Myself and my family had a fantastic stay at the Trevi Elite Guestrooms. Antonio was brilliant from start to finish, very attentive and helpful. The room was stylish and very clean. All beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and large.
A fantastic central location literally within walking distance of all major attractions in Rome! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The location was great and it was overall very quiet except some loud slams that happened a couple times each morning, and sometimes in the hallway from neighbors laughing. The downside was the lack of trash bins, only one in the bathroom and our room was only serviced 1x for a 4 night stay. The breakfast had only very basics, not much fresh food. Bread, cereal, packaged foods like yogurt and cheese, and one type of meat, a coffee machine and some juice. The woman at the front desk and who serviced breakfast and the room cleaning spoke almost no English. Overall no frills but decent for the price. The room had a fridge and hot water boiler with coffee and water glasses supplied but no water. The beds were comfortable and Netflix was accessible which was great for our very rainy stay where we spent more time in the room than we anticipated. The shower was also nice and 3 sizes of towels available for everyone were appreciated.

Interesting property. We booked the leopard room specifically because we were 4 adults and that was the layout we wanted, but upon arrival, we were put in the Saurus Crane room, which has a different layout. Not the best start.

The primary issue we had is that this is possibly the loudest place I've stayed in any city. We didn't so much mind the accordion music from below late at night, it was the incredibly rude other guests who shouted up and down the halls to one another's rooms and allowed their hellspawn to run screaming back and forth, both morning and night. There's no sound dampening at all. It was a real problem.

The rooms were clean and the staff was kind but they spoke less English than most Italians we've encountered and were not helpful with questions about getting around. The property arranged our airport pickup and we were charged more than expected. Not the hotel's driver but still... would not stay again.

Property was clean and had a small lift (one person with one luggage). It is a bed and breakfast property rather than a hotel. Taxi will drop off about 50m from the property and it was hassle to drag all our luggage on the cobble stone and up the small lift. Room locks need upgrade as the room had old lock/key system and does not close easily. Very close to Trevi Fountain and lots of restaurants.

Fantastic location..literally at the end of the street from the Trevi fountain. Very clean and our junior suite had two small rooms which we loved. The best part of our stay was Antonio, the receptionist. Antonio was so friendly and made us beautiful eggs for breakfast. We really felt that he did his job exceptionally well and was incredibly hard working. Thank you Antonio !

great location, we wanted to visit the Trevi fountain and this place is steps away from the fountain so for us that was a plus also not far from the Vatican museum and the colosseum by car or public transportation. lots of eating spots, Gelateria and all you might need...the host was really nice (sorry that I forgot his name) but he was able to book us tickets for the Vatican museum for the same day we arrived which was great for us because our time in Rome was limited and our schedule was pretty much filled. the breakfast was great... the place is not a luxury hotel or a private villa. its small but convenient and we liked the room which was clean and pretty.

This was a great accommodation, my family and I were in Rome for 2 and we really enjoyed staying there. It’s a great locations literally in the middle of everything. Many cafes, restaurants, shops and of course the trevi fountain. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Rome. The only downside was that the bathroom had a smell and there were many mosquitoes in our room. We visited in November, not sure why there was mosquitos. Anyways if you’re staying there for 3 days or less I highly recommend doing the bus tour. You get to hop off and hop on all around the city. I also recommend dinning in at Achille Al Panthon. They have the best deal in food selections and price!

I am mainly writing this review as an American traveler, so our expectations are a little different from European travelers. The wonderful blue lighting you see in the picture does not exist, at least in our case. The \"hotel\" is not a hotel, its an apartment complex altered into hotel several rooms. You will have to get a very good local taxi driver to get you there. We arranged with the owner to have one get us from the airport. There is no service at all before 2 pm, but they did allow us to drop our luggage off. Once you arrive you have to climb a small stairwell past a few floors of actual tenants and arrive in what looks like a makeshift lobby. The rooms are literally right there. I mean right in the small lobby. You enter your room in front of the small desk and bam, that's your privacy. The room was very nice. Someone put a lot of work into it. If you are looking for hotel service however, this is not the place. Also, bring your European plug adapters for everything, there are no US plugs at all. There is a tiny layout for what looked like a continental breakfast area, but it hasn't been used or stocked in weeks. Luckily, when I say you are downtown, I mean you open the front door of the building and you are on the main street.

The water was hot, there was shampoo, soap, towels, and clean beds, and that is all we were looking for. It did have a clothes washer but either the dryer portion did not function or it didn't have one.

It was just in the middle of everything and even that is situated on a very loud and busy street it was so quiet inside if the windows are closed. It was nice and clean and modern - we could choose to have breakfast in the room which was great too. I would recommend this place

Room looks great, nice bed (not too plush), great area - a few steps from the Fontana di Trevi. Downsides: not really staffed most of the time, including some of the hours they say they will be staffed (though the people are easily reachable by phone). Our bathtub with jacuzzi feature was not operational that we could figure out. Shower had some gunk on the shower head but was otherwise nice. Good for the price. With an operational tub, would have been sensational. As is, feel pretty satisfied. (We accepted the concierge's offer of a ride from the airport for 50 euros and we feel that was money well spent. The cabs cost 48 and don't come get you at baggage claim. Public transport to these suites for 2 people would have been complicated with bags and maybe only a dozen euros cheaper if that) Staff also speaks excellent English.

Disappointing overall. Our room was unfishished, there were building materials outside our door, which was unsightly and a bit of a hazard.
The door frame was in finished and foam visible from the internal face.
The shower connection was loose. There was a large hole to the rear of the shelf. It just wasn't ready to be occupied. When we went to query with staff, the notice on the door advised of hours for staff available which were unworkable for us.

In the vicinity of piazza Trevi. The check in was awkward; they don’t have permanent staff. The cleaning lady was there and very attentive. Gave me the key etc. For the price and location is ok. Clean and quiet. I was afraid it’d be too noisy but Iwas pleasantly surprised

The location of this hotel was prime being right by trevi fountain. However, it was a little difficult to find because it’s on an inner street that you must park and walk over cobble stones to get to. The couple in front of us had their room double booked thru Expedia so I would call ahead to make sure your hotel is correctly booked.

Trevi Fountain convenient but no customer service

Check in was horrible. Apartment style hotel with buzzer no one answered, hotel buzzer broken & staff aware. Called the phone number listed several times and no one answered. Stood outside for 10 minutes until another couple entered and I asked if they are Trevi guests. The couple said they also waited 1.5 hours outside for hotel staff to answer phone. When we finally got to floor of the cubby office the check in guy stated he is aware doorbell doesn't work and phone doesn't ring to him but to his colleague. I said it's ridiculous that no one answer the phone number on the reservation & he just stared at me. Towels were not changed in my 4 day stay. If you left towel on the floor it was taken away & not replaced. Room was freezing & cannot control own temp, Only hotel staff can make adjustment. Some mold in bathroom, but modern style. Absolutely no view but at least quiet. Room needs fresh paint, a little dinghy. Only half block to very busy Trevi Fountain so location was great. All other hotels provide mini-maps, not this one. This place needs customer service. Be prepared to be very frustrated at check in, if you can reach anyone.

Spacious room, comfy bed. Poor water outflow from batharea and sink, had to wait a few minutes after my friend had taken his shower so I could get my feet in it. Never had this problem with another hotel I stayed before in the same area. We chose to eat breakfast at the bar below which includes only one coffee+1 croissant. This wasnt a problem as additional pastry would cost only 1 euro each(best value indeed).

Great location but that's about it.

We booked 4 nights around Christmas. The hotel location is wonderful and close to the sites and to Trevi Fountain. The bad part was that the apartment was very cold and the office manages the thermostat so when you arrive after dinner, the apartment is cold all night until someone comes to the office the next day. The WIFI was also very bad. We had to ask them to reset the router twice and afterwards the signal was very weak. Not enough signal to watch youtube or upload photos, barely enough to open websites and plan the next day activities. Again someone had to be in the office to help you but office hours were limited. The last thing was the safe, when we arrived and wanted to put our valuables in the safe since another person had an issue in a previous post, we found that the small safe was not secured to the wall and anyone could have just walked off with it as shown in the pic.

Steps away from Trevi Fountain!

On our last night in Italy we decided to stay closer to the city center near Trevi Fountain. I ran across these rooms here on Hotels.com and decided to book. When you get to the area it is a short walk from the taxi drop off until the doors that lead to the rooms. They will send you a email before your stay to confirm the time of arrival. Make sure to respond so they are there waiting on you as this is not a typical hotel with check in staff at all times. The bed was our FAVORITE of the week and super comfortable. The windows keep the street noise to a very minimum since were were in a super busy part of the city. The only complaint is there was NO WAY to control our a/c. It was set on remote and while researching the a/c was controlled from the main room in the building aka the office. During the day it was comfortable but at night after we got in late wasn't as cool as we would have liked. But, not a horrible complaint just something I think should be noted in the check in that the a/c is controlled by the office.

Room - clean and tidy. Very very close to restaurants, Trevi Fountain, bars, shops. Hotel staff knock off at 5pm so prior to arriving make sure you get in contact with apartment staff. Room was very clean, Bed near the kitchen was a little uncomfortable.

Personeel was echt onbeleefd. We konden niet inchecken op het gevraagde uur.
De eerste ochtend konden we zelfs niet ontbijten omdat er geen tafel vrij was. We waren nochtans echt op tijd daar. Toen we konden zitten bleek het eten op te zijn. De man was zeer onvriendelijk en zocht niet naar een oplossing

Sehr schönes Gästehaus in toller Lage
Das Haus liegt etwa 100 m entfernt vom Trevibrunnen Richtung Pantheon in einer sehr quirligen Fussgängerzone. Ideal für eine Städtreise. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Frühstück typisch italienisch mit einem traumhaften Cappucino. Einfach, aber sehr herzlich. Antonio,der Betreiber, ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Rom-Reise. Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort (im Zimmer ist vom Treiben auf der Straße nichts zu hören und Dank Klimanalge angenehm kühl) und mitten in der Altstadt sobald die Haustür aufgeht. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 150 m entfernt. Restaurants. Kneipen und alles was das DolceVita braucht, sind rundherum. Zum Pantheon sind es zu Fuss auch nur wenige Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfhelen dieses Haus allen, die mittendrin sein möchten.

Trevi Elite i Rom är ett våningsplan i en fastighet.
Av 2 stora lägenhetr har det gjorts ett antal hotellrum.
Läget var super bra med bara några få steg till Fontana di Trevi. Lite liv på kvällen dok inte så störande, men bor man centralt är det någotatt räkna med. Frukosten som ingick var inte så där jättebra som man är van vid.
Kyskåp fanns, så en ost gjorde susen för att lyxa till frukosten. Jag rekommendera hotellet som för en billig penning och centralt läge.
Observera att det är inget lyxhotell.

L'hôtel est idéalement placé dans Rome. Les fenêtres isolent bien l'appartement du bruit de la rue. Les deux seuls petits points négatifs : le petit déjeuner était un peu léger par rapport au petit déjeuner buffet des hôtels traditionnel et nous nous sommes faites dévorées par des espèces de puces de lit ou de plancher...
