Barfuß laufen.

Golf Hotel am Gardasee ist in die Jahre gekommen!

Der Aufenthalt gestaltete sich soweit angenehm. Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfte wohl einer ordentlichen Sanierung. Die Terrassentüre mit Rahmen sind ausgelutscht müssten neu gestrichen werden. Wer Barfuß auf den Bereich geht muss
auf den Türen Übergang aufpassen-Verletzungsgefahr- Das Frühstück ist seht dürftig. Entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus.Natürlich könnte man noch über mehr meckern, ob es was bringt ist mir nicht bekannt.
Jedenfalls die tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee ist schon Traumhaft. Zu wenig Deutsche TV Programme. Der Expedia Preis war o.k. für dieses Hotel.

Tolle Aussicht aber sonst nichts...

veraltetes, abgewohntes Hotel ohne Komfort dafür mit schlechtem Service. Bei den Schiebetüren im Zimmer läuft der Regen rein. Frühstück ok,aber keine Sonderwünsche, da Küche nicht besetzt. Tische werden nicht abgeräumt. Hotel und Restaurant getrennt.Restaurant von Einheimischen gut besucht und offenbar von guter Qualität. Reklamationen sind nicht erwünscht und werden ignoriert. Absprachen wie Zimmerbelegungen (z.B. nebeneinander gelegen, oder Einzelbetten statt Doppelbetten) werden nicht berücksichtigt.

Nice location but too many weddings

The location is nice with a beautiful view. Restaurant is very good. The big issue is that hotel and reastaurant areunder different management and the restaurant and outside facilities are busy during the week ends with weddings. We spent there 2 nights: the first night there was a party lasting until 1.30 in the night with loud music and noise not allowing to sleep. Next day there was a wedding lasting from 12 am to 1 am.. 13 hrs of music, loud voices and dozens and dozens of wedding hosts in the open area so that it was impossible to use them ,. When we asked to hotel manager to stop teh music as by law at midnight they said there was nothing they could do and they only gave us another room where the noise was minor but still present. this is unacceptable the hotel should not sell their rooms when they are booked for weddings or at least tell to the client who is free to accept or not but at least is aware of the issue.. we were not infomed.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel an schönem Golfplatz

Beim Check In wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass am Abend im Hotel eine Hochzeit gefeiert wird. Ab Mitternacht sollte dann Ruhe sein. Die Party dauerte aber bis nach 03:00 Uhr!?
Da wir erst nach 18:00 Uhr im Hotel waren,auch keine Chance, um noch umzubuchen.
Auch der Wechsel der Zimmer (Rezeption ohne Probleme zum Tausch bereit) brachte keine Besserung.
Die Zimmer waren sauber aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig (Stil der 70iger/80iger Jahre)
Es gab keine Bereitschaft durch die Rezeption, uns den Preis zu reduzieren!?

4**** er alt for meget.

Dette hotel trænger i den grad til at blive renoveret. Råddent rækværk er blevet lappet sammen med tilfældige brædder. Receptionisterne var flinke, rare og hurtige, det virkede godt. Tjenerne gav os det indtryk, at de havde en konkurrence om at være mest sur, var ikke meget for at servere. Morgenmaden var god, udsigten fabelagtig. Ikke et hotel jeg vil anbefale. Uforståeligt at det kan have 4****.

In dem Hotel herrscht ein absoluter Renovierungsstau, was aber die Lage, der Ausblick auf den See und das total leckere Essen wieder wett machen, Frühstück ist für Italien reichhaltig, allerdings könnten frischere Brötchen angeboten werden! Alles gute n allem würden wir aufgrund der Lage und der Ruhe wiederkommen

Überragender Ausblick, kleine Mängel im Detail

Man hat eine überragende Ausblick über Garda! Die Zimmer haben wir über Expedia mit -50% gebucht und dafür war es wirklich super. Für den vollen Preis (150-160 EUR p. Nacht) hätte ich jedoch ein paar Dinge reklamiert. Der Service am Abend war recht unfreundlich als wir uns entschieden, doch nur etwas zu trinken und nichts zu essen. Das eher spärlich ausfallende Frühstücksbuffet haben wir im Außenbereich zu uns genommen, wo unsere Ameisen-Freunde dann mit uns diniert haben. Die Ausstattung des Hotels wirkt hochwertig, allerdings könnte die Sauberkeit, gerade in den \"Ecken\" noch etwas verbessert werden. Für einen Preis von 60-80 EUR würde ich wieder kommen und den super Ausblick genießen. Für mehr Geld jedoch nicht.

Spartanisches Golf-Hotel in schöner Lage

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb von Garda inmitten des Golfplatzes. Die Zimmer sind bescheiden ausgestattet und keinesfalls im 4-Sternebereich angesiedelt.
Das Frühstück wird lieblos serviert (2 Brötchen, je 4 Scheiben Salami und Käse, Marmelade und Honig in Portionsplastiktuben). Cappuccino auf Nachfrage. Auch hier kein 4-Sterne-Standard. Alexandra an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereich. Der Frühstücksservice ist unterschiedlich von sehr freundlich bis muffelig, je nach Servicepersonal. Zusammenfassung: Für einen kurzen und wenig anspruchsvollen Golfaufenthalt akzeptabel.

Albergo accogliente con ottima vista panoramica

4 giorni trascorsi in tranquillità immersi nel verde con panorama splendido. Grande parcheggio, molto buona l'accoglienza. Camera spaziosa ricca di ogni comfort (aria condizionata, frigobar, tv, cassaforte, bagno privato attrezzato) con enorme terrazzo solarium. Discreta la pulizia dell'albergo e il servizio piscina. Molto gradita la colazione, abbondante e internazionale, arricchita dalla meravigliosa vista del lago dall'alto. Ottima la posizione, a 3 kg da Garda. Anche per chi non pratica golf, è possibile passeggiare in tranquillità tra gli enormi campi che circondano l'albergo.

Hilarius to call it a hotel worth 4 stars. This hotel is old and not well maintained. The windows In the room was broken and the window frame rotten. Spiders and nesting cocuuns were at several places at the window. The aircon was extremely bad and when we asked the people at the reception for another room their reply was that they could not help because we had payed the full amount for our stay. Eventually we complained and requested our money back and In context to this we wanted to get another hotel. Again their reply was that they could not help. Furthermore while waiting In the restarea at the reception i was approced by a woman who offered her services, that is, services regarding sex!!!!!!! Very flattering but not sutaible for a 4 star hotel. And my wife were not that impressed.

Valuta for pengene

Fantastisk udsigt udover Gardasøen. Gode værelser og fin service. Golfbanen er udfordrende og spændende med flot udsigt på mange huller. Fin lille pool. Morgenmaden er under middel, men restauranten er god. Godt område at cykle i, men det kræver en bil at køre til Garda.

Tout dépend ce que vous recherchez, amis(es) golfeurs pour le golf ok, prix 18 trous car trolley 35€.
Qualité des départs des fairways, greens ne pitchs pas trop.
Pour l'hôtel pas de wifi sauf à l'accueil, pas de tv ou avec une qualité d'image qui te décourage de regarder. Petit déjeuner jamais varié
Pour le restaurant, sur un sejour de 4 nuits, nous avons mangé 3 x dans le restaurant du golf, mon épouse a choisi 2 x les lasagnes, ce n'était pas du tout la même recette. Ni les mêmes ingrédients.
Je vous conseille de rejoindre le lac de garde avec des restos tout a fait abordable.
Attention, les restaurateurs veulent souvent du cash.

Tolle Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir waren über Ostern zwei Tage zum Golfspielen dort. Die Lage ist toll, direkt auf einem schönen Golfplatz mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den See. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und für zwei Personen relativ geräumig. Nettes Restaurant mit kleinem Schwimmbad und schöner Terrasse. Auch die Bar am Abend ist noch sehr frequentiert. Der Frühstücksservice könnte allerdings besser sein.

Golfhotel mit Lärm

Da das Hotel und Restaurant nicht zusammen sind ist es unmöglich zu Reklamieren.
Die Disco ist unter den Zimmer und sind so laut das Tote erwachen und das um 12 Uhr in der Nacht. Unglaublich auch wenn man direkt beim Chef de Service die Störung meldet.
Essen nicht mehr dei Qualität die es früher hatte.

einmal und niemehr !!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Ich bin wirklich nicht heikel, aber was ich da erlebte war wirklich nicht toll. Ich freute mich über einen Urlaub mit geniessen und Golfspielen. Bei der Ankunft teilte man mir mit sie hätten nur noch ein Zimmer, und dieses War beim Waschplatz der Golfcarts, man hörte die ganze Zeit den Hochdruckreiniger und es war sehr laut. Im Zimmer drinnen war sicher 28 Grad warm. Ich wollte am ersten Abend das Zimmer wechseln, aber ich bekam die Antwort, es ginge nicht. Ich fand es sehr beschämend, auch der TV ging nicht. Es war wirklich nicht Toll. Beim Abendessen erlebten wir die nächste Überraschung, als wir Fisch bestellten kamen Crevetten. Das Rindsteak war nicht gewürzt und sehr trocken, was ich beanstandete. Es sei so bei Ihnen, war die Antwort. Das beste war der Cafe am Morgen, das sagt doch schon einiges.

Golfen in schönster Gardaseelage

Wir fahren schon seit längerer Zeit in das Hotel. Es hat eine ideale Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Zum golfen perfekt. Guter 18-Loch Platz und ein schöner 9-Loch Panoramaplatz. Einziges Manko sind die Zimmer. Sie sind schlicht und einfach. Versprühen den Charme der 80er. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung.
