The location was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The mattresses need updated and the ad on Expedia indicated 2 king beds and 2 queen sleepers. There was only 1 king bed, not 2. All in all, a nice place to dstay.

Room was advertised as two kind beds and two pull out full sized sofa beds. The room only had one king bed and two full sized sofa beds. The sofa beds had no structure, and were difficult for two adults to sleep on. A bit uncomfortable for 5 adults. Floor was dirty, socks got dirty if shoes were taken off. Toilet paper and Kleenex were not refilled during a 5 night stay, we had to get toilet paper from the main bathroom by the front desk. Towels were supposed to be changed once every 3 days but ours were not. The one plus, the older gentleman working the desk was very helpful and friendly!!

The room we got was huge, bigger than what we expected, and just what we needed. Incredibly convenient and well-situated for walking around Rome. You can see Trevi Fountain from the balcony. The front desk was friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. The only downsides are that the building is a little tricky to access (not surprising given its location), and the street below our room was pretty lively with folks until late. We would absolutely stay here again.

I am very selective when looking for a place for my family to stay, but this place I can even begin to explained how unique it is. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, but expect a very traditional and historic building outside, completely transform and modernized in the inside. Prepare yourself for an open concept ginormous room capable of fitting the Vatican inside of it. It is a family oriented place so all beds were basically exposed but all the beds were King size, all the beds were comfortable, I needed to text my children in other side of the room so I didn't need to yell, that's how big it is, i couldn't hear my son snore in the same room, that's hew enormous it is with 12 foot ceilings with beautiful classic finishes. Two giant closet and I kid you not I was afraid to go to Narnia if I opened one of them thas how big and impressive they were to us. One of the closets houses a fridge, (minibar), a conduction stove top (yes I mean it) it was basically a kitchenette. The bathroom has DOUBLE showers, the best part with privacy glass. So in my case the preparation of my family was cut in half with this great idea, did I also mentioned that the toilet , and bidet also had privacy glass, so basically 4 people could be in the bath at the same time. The location for us was perfect, 3 minutes away of Fontana Da Trevi, 10 minutes away of Pantheon, well 80 percent of what you want to see was at walking distance. Food is all around you, you are in the center of it.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our short stay here. The location was wonderful and with limited AC in many places our room was cooled to perfection for us. We loved being so close to the Trevi Fountain, shops and restaurants. I felt very safe with the security measures the hotel had in place for guest safety. It was also very nice to have an elevator to haul our luggage up to our floor.

This was a hidden gem!! I had booked a different hotel for our trip but was worried about the size so when I found this place I switched and hoped it was close to the pictures online. Wow! We were so pleasantly surprised by the staff and the room. They were very helpful and made us an espresso while we waited for our room to be ready. They also took us to our room to make sure we were happy with the accommodation and gave us information about the hotel. Neat fact, it used to be a palace! This explains why the rooms are so big and the courtyard you enter to get in. There is only 1 key because it’s a really old door but very secure.
The room was beautiful and very clean. There was everything we needed for a 4 day trip including a mini fridge, water kettle and safe.
This is a 2 min walk to the Trevi Fountain so plenty of restaurants and markets close by. Even though it’s close to the hustle and bustle of the fountain it’s really quiet.
Also, the bathroom was new and the shower was big, huge plus!
Highly recommended this place and thank you to the staff who made our stay so welcoming!!

Meaning a family of four will pay an additional $300 on top of published rate, which is not worth it for this property considering all the other choices around. Good location next to Trevi Fountain, but I’d rather walk a bit next time.

Overall, it was okay. The building is charming and very safe with locks and keypads. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain. The street is very busy with pedestrians, though not many cars. It’s easy to get an Uber or taxi. The hotel was good for what we needed, which was a safe, clean place to stay, in a great location. The rooms each have only one set of keys, for three adults was inconvenient. There were several times at night when the key holder wasn’t the first one back to the room, which left someone locked out. Our room was nice and cleaned daily, but there are no dressers, only a small closet. We lived out of suitcases for a week. The shower had signs of aging and nothing would dry in the small bathroom, so all towels needed to be hung in the bedroom. Thankfully, housekeeping replaced towels more often than we’d been told they would be. The water pressure fluctuated - the building is 400 years old, so the shower plumbing isn’t perfect. Check-in was easy with the exception of being told that the city tax was expected to be paid upfront in cash, not credit card, including guests who did not arrive the first night. Not sure if all small hotels operate that way, but it would’ve been helpful to be prepared for it. “Just go to the ATM” is not always an option. Some things are out of the hotel’s and staff’s control, but not all amenities on website were offered or discussed. No room service. They argue with accurate reviews.

I loved my stay at Trevi Rome Suite….to begin staff goes above and beyond on kindness and hospitality.
The suite we got was huge the size of 2 room in regular hotels the cleaning was amazing housekeeping everyday we change of sheets and towels without having to request.
The only downside I think was the A/C that could be cooler then 17degrees since we were there in August and was massive hot but nothing that bothered enough for a complain.
The location is amazing couldn’t choose better a few steps from Fontana do trevi, cafes ,restaurants and walkable to every monument…..
We had such a great time and definitely would return!

The Trevi Rome Suite was an amazing stay for our family. We stayed at some good places on our 20 day trip, but this one stood out as particularly good for several reasons:

- The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly
- The location could not be beat. You step out the property's front gate and there is a narrow bustling cobblestone street with shops and dining. If you look to the left down the alley you can see the Trevi Fountain!
- Everything was clean, worked well, and the room was well-stocked with towels, toilet paper, and a mini bar.

The only minor complaint we had was the foldout couch. Like most foldouts, it was not very comfortable. The regular bed was great though.

I cannot imagine a better \"home base\" for travelers to Rome!

This hotel was a great option for our family of five (parents and three sons ages 9-15)-- a large room with three king beds, though just one large room with not much privacy for mom to change, etc. The location can not be beat-- steps from the Trevi Fountain and no more than a mile walk from the Colosseum and the Tiber River with a delicious restaurant next door. We were traveling with my parents and aunt and uncle as well, and were not aware, until check in, that this hotel has two \"locations\" which was not ideal for our group spread over 3 rooms, one of which was at the other property, an 8 minute walk away (despite booking them at the same time). Though both locations were lovely and acceptable, this made meeting for dinner and arranging transportation complicated. The shower, though likely high end and meant to be a \"plus\", was hard to figure out (body sprays, two different heads) and we would have much preferred a basic shower. This feels overpriced for the amenities but you're basically paying for the location, which is great.

Coffee in room was instant and no milk provided. Fridge had some junk food, water and pop which you had to pay for. The hotel was expensive with nothing to offer except a room.

This hotel was located in a great spot right down the block from the Trevi Fountain. The room was big enough for 4 of us to fit comfortably and have plenty of room for our luggage and to move around. The suite also had very high ceilings which made it feel airy as well. There was a small elevator to get your luggage up to the rooms and that was a life saver bc otherwise it was 3 very long flights up! All in all a good place to stay while in Rome.

This property was all about the location. Literally steps from the Trevi Fountains, 10 minute walk to Patheon, 15 minute walk to Colosseum. If you are coming from the airport pay the 80 Euros and have the hotel service pick you up. They will deliver directly to the front door which could be tricky to get to because you are in the historic district. The driver only takes Euros at drop off, you will also need 7 Euros per day per person staying in the room at the time of checkin. Staff will walk you to your room and explain suite/hotel features. Staff extremely helpful. This place has a lot of steps and checkin is on the 3rd floor, I would not take your luggage up 3 flights of stairs until you know where your room or suite is. We booked family suit 2, absolutely loved it, split level with a huge fully remodeled bathroom. Suite 1 is right beside it if there is more than 4 in your party and you need more space. The courtyard is amazing with its own fountain and is locked to the street at 6pm every night. The property is very safe. You are so close to the Trevi Fountains, shopping and eating. Note, front desk is only monitored 9-5, if checking in before or after you will need to make arrangements. Very European styled hotel but our suite was spacious with a kitchen. You are truly staying in the heart of the historic district.

The property is centrally located which was nice. The staff was nice and helpful and the property was clean. However the locks on the door are pass dated and the room we stayed in had cracks all over the ceiling trusses. The air conditioner was not working. It was the weekend but they were unable to get it fixed. They offered for us to move to another room for our last night hit it was to much trouble.
For the price we expected a little more.

We stayed in the executive suite, and it was beautiful. It was like a large apartment. Three full size beds, two showers, the bathroom was beautiful and modern. It was the perfect first stop on our 10-day trip so we had plenty of room to rest and unwind as we recovered from the time change from the U.S. The property grounds are beautiful. It's steps from the Trevi Fountain, which also means it's in a very congested area. There are many great food options adjacent to the hotel, and if you walk in the direction opposite from the fountain it's quiet and very beautiful. You can walk to many sites from here (Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Coliseum, etc.). The only thing I'd recommend is that they better communicate how to find the hotel once you get in through the main door when they buzz you in (hop in that elevator and get off at the third floor). The staff don't really go out of their way to help you, but I'd stay here again.

The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was also very clean and in a great location (walking distance to all the major sites). My only real complaint was the lack of water pressure and lack of signage that lets you know the hotel entrance is on the forth floor. It’s in the heart of a busy area so late night people partying and yelling at 1 am made it a bit noisy.

The location is perfect .... right in the middle of all the major attractions and we walked everywhere. Our room was very spacious with a huge oversize bed and two couches.

The downsides are:

There is very little water pressure and the hot water is not very hot, a bad combination.

It was cold and rainy and there was no heat in our room so we had to use blankets to stay warm.

We were on the 4th floor (piano 3) and the elevator broke on the second day.

Every road leafs to Trevi Fountain!

Everything you need! Enjoy easy walk to Trevi Fountain and many Rome attractions. Taxi should be price fix 31€ from the airport to inside the city walls. Either use an app or verbally be in agreement so you are not overcharged. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. We will be back!

The property is a 400 yr old building but the furnishings appear to be newer. It's bright n airy due to high ceiling and the beautiful light-colored art work on the ceiling. Amir and Ahmed were wonderful. They both made sure we were taken care of. They held our luggage in the lobby on day 1 so we can visit Trvevi fountain which is just around the corner from Trevi after this we proceeded to Pantheon. They provided shampoo, body wash and towel. We'll stay there again.

The place was great, I would definitely stay here again but would not recommend for light sleepers or people with children.

Pros: clean, huge room/bathroom, comfortable beds, kitchenette in room, Netflix, room with balcony, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, front desk staff are helpful and very knowledgeable about the area

Very lovely stay, steps away from the Trevi Fountain. Not far from Spanish Steps and all the shopping one could want. Great restaurants in the area. All within a five to ten minute walk.

Location is amazing. The front desk staff was amazing. A very pleasant stay. The rooms are large and bathrooms are large too. Felt like home.
