Room was \"average\". Small & cramped, but evidently somewhat normal for being in City Center. Property located in a narrow alley - hard to find. For the price, a breakfast offering should have been provided - there was nothing. Upon checkout, we were charged a \"tip\" for daily room service. What is this?! Are not hotels supposed to clean the rooms every day? Nickel and dimed too much.

Wonderful hotel. Great location, less than 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain but quiet at night which is surprising for a city centre.

We spent 3 nights in Hotel. Roms extremely small for 2 people. Ac too strong we had to switch it off at night. Zero view from the window- just a wall. Hairdryer in bathroom is useless switching off every minute to cool down.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mancino 12. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and accommodating, with a special mention to Sandra for her exceptional assistance. The hotel's best feature is its location - centrally situated within walking distance of all of Rome’s iconic landmarks, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot. I highly recommend Hotel Mancino 12 and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Bed was comfortable and clean. No food available. Room was small. If you want tea/ coffee after breakfast you have to pay. Hidden charges (eg Tips at 14 euro per day). Hotel is in a central location and in a quiet side street. It didn't feel like a 4* hotel and weve stayed in many around the world. If I come back to Rome Id find a different hotel

I loved our suite on the 5th floor. Our children had a double room on the 1st floor and it was pretty tight for the two of them. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great. It is located down an alley and neither of our 2 taxis could get there, meaning we had to pull our luggage down the difficult cobblestone road. There is only 1 coffee machine in the lobby and it is open at limited times. We had a 4:30 am pick up and they would not let me get coffee. Other than those 2 things, we had a wonderful stay.

Room was tight, but we went here for the ease of access to what Rome had to show us, not to spend time in the room. 15/20 min walk to all the big attractions, Colosseum, Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon. Great shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well. Only complaint, we had an early morning tour that met at the termini station, woke the front desk person on the couch to ask about arranging a taxi, was told that morning \"you don't need a cab, it's only a 10/15 minute walk\". Luckily we left early, because it was closer to a 30-40 minute walk, just made it as tour was setting to leave. I think it was pay-back for waking him.

Hotel Mancino was a wonderful stay. It is very clean and modern. The room is small, but it was perfect with storage closets on both sides of the bed. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many main Rome must-see attractions, but it’s located on a small street just off the main road, so it’s nice and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved getting our complementary morning cappuccinos to start each day of walking around as Italian tourists. I’d highly recommend to anyone traveling to Rome and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is nice, clean, and located in a convenient spot, Just be aware that it's down a small alleyway that is pretty rough looking. (bricks are very uneven, busy with cars cutting through, people partying in it (although you cannot hear them with your windows closed), rather dirty, etc.)

Such an unassuming cute little hotel. The only issue with it, was upon arrival, the room fragrance was very strong and overpowering. It gave me a pretty extensive headache. I had to open the windows to air it out. Other than that, the hotel was super cute, nicely appointed and convenient to restaurants and sites!! Staff was attentive and helpful. There's no breakfast, but plenty of places around to go for eats!

This property exceeded all expectations! It is SO central to everything. We were able to walk everywhere, to the colosseum, trevi fountain, pantheon and even Vatican City was only 30 minutes walk. The hotel was really beautiful. Our room was clean and very cool (so grateful when it was 37 degrees!) The mini bar was the best priced mini bar we’ve seen. The staff were really lovely and helpful. They recommended so many gorgeous restaurants and sorted our transport to the airport. We will be back!

Hotel was nestled in a quiet alleyway very close to most of the major Rome attractions. Nearby was a 24 hour cafe where you could get breakfast, coffee and drinks. Sometimes this is hard to come by in Rome so that was great. Super friendly staff and the lobby was nice. Our room was clean and seemed well kept. Only minor issue was the smell from the drain in the shower could get bad, but having stayed in Rome before it’s often and issue with the old city plumbing, not the hotel. Overall I would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and staff were great at sorting any issues. Slight reduced rating for two reasons - firstly breakfast was advertised as part of the package and still is but on arrival we were told this was not available. Secondly, we asked for an iron which is no problem at any hotel I have stayed in but nothing was available which is very strange when you are catering for people who have generally flown from afar to get there.

The staff was extra helpful, making sure we were comfortable, our room was in great condition, and they helped us know what special places we should go as we only had a few days in Rome. We loved this hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They were able to make recommendations for great restaurants and help with transportation. One of the best parts of this hotel is location! We were able to easily walk to many attractions such as colosseum, pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps as well as restaurants.
