I was so disappointed with this hotel. It purports to be a 5 star hotel and I was certainly paying a rate commensurate with that but it simply isn’t of a high enough standard to deserve a 5 star rating. From staff arguing with each other in front of us to being denied entry to the bar because it was too busy; there simply isn’t enough room for me to list their faults here, which essentially come down to a lack of attention to detail and care but if the management want to write to me I will give them the full list.

We were offered dinner complimentary for the inconvenience but would highly recommend the restaurant regardless. Food was amazing. Location is close to all major attractions.

This hotel was fabulous! The staff were kind and always friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Nicoletta at the front desk made check in after 16 hours of travelling actually enjoyable. They were kind enough to have our room ready early to accommodate our special needs son. The rooms were large and comfortable. Special shoutout to the cleaning staff who worked around our chaotic schedule with our jet-lagged kiddos. The location was stellar. Close enough to walk to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona and back in one afternoon. Easy access to buses. Great restaurants all around. We stayed for a birthday and the cake we ordered through the hotel was homemade and incredible. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, staff were very friendly, all spoke English and were very welcoming. We stayed in one of the suites and couldn’t fault it, bed was very comfortable and had very good amenities, stunning bathrooms, plenty of plug sockets and usb by the bed. Always very clean, the whole hotel was spotless. Great views from the rooftop bar. Really good location for all the main sites, we walked everywhere as we found the hotel was quite a central location.
Breakfast was fantastic, there was so much choice and the waiting staff very so attentive. Lovely boutique hotel, will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Two minutes away from Spanish steps and Terevi fountain. Walking distance to the best shopping areas and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood. Hotel is beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. The roof top has gorgeous view and great bar and restaurant. I can’t believe our luck to have come across this property. If we ever find ourselves in Rome this is where we are going to stay. I forgot to mention how friendly and helpful the staff was.

We went to celebrate our 25th anniversary in Rome. From the moment we walked into the lobby until the goodbye a week later we had the best experience. The front staff, the breakfast waiters, the amenities including but not limited to the room, the restaurant area, and the rooftop bar, were outstanding. And the location cannot be beaten. A few minutes walk to any of the attractions like Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps, and tons of choices of restaurants in the neighboring streets. It's a 100% recommendation if you plan to visit Rome and explore the city.

Disliked the fact there was little space in bathroom for towels, toiletries etc. Shower no matter how careful you were would always get the floor very wet. Almost slipped.

On the positive side, the property is well located with a beautiful restaurant and rooftop terrace. On the negative side, it was past time to replace the mattress as it had visible dips where people sleep and also the rooftop terrace is closed far to early eliminating the ability to have an evening drink overlooking the city.

Good location

The mattress sagged in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep. A worker came into the room saying sorry without knocking first and waiting for a response, once she came in and saw us watching tv on the bed she said sorry again and got out fast. Spoke with lobby staff and apparently this is normal as they said she was supposed to replenish water for coffee and snackbar. This would be believable if she actually would have had items in her hands or would have actually asked if we need something, but she ran out quickly. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Overall a beautiful and stylish hotel with a very nice 360 rooftop. Our room was one of the 2 rooms located on the upper floor (5th floor). The windows were relatively small and high up, offering very little light and no view but it wasn’t a major issue. The rooms are very classy and comfortable, the staff is very well trained and pleasant to talk to. Their restaurant offers great food. Great location. Very close to the Pantheon, the Spanish steps, Navona square and much more. I found this hotel to be quite inexpensive compared to others of a similar standard. I would definitely go back.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. They helped us across every step of our visit. We were greeted with a welcome gift. Our room’s air conditioning had a hiccup and we were immediately moved into another room. Enjoyed the open space, robes, and slippers after a long day exploring. Rooms are very comfortable for a family of four. We took advantage of the breakfast, room service, mini bar, and rooftop bar. Mi kids loved having pizzas in the evenings. It is literally steps from major attractions and shopping. We did many tours with meeting points that were an easy walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of everything in Roma.

The mattress sagged in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep. A worker came into the room saying sorry without knocking first and waiting for a response, once she came in and saw us watching tv on the bed she said sorry again and got out fast. Spoke with lobby staff and apparently this is normal as they said she was supposed to replenish water for coffee and snackbar. This would be believable if she actually would have had items in her hands or would have actually asked if we need something, but she ran out quickly. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Convenient location near Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps with great service and friendly staff. The rooms has a decent size, they are nicely decorated, and clean but too dark, they definitely needs more lighting and a mirror to for make up would be helpful. The breakfast is good and the roof top is great to relax and have a drink after a walking day in Rome

Our room was big and spacious with large windows and natural light. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. It’s in a great location and we walked to most places, lots of restaurants and shopping around, 2 min walk to Trevi.
The bathroom was dark though with not enough light but did not bother us. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, our stay at U Visionary was top notch. I wish that I remembered names of the front desk staff as well as the staff at the complementary breakfast on the 5th floor, but every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with many choices and the BEST cappuccino that I have ever tasted. The room was perfect for 2 people and the black out shades helped us to get some much -needed rest between busy days packed with sight seeing. This hotel is in a prime location just a few minutes’ walk from the Trevi fountain but just fat enough so that it is away from the more “touristy” restaurants and shops. We are so glad that we chose this hotel. It made our trip to Rome that much sweeter!
