Property managers Mariel and Karla are excellent, always available and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and terrace is beautiful. They keep the rooms very clean and make a delicious breakfast and it’s clear that they have 5 star training. Without them, this property wouldn’t have the appeal it has.
Somethings we wish we had known: The family room has windows that look onto another building - there is pretty much zero sunlight. There is no laundry, no lobby and no front desk - so as long as you are ok with that. There is also no car access to the front of the building - you have to walk with luggage down a long cobble stone street where the uber will drop you. Not possible if you have mobility issues but also surprising that this isn’t mentioned more visibly. Also the terrace is only accessible by a very steep staircase which is also not for anyone with mobility issues. This is basically several rooms/suites in a Roman condo building in a great location near fountain of trevi.

I can’t say enough good things about Casa Modelli. The location is around the corner from the Trevi fountain and nearly everything is walkable. Lots of dining options and shops. Karla and Mariel are amazing. Karla was so helpful checking in with us, helping arrange transportation from the airport and train station. The breakfasts up on the rooftop terrace are delicious and so peaceful. They make you feel so welcome. Finally our room was spacious, air conditioned with refrigerator and tea pot. Also a small dining table. Bathroom and shower were also spacious and all very clean. We will definitely stay here again when in Rome.

Casa Modelli was amazing!! This Bed & Breakfast was just steps from the Trevi Fountain. We walked in to a very clean and modern apartment with a little kitchen for use. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace with choice of eggs made to order, ham, cheese, yogurts, croissants, fresh fruits, bread and spreads.
Karla and Sylvia were absolutely wonderful and warm hosts. Even packed our mini fridge for our early morning departure.
The luxury car service to the airport was at an excellent price point and our driver Maximo was like a little tour guide.

Okay stay - wonderful service
Karla was wonderful! So kind and helpful- she would get a 10/10! The hotel itself is not great- the shower has mold and things need replacing and updating. The window in the ceiling in the second bedroom is covered with paper towel- just as the primary shower is- these things should be fixed. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 4 people for a 3 night stay.
To get there was extremely complicated and the parking lots were either full or not accessible due to road closures.
One at the hotel it is nice to be so close to Trevi fountain.
Overall it was probably a 3 start hotel and could increase with some work done.

This is a very unique property and close to most of the historical sites. It is almost 50 steps away from the Trevi fountain and close to some amazing shopping and restaurants. The property is located on a quiet street and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath unit that came with its own small living and Kitchen area. The terrace is so cool and breakfast served by the staff is amazing. They squeeze fresh juice every morning and even put together some vegetarian items just for my family. All in all an amazing place. We would stay at this place again for sure.

Mariel and Karla began communication shortly after we booked. This was great. We knew what to expect and helped us get there. We do recommend booking a car through them, (the location is tricky at first)…just one thing after travel we don’t have to arrange. Try and use WhatApp for ease to communicate.

Great property in a really awesome location. Walk a few steps and the Trevi fountain was literally there! So many restaurants and shops to choose from. We thank all the staff, Karla was super sweet and greeted us as soon as we got there. She also provided recommendations and was so hospitable. Breakfast was fantastic as well. As for parking, it seems like it could be a bit of a hassle (narrow street) and Ubers won’t drop you off in exact location because of this so you will have to walk to get to the door. However, they do provide private transfers (separate fee) if you ask and they will help you book it. We hope to be back soon!

There is an elevator in the building, which was greatly appreciated by my 82 year old Mom! The location is central and easily walkable to everything. There are countless shops and restaurants a few steps from the front door, and the Trevi Fountain is right around the corner! There is a clean laundromat approximately 1 minute walk from the front door. We had an excellent experience at this property, and I would definitely rent again.

Not only was the room spacious and cool (it was really hot in Rome when we were there), but the hotel staff was amazing!!! They were so kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. We ended up getting in earlier than we initially thought but it was no problem, they were able to meet us early and actually had our room ready, which was so nice! Breakfast was great and the location was so convenient to everything (laundromat 1 min away--don't pack too much LOL). Additionally, they went out of their way for us. The last day, we were leaving very early for our train and since we would miss breakfast, they offered to get us a sandwich/salad and had it delivered to our room the night before. I have never stayed anywhere so accommodating and kind!!! I normally do not like staying in a hotel again when re-visiting a city but I will 100% stay here again when in Rome. Thank you so much!!!

Great place to stay. Trevi fountain on your doorstep and other main spots, shopping and dining spots all in walking distance. Even though it was incredibly busy outside we didn’t have any problems with noise. Breakfast on the rooftop patio was a great way to start each day. Mariel was a fantastic host and nothing was a problem if you had things to sort out. Would def stay again!

We loved our stay at the Casa Modelli. Mariel was incredibly helpful. Our family suite was roomy, spotlessly clean and air conditioned. Our stay included a delicious and ample breakfast (eggs cooked to order, fresh squeezed orange juice and a selection of pastries and fruit) every morning. The area around the Trevi fountain was quite busy with tourists, but our hotel directed us to a few excellent restaurants on quieter side streets.

The unit in the photo is exactly what we got - clean, spacious, very comfortable and we had an adjoining bedroom for our boys so 2 bath 2 beds worked out perfectly. The surprise was the top floor patio which we used often. They even served breakfast 8-10 every morning! An awesome surprise because we American's love our breakfast :-)

Located centrally for many of Rome's attractions, Casa Modelli is great as a base for exploring. We were able to walk anywhere we needed. Colosseum - 30mins, Vatican city, St Peter's Basilica etc, 50mins, Villa Borghese gardens 22mins.

Our stay at Casa Modelli was absolutely perfect. The location could not have been any more amazing. We stayed in the connecting two bedroom. It was spacious and very clean. The beds were the perfect amount of firmness. The bedding was soft. The bathrooms had great smelling shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. There was a hair dryer and it was easy to request room cleanup and fresh towels. I had a little trouble figuring out the remote for the air conditioning but after I asked for help the a/c got very cold. We were also able to connect to our Netflix on the tv in both rooms, which was great. The breakfast offered every morning was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the eggs, cappuccino, fresh fruit, meat/cheese board, and pastries. The views from the terrace were beautiful. The staff helped arrange airport transportation, which was cheaper than other car services. Our entire stay was above and beyond our expectations. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Rome. It was everything we hoped it to be and more, not to mention it is actually less than a minute walk to the Trevi fountain.

Very convenient location within 1 block of Trevi Fountain. Casa Modelli is located in one of the busiest tourist sites in Rome and within easy walking distance of numerous other tourist sites. Huge number of restaurants and shops nearby, but all busy. Even though Casa Modelli is very near Trevi Fountain, being tucked into a side street limits the noise and crowd. Being on the 3rd floor also helps.

Mariel is what set this stay apart. Her hospitality and service made the stay memorable and one that would cause me to go back time and time again. She even checked in on me one morning to see if I was going to have breakfast as I hadn't shown up at my usual time to eat breakfast with my family.

What a wonderful stay we had at Casa Modelli for our first trip to Rome. The location was absolutely perfect for myself and my daughters, we walked everywhere. Mariel was so helpful, before and during our arrival, nothing was too much trouble, she made us feel very welcome. Recommendations for local restaurants made by Mariel were brilliant too. Beds were comfortable, everywhere was very clean, we used the terrace on arrival and before we left which was really nice and relaxing (we arrived early and left later than check out). Finally, breakfast was really nice, good coffee and pastries (try the pistachio one) and freshly squeezed orange juice plus plenty of fruits, yoghurts, meat/cheese, etc.

If you want to be close to all main tourist attractions in Rome this is best hotel. One min walk to the trevi and a nice 18 min walk to the colosseum. My sisters and I were blown away with the five star service we received. 10/10! Highly recommend!!

This place is all time! I would recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Location near Trevi fountain was spot on. Accessibility to town was great...able to get anywhere in about 15 min. Andrea and staff were off the hook...you could not ask for more. Breakfast was perfect. Room immaculately clean and ACs worked like a dream. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Breakfast on the terrace was great and fantastic staff. The only drawback would have been hearing footsteps from unit above as its in an old building and lots of sound transmitted.
