Apartment is located 2 mins from Trevi Fountain and 8 mins from Barberini metro.

Apartment has modern design and is very comfortable.

My only complaint is that there is no heater in the toilet and the hot water takes at least 1-2 mins to come but will last for only less than 3 mins.

The bathroom was beautiful. The hot water only lasted for a few minutes (like 3). Not enough time to even wash hair, so has to take shower bit by bit. One of the kitchen chairs had a broken back. The location was good for the places we tired that day and the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage until the room was ready and after when we checked out for an early tour.

No wash clothes, no shampoo or conditioner, no facial tissue. Staff only there from 9-15 hundred hours. Toilet did not flush properly, Shower was often cold water only. We stayed here in 2014 and the property has gone down hill since then.

Wow!

Amazing stay right in the heart of the sites in Rome. We could see a bit of the Trevi Fountain from our room. 5 min walk to the Panthenon. 18 min walk to the Forum and Colosseum. 5 min walk to Spanish Steps. 30 min walk to The Vatican. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room, deluxe shower.

It could be a lot better

Very central location next to Trevi Fountains. The room was adequate for our stay but could have been much better with more maintenance and better heating. The bathroom was freezing. The downstairs kitchen was a nice touch. It had a Nespresso machine and microwave.

Chose because they noted they had an elevator and I have to use a walker. Stairs required for room and even for check in. No window in room, it was like a closet that was converted. No phone in room so no one could reach us nor could we reach reception desk. You had to climb steps to get to reception. You had to haves key to get into building and if you didn’t no one answered the bell. It was horrific place to stay. We couldn’t even get another room nearby because of location.

The location and service was amazing! Francesca especially was so incredibly helpful during our stay it made such a great impact on our trip. The space was perfect, tucked on a quiet street but super close to Trevi fountain. Francesca was great at providing advice and even helped me out when I left an item behind. We loved the location! The staff was also great! But the property definitely is a need of a remodel. The shower was falling apart and the water sprayed all over the floor it was not pleasant at all! The bed comforter and sheets need to be replaced, they are OLD & nasty! The mattress was tolerable just don't expect any pillow top mattress :) pillows need to be replaced! But if you are looking for the perfect location... This is your hotel its right in the middle of everything, you can walk to all the exciting sites Rome is known for! we were able to see the Trevi fountain right from our window! Great coffee shops & places to eat near by.
We recommend a nearby restaurant called- Thats Amore, it has the best pasta dishes! A small coffee shop called Tazza De' Orro served the best Cappuccino its the closest you will get to an american coffee :) they also have great pastries!

Perfect location

The staff was fantastic the rooms were very nice. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable in Townhouse fontana but the townhouse Roma the mattresses and pillow were comfy. Both are in the same bldg. We stayed in both. The location is perfect to everything within 10-15 minutes to everything except the Vatican and we choose to just take a taxi. the taxi stand is a block from hotel. Nice area about 100feet from Trevi fountain. Would stay again.

Great location! Steps from Trevi Fountain is incredible, and conveniently near public transportation

Property is nice and rooms are good size. Our bathroom was very large with multiple shower heads and sinks, a nice addition for the two of us. Location is amazing and so convenient and easy to get around the city. We were also accommodated well when it came to receiving an early check-in.
The bed was the only slight downfall; a bit thin and not overly comfortable. There could have been more pillows provided, as well as additional blankets.
All in all, very positive experience!

Great location!!! Basically by Trevi Fountain. Close walk to tour meeting locations. Francesca very friendly and helpful. Always answered questions by text if not there. All staff very helpful.
Only negative was our bathroom was older and in need of a face lift and some fixing up. TV was hit and miss with regards to connection, even when they tried to fix it.
Comfortable, well secure place to stay. Would stay again.

Absolutely great location. There are only 4 hotel rooms in this apartment building and when you get there the halls are extremely dark and there is no info as to where the office is. Found out you push any of the white buttons in the hallways and the lights come on and we, by happenstance, after searching all the floors, found the office on the third floor around a couple of corners. It is very bare bones but shower was hot and all we really needed was a place to sleep.

You do not get what you expect

They did not give us a room in the hotel building. The room was in a silent street near the fountain. It was a garden level one bedroom apartment and we did not feel safe. Furniture was too old.Apartment was dirty. Wi-fi did not work properly we could not even check our emails .We do not recommend

great location . lots of eateries nearby

arrived later than expected due to passport control delays at airport , but Francesca had it covered with pre booked taxi waiting over an hour for us and staff waiting to show us to our rooms , no common breakfast room but a breakfast can be arranged for you in your room.
decoration a bit faded but clean and comfortable . air conditioned room. this is a townhouse and not your typical hotel . would gladly stay again

Hotel location was fantastic. Literally steps from the Trevi. Hotel felt safe. Staff wasn’t that friendly. A/C wouldn’t work and we were miserably hot. We were only there one night so we just dealt with it. The room was decorated quite odd for my daughter and I. Giant red lips on the wall, flaming red and white furniture, and big lip pillows. Might have been nice for newlyweds, but my daughter and I just got a good laugh out of it.

Comfortable stay near the Trevi Fountain

Clean spacious room. Very friendly staff who wanted to help me trouble shoot. Very central location walkable to many sights. I love that it was right next door to the Trevi fountain. I felt safe staying here as a female by herself while my friend stayed at a hotel around the corner from me. I loved the bathroom - huge shower! The room was a bit cold - but I tend to be very cold easily - the staff were very helpful in trying to help me trouble shoot and the next day after housekeeping had been in my room they left me a space heater to help me get more comfortable. I really appreciated that gesture. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. The room was massive! Very rare in Europe.

A FIND!

Loved this place! Fantastic location near Trevi Fountain. Francesca was so helpful, as was the rest of her team. Francesca got in touch before our stay and was prepared for our arrival. We were able to get into our room early so we could regroup after our long flight before setting out to sightsee. Francesca helped us with directions, transportation, timing, restaurants - always so pleasant. The breakfast each morning was very nice and delivered whenever we wanted it. We were upstairs, but there was someone to help with our bags. The room was small, but fine for the two of us. A bit of nighttime noise, but not too bad. The location was well worth it.

The place was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed it. It was clean, very well located (minus the loud noises at night, which probably comes from being so close to Trevi fountains), and serve decent breakfast. The only issue was at the end when they requested us to pay "city taxes" in the amount of 30 euros when we know it was not supposed to be more than 21 (3 nights, 3.5 per night for each person and it was two of us). So make sure not to give cash or request receipt.

Wonderful room around corner from Trevi Fountain

Francesca and Lola were very warm and kind. The room was wonderful. It was an oasis from the bustle of Trevi fountain around the corner. Breakfast was very filling. I particularly liked the location, because it's central to Old Rome and if I ever got confused, I would just ask for directions to Trevi fountain to find my hotel.

Convenient and very clean room!

Overall it was a great stay and customer service was always very good. Very nice room and nice area close to shopping, restaurants, touristic attractions, etc. 10 minutes from/to Termini train station in taxi or bus. On the other hand internet was a little slow at times and we could hear some noise from the street in the late evening I believe due to trucks that load or unload things like trash, food, etc from restaurants, etc.

Easy access, nice accommodation and breakfast

The location is great. Easy access to Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia etc.. The accommodation is great for us, with a baby we needed bath and kitchen. Also the accommodation is wide, it was easy to bring a baby gear inside. Our room was in a different building from the office and other rooms , it was a quiet place and we didn't worry about the big crying of the baby.

Convenience in the heart of Rome

We we're greeted by Franchesca, who was extremely warm and welcoming. We arrived earlier than check-in, but were able to leave our luggage in their care. The location is absolutely amazing. It's only <1 minute away from the Trevi fountain, and we found it to be a pleasant walk to other main landmarks (Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Navona, etc). Breakfast is delivered to your room at your request. Wifi works well. The room is comfortable and clean with charming decor. Would stay here again for the convenience.

Good location with Trevi at end of street

Great location and nice room which had quirky "boutique hotel style" corner spa bath with pretty lights above. Staff were delightful and extremely helpful with suggestions of where to visit etc. On the downside, location is very noisy pretty much all night and as our room was overlooking the street, we had limited sleep. Air con didn't work but as we preferred fresh air we just opened the windows rather than reporting the problem - hence the noise!! Found the mattress very hard which didn't help with sleeping. With regard to breakfast this is brought to your room at your chosen time and (for two people) consists of a couple of pieces of fresh fruit, two mini pastries, two mini bread rolls, slices of processed cheese and salami, two yoghurts and fruit juice plus a small cup of coffee which was only about a third full of coffee the rest being froth. Personally I like to go down to breakfast and choose what I like but there is no breakfast room here. Overall this is a nice place to stay if you want to be central.

Just got back from a trip for our daughters 18th. We stayed for 5 nights and the hotel was fabulous. Very clean, modern and central to all the sights. Francesca was wonderful & extremely helpful. It is located steps from the Fontana Di Trevi. Our room was comfortable with an updated bath and nice furniture. The breakfast was basic but included some fruits, orange juice, coffee and pastries. It is delivered to your room at the time of your convenience. The staff was friendly and willing to assist us in any of our requests. The cons were: it is not a hotel so there is no personnel at night in case you need something, and the major problem was that our room was located in a third floor by lift, but have to step up some stairs to reach the room. With three heavy bags it was not the best option.

Great location for all the major sites.

Within walking distance of most major sites, Trivi Fountain just a few steps from front door. (Sometimes this means crowds but all tourist parts of Rome are crowded.) Near bus, taxi and train stations. Kind, friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful. We had a large room and large bath. Very modern. Kitchenette in hallway.

The best secret in Rome is no longer a secret...

What a perfect place! Literally next to the Trevi Fountain and only a short walk from the many other sights in historic Rome, Town House Fontana di Trevi is the perfect location. A classic setting in a small, picture-perfect Italian via - you think you're on a movie set. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed another few nights! Very good deal for the price, too.

Perfect roman base

Ideal location just 50 metres from Trevi fountain (dry- not working for 2015). Modern,clean room with extremely friendly and helpful staff. close to shops, restaurants, hop on off bus stop, and walking Distance to piazza Venezia, colosseum, pantheon, piazza Navona and Spanish steps. It may sound strange but they should charge more and probably will so book soon. Also included a great breakfast delivered to room.

It is very good location apartment,so close to everything, Trevi Fountain 30 seconds walk.Everything is walking distance, 10 minutes walk to the subway. The staff are very friendly and helpful,gave us a couple restaurant names, and tips where to go,and what to see,directions etc. Small but very clean apartment,with everything you need. Perfect location!

We stayed here for 5 days and couldn't have loved it more! Francesca arranged for airport pick up which was wonderful and convenient. Simone showed us around and let us in our room. Then Lola was perfect, bringing us a delicious breakfast in bed and making reservations for us! The wifi worked well. This hotel was near major bus stations and key sites! We will stay here again.

rented hotel in Via dei Crociferi 41, 30 meters from the Trevi, and we were sent to another building in a horrible and fearful street. The department was dirt, dirty, dim, uncertain, with closets full of things from other people, the bathtub was dirty, We complained because it was not what we had hired and then we great effort and having to sleep in that dump, passing us at 41 efit of croferi These departments are very nice clean and modern. and well located.

First b&b stay, Impressed!

I loved staying at the Townhouse! Lola made it feel like home with her willingness to help us booking our daily activities, her extensive knowledge of the area, and overall warm composition. The location of this B&B is perfect! You really can walk everywhere, and as soon as you walk out the front door you are in the heart of Rome! I loved it there and I would definitely recommend staying here! Not to mention the breakfast brought to us every morning was awesome!! Thank you Lola for making our stay a great one.

convenient location

Overall it was good since I was there for a short time. There are no other ammenities to enjoy but the location made it easier toaccess to restaurants and shops in the neighbouhood. The host "Lola" was very firendly and served the breakfast in the room (I don't think there was a sitting area outside the room as an option).

Pros: Location is very central and we received friendly service. Big TV screen. Cons: We got the room on the same level as the reception and walls were very thin, which we felt disrupted our privacy. The decoration and room standard is a little tired. Would I recommend it to others? No, I believe there are places with better value for money.

Before we arrived we had an email from Francesca, asking if we needed her to organise transport from the airport. She included prices also price for taxi, train etc.
We were greeted warmly when we arrived, offered coffee and water.
We were offered the use of a PC and printer if needed. Francesca and Lola are not there all the time, but we could phone if we needed them.
A scrumptious continental breakfast was delivered to our room each morning.

Absolutely Wonderful in Every Way!!!

This was the last stop on our three week Italian vacation and stayed for 5 nights. From the beginning, the staff was beyond accommodating. Francesca and Lola were positively amazing to work with. Francesca gave the best recommendations for places to eat (definitely try L'Archetto). It's also a great location to all of the major tourist sites...Trevi Fountain is only a few yards away. We walked everywhere for the entire trip. I would recommend getting a taxi from the train station to the townhouse as it is a rather long walk. We had breakfast brought to our room every morning, and it was a great selection. I would definitely recommend this place, and I certainly plan on going back!

We stayed for a total of 3 nights at the Town House Fontana di trevi during our visit to Italy. Francesca and Lola are amazing at what they do. They are very efficient, helpful and extremely friendly. Just lovely. The location is a great spot for being within walking distance to most of the sights. Places like the Vatican might require a taxi for some that do not feel up to the hike over. We walked everywhere though. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay with my daughter!

We had an amazing time in Rome ! The B&B is pretty much at walkable distance from main attractions. We took metro to Vatican, Colosseum since it is a little further. The service was wonderful ! Everyone was accommodating and friendly . The area is very busy since it is around the corner from Fontana the Trevi which is one the main attractions in Rome. It is undergoing restoration at the moment I think for the next two years.There is a small grocery store two minutes away where you can get your water ,salami ,bread ,yogurt etc. We loved Francesca and Lola . Both were very sweet. You have to remember that you are in the foreign country so some things will be different but as far as B&B goes don't hesitate to book there. Reliable and wonderful people !

this hotel is 30 seconds or less from the trevi fountain and is also walking distance from many other attractions.
the staff are verry nice and helpfull,they keep there rooms verry clean and the room was verry comfortable,we would certainly go back there. breakfast is brought to your room at time reqested and is excellent food.If there is any help you need they will do there best for you.highly recommended.
