I loved this place. I went with my husband and 2 kids. The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and it was in a great location. The staff was extremely responsive if I messaged them. My husband forgot something and they were able to have it delivered to our next hotel. I am very pleased with My Trevi Charming & Luxury Rooms and would highly recommend staying there.

The rooms are located in the Centro which is excellent for sight-seeing. The staff is kind and helpful. We stayed in 101 which had plenty of wardrobe space and was always clean. Coffee machine available in the room. The A/C worked and the bathroom was modern. There is no elevator, and the rooms are located on the 2nd floor. If you are not mobile or able to carry suitcases up stairs, this is not for you. Otherwise, I recommend this place for convenience for tourism, safety, kind staff, and cleanliness.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unless you like walking up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator with heavy luggage. There’s no 24/7 host at the desk so if you need something you’re screwed.

We loved our stay at My Trevi. This property is a 10/10 overall. Cinzia went above and beyond to make us feel right at home, even while traveling in another country. She arranged our transportation to and from the property, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location could not have been more perfect. Just a 2-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, right in the heart of the city, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. We stayed in Room 101, and it was absolutely incredible. Truly worth every penny. We walked everywhere thanks to the unbeatable location. This was one of the best vacations we've ever been on. We’re already planning to come back, next time with our whole family. We can’t wait to return to Rome and explore more of beautiful Italy. Thank you again for such an incredibly stay!:)

THIS PLACE IS A GEM! Don't be fooled by exteriors. We loved everything about it--location was fabulous, shopping options, dining choices, transportation everywhere, walkable to all sites and museums even with an 11 year old. Nothing more than 25 minutes walk and most within 15. Trevi Fountain on the doorstep.

The building doesn’t have a an elevator but most of the buildings in Rome don’t have an elevator. Salvadoran is one of the the staff members and he was so helpful we called him and he came to help us with taking our suitcase to our room.

We had a lovely stay at this little B&B in the heart of Roma. Room and bed was comfy and clean, has a lot of nice little amenities like minibar and USB ports (A and C) on both sides for bed. Staff was wonderful (thank you Cinzia), and great location for exploring Roma. It’s only 1-2 mins to Trevi Fountain and very lively/exciting neighborhood, but very peaceful at night as you can’t hear any of it from the room.

The management is very responsive and communicated well with me. It is like a guest house, with a lot of charm. The room itself is beautiful and comfortable. It could be a fault on my end, but the water was never warm enough for a relaxing shower after a day out. I would, however, stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was very central. Close to Metro for going to the Vatican. Walking distance to coleseum - 15 min walk. A little cloak and dagger getting in and out of the place. There is the giant door, then to the gate, up the stair to the main reception door. Easy after you figure it out.... good security. Efren was also super nice at the front desk

We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain and we loved just opening the front door and being on the streets of Rome! So close to so many main attractions and loved walking the streets around the centre.

The location of this property is fantastic. You can walk to the Trevi Fountain in about 90 seconds. All the big attractions are in easy walking distance.
This is a guest house rather than a hotel. It therefore doesn’t have 24 hour staffed reception. But Effren who manages the guests and bookings is available periodically and can be contacted by text/WhatsApp if you need him.
The rooms are also cleaned and made up daily just like a hotel.
We had one of the smaller rooms (there about 6 rooms in total I think). It was simple but modern and attractive. The bed was a King Size I would guess, but not a super king like many boutique hotels.
For the British who like a nice cup of tea, firstly good luck finding one in the land of the coffee lover. But also the coffee machine in the room just doesn’t get the water hot enough for tea.

Our stay here was wonderful - great location, clean and comfortable rooms, modern feel, airy, free WiFi, and very secure. Although the rooms are small, the ceilings are high so it doesn’t feel cramped. I love how they’be renovated the rooms - it has ample closet, fridge with free drinks and snacks, a Lavassa coffee maker, selection of teas, clean bathrooms etc. Its also not stuffy like other hotel rooms. The hotel is challenging to maneuver in and out of your first time because buttons need to be pressed for gates to open when exiting, and the key card needs to be used 3 times to unlock gates coming in (it’s secure!) We we’re lucky to run into another couple who showed us how to get in and out, but after that it was easy. Efren was super nice and even got my BF a day pass to a nearby gym - above and beyond service. Definitely would stay here again!
