The concierge that checked us in was amazing and very helpful. Just realized that this is more like an apartment and not a hotel. There is not service for bringing towels or toilet paper after hours.

Close to key attractions

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay in Rome. The apartment was exceptionally modern, very clean, and spacious—perfect for our group. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. We would happily recommend it to others visiting Rome.

Great place for a family!!

We had a wonderful experience with our stay at Oriana Hotel. A good location, although a bit of a walk from the train station. Large, comfortable beds were especially appreciated, and the Dyson hair dryer with attachments was an unexpected bonus! Keeping the doors to the kitchen & bathroom closed helped with keeping the other rooms cool, as did making sure the blackout drapes weren’t covering up the air conditioning units. Early check-in wasn’t an option, so perhaps next time we would pay for the night before our arrival so we can check in upon arrival in the morning. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

!!!STAY AWAY!!!

AC for the property did not work for the entire time we were there for 7 days. They kept sending a technician to try to fix it. Entire vacation was affected because of this. Im sure this isnt the first time this happened since the hard wood floor by the non working AC had water leaking and water damage stains. Management agreed to refund us 300 euros for the inconveniece but instead sent us a 250 voucher (via email) to use at their properties for future use. Sent us the voucher we didnt agree on June 5 when we checked out at the hotel on May 27. Completely unethical. I have all the conversation receipts and what was agreed upon in Whatsapp and photos of the AC dripping water on floor. Make sure if you book with this hotel to keep all conversations via email or apps for future reference in case they try to scam you the way they did with us.

This hotel is essentially several apartments in various buildings. The office is staffed by 4 managers, sometimes nobody is in office, so you may have to wait for 15-30 minutes. I communicate with them mainly via WhatsApp. My room is quiet and spacious. Some areas of the hardwood floor are bulging up, could be due to past flooding events, but they really should fix it as it can easily trip a less abled person. The furniture is minimal but it has the basic amenities. No kitchen towel and no tissue box though. It can get cold at night in Nov. but AC doesn’t provide hot air yet. I was told that Rome hasn’t allowed it for the season yet. But a small space heater was provided and extra blankets provided too. Some office managers are more friendly and helpful than others. This small hotel is ranked above average for me personally.

The property is located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, boutiques and to the tourist attractions places to visit.

The room and the bathroom were super clean a staffs were super helpful from booking time to check out.
This stay was very delightful. Happy to chose this property for my stay.

If you’re looking to be centrally located around the sites, this is your place to stay. The staff is amazingly helpful and quickly responds to any questions through WhatsApp. Clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

Very clean apartment and well maintained. We were surprised at how nice the place is. The pictures when we book did not do the place justice. Absolutely coming back here and recommending to people around me. The staff are friendly and the communication started even before we arrived to help us find the place. Even a detailed video of how to get there and how to find the property.

Room was ok location is great but the overall facilities are ok no dishwasher no laundry no iron etc. It looks like a hotel but it is not, just a few appartments scattered in a larger building. Wouldn't return better can be booked for the price.

Not one to share reviews, but truly this place deserved one. We are a group of 5 girls doing a 2 week trip around Europe. We have been to 5 different countries, with Italy being our last stop. We have done Airbnb’s, hotels, you name it. When we got to Rome and checked into this hotel, we were able to store our luggage securely, the women gave us an entire map with areas to look at, restaurant recommendations, etc. You are central to everything in terms of location. When we we able to get in our room, it was so clean, the beds were the most comfortable we have had, a Dyson hair dryer, great water pressure, AC, etc!! We were sad to leave because none of our experiences have been as great as with this hotel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Rome.

Not a fancy place but very comfortable and nice located near the Trevi fountain . . What I did I not understand was I put 4 guest and they charge me for one extra guest , even though they put the price for 4 and they had two double beds in the apartament .

With the exception of misrepresentation of the 2 queen beds and what is a twin size bed for the family suite, I was quite impressed with our stay for a family of 5.

The description should have read 1 queen bed in bedroom, pullout queen sofa bed and 1 twin size cot.

Its proximity to everything couldn’t be any better. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

The apartment is located in a fantastic area from where it is an easy walk to Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Coliseum and more. The apartment was extremely clean, though a bit noisy at night. The only thing we didnt like was, we had told them in advance that we are only coming for two days ( our 10th year anniversary and my birthday) and we were hoping to really make an unforgettable trip. We were not allowed to check out later ( checkout is at 10 :30) and though we were allowed to leave our bags in the office, there was no place to shower and refresh before heading out to the airport. Otherwise, it is a great property

Wonderful central location to walk to all main sites. Welcome and staff communication was exceedingly good. As it was an apartment there’s no concierge but to counter balance this we had a WhatsApp set up so we could ask any questions which were answered promptly. Only slight downside was the noise of the city but didn’t expect any different when so central

This is not a luxury apartment, the pictures are very deceiving. It’s basic and needs a lot of repairs. The staff however was fantastic. Beware if you keep your window or balcony door open, mosquitoes will get in. My husband has bites all over.

Our apartment was very comfortable. Walking distance to most main sights in Ancient Rome, restaurants and COOP supermarket. Two bus stops within 120 metres enabled us to get to places when we where tired from walking. This is helpful especially if you aim to do the major sights in a short period of time. Daily house keeping was very basic.

Perfect apartment in the centre of the city

We stayed in an apartment for four nights in February and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Prior to departure, we were added to a concierge WhatsApp group to discuss our arrangements for getting from the airport to the apartment (two-way transfers are €70 from Ciampino or €100 from Fiumicino, most people will find this more convenient than taxi transfers at €60 and €96 respectively). The rooms were clean and the kitchen was adequate for a short stay. WiFi was excellent throughout the stay. The apartment was originally set up for two guests sharing a single room - when we informed the staff via WhatsApp that we would like the use of the sofabed, this was set up for us with no fuss. Housekeeping service was unexpected, but appreciated. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain - and we were able to walk to all major attractions with no fuss (Vatican City was the furthest point, and took around 40 minutes walking). We would definitely stay again, and would recommend the apartment.

Nice staff. Pictures are misleading

The staff was very nice. Tonio kept in touch with us for over a week prior to our arrival to ensure we had all the information we needed to find the property, and provided reliable and safe taxi information.
The apartment was very small. The pictures made it look a lot larger, when it was actually extremely crowded, however, it was very clean,
The bathroom (shower room) was uncomfortably small. Very difficult to take a good shower.
The location was good. near the Fontana di Trevi and many restaurants.

Great modern apartment in central Rome

Lovely modern, comfortable, spacious apartment ideally situated for all attractions and restaurants.

Staff extremely helpful.

If I had to criticise it would just be to say that it would be helpful if the apartments could have better signage and directions for arrival. Our taxi did struggle to find although once we messaged the owners they quickly came to find us.

The water got cold while you were bathing
Housekeeping not very good, and when we checked in the dishwasher had dirty dishes from the previous guest.
The dishwasher is not working.
It had amenities for the bathroom.
And in the kitchen too.

Comfortable apartment, welcoming host.

The apartment is in an excellent location, near the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. We were met by Antonio who couldn't have been more helpful. He recommended places to eat and booked a table for us at one of them (Il Vero Alfredo) which was really good. The only downside was that there were no pods for the coffee machine which my husband was looking forward to, however we managed! Very spacious and comfortable, would definitely recommend staying here, if we visit Rome again we will!!
We booked an airport transfer with Antonio before our trip and it was excellent, the taxi driver was waiting at the airport and again on our return flight was at the apartment in good time. The apartment isn't easy to find so it was a great help having someone to deliver us to the door where Antonio was waiting.

It doesn't get any better than this

If you have found Oriana Suites online consider your luck ! This is a fantastic location from which to explore the main Rome attractions. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon are within easy walking distance. We stayed as a couple in the “Suite with private Terrace” overlooking the Piazza San Silvestre. Despite being in the heart of the city It’s incredibly quite inside. We loved the clean modern décor and kitchen with good free wifi. The king size bed on the mezzanine floor is amazing with a memory foam mattress and pillows (I want for home) There is a collapsible bed and a sofa bed on the lower level if needed. Our suite incorporated a 50” TV with Sky and BBC Channels for news addicts like me. Spent a few evenings on the terrace with a book and a bottle of wine. There is easy access to traditional Italian restaurants and a McDonalds across the street for fast food addicts. OK I know that’s culinary sacrilege but will probably satisfy the kids. The kitchen contains all you need for dining in Including a Nespresso coffee machine. Tonio was our host a very helpful guy clearly well connected and a mine of local information. You can’t beat Oriana Suites for quality, comfort, relaxation and location. We highly recommend
