The penthouse apartment was like home from home. Had everything you could need. Cleaned well each day with clean towels and bed made.
Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and on time each day.
Minutes walk to all the best places, Trevi, colosseum, cafes, restaurants.
Due to being on a main rd it was quite noisy, which we felt was ok given how close we were to all the attractions.

The area is fantastic, close to many landmarks, fantastic shopping and food. The property itself was quite run down, it did not live up to the photographs, the room felt basic for a suite. It was clean but quite scuffed and in need of a refresh. The breakfast and coffee were nice and good value.

Great comfortable hotel in heart of rome

The stay was excellent in all respects. We had a very late check-in and they gave us detailed instructions for the self check-in. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast in room service was excellent and it provided great start for the day. The bathrooms were very spacious and shower was great. The only one thing we were not informed of the little early checkout at 10 am We assumed it to be around 11am which is standard. Though it was displayed in the room, only if we were informed verbally it would have been great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was central to so many beautiful places in rome.

The room was an ok size, pretty tight for two people. The shower tub combo was hard to use without getting water everywhere, thankfully they will replenish the towels each day if needed. The breakfast delivered to the room was great, it was a decent variety although we didn't really care for most of the food choices. The air conditioning did not work very well and you def need that during the summer.

Great location and great breakfast that comes to the room. Only issue is the temperature in the room was so hot and the ac said it was working but was not giving off cool air. Front desk is alright with customer service. The shower and bath combo is very strange, if you have bad knees hard to climb and in out of.

Would like to have given this property a high rating but Room 7 has a faulty air von system that sounds like running water. It is really loud and so aggravating. I have since noticed that other reviewers have mentioned it but disappointingly it has not been addressed. I mentioned it to the reception staff and was reimbursed the city taxes of 24€ as a token gesture. Otherwise the room was fab and the location fantastic - just make sure you ask about the state of the air con in the room you are booking!

Excellent experience. This place is in the perfect location. Centrally located so that you can easily walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Coliseum, and Roman Forum. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. And the woman at the front desk was very helpful, cannot speak more highly about her. Arranged taxis for us, gave us helpful info about the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was located in a very busy area, lots of foot traffic.
The lady that checked us in was quite rude. When asked for advice in trying to navigate the local area, she was unhelpful and short.
The unit was nice enough and is centrally located to many amenities.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEIR PROPERTY PICTURES ARE DECEIVING! We stayed there on September for 1 night in a Superior Double Room for which we paid about $430! There was so much noise in the room that we didn't sleep for 5 minutes! There were crickets/roaches in the walls that chirped the entire night. There was sound of water going through the walls like a river gushing on rocks. In the website description it shows tall windows with a bright room, our room #5 had one 3x3 foot square window facing a tiny square patio shared by other rooms in which all the air conditioning units were plugged in making a lot of noise. There was molded wood floors right outside the shower, clearly a poor choice of material to hold water when guests have exited the shower. There is no one there on the property overnight to go and ask for a new room so we were miserable til morning until the staff came to work. I complained to Dmytro, the supervisor, and he promised that management would contact me for partial refund. I flew back home and no news from the. I emailed and still they gave me the runaround with no remorse for mis advertising about the quality and comfort of this expensive room! They said they would give me 100 euro refund but I have to send them my bank info and wait 20 days. A month passed and still nothing!!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PROPERTY PICTURES! They are a 2 star hotel at best! I wish I could attach the pictures and videos I took of the property!

The room was large and comfortable with two bathrooms and showers.
We were a little shocked when we were dropped off at the hotel, there's no obvious sign for the hotel. There is a large wooden door with a buzzer beside it, for the hotel. It isn't really a hotel, more of a bed and breakfast.
Breakfast is brought to the room, you can request a time between 8:30 and noon. Breakfast was pastries and fruit, yoghurt etc. nothing hot, but the quality was good.
The location of the hotel is great for visiting the major attractions in Rome.
Our visit was during a heat wave with temperatures over 100 deg. There was also a taxi driver strike and the hotel and surrounding area lost internet during our stay and apparently many of the nearby businesses lost power. So our visit was not as relaxing as we had hoped. We were worried about making our flight with no taxis, limited Uber service in Rome and no internet connection, so we booked a night at the Airport Hilton to be sure we could get home. An additional cost but there was no reliable alternative.
Breakfast was always delivered on time, but pickup was less reliable. One day we came back to the hotel at around 3pm, hot and exhausted and the breakfast tray was still in the room. We needed to cool off so we put the Do Not Disturb sign up and lay down. However they were soon knocking at the door insisting they needed the tray.
The location was primary reason for choosing Del Corso and it was great, but facilities were a bit dissapointin

This was the best place for us to stay at. The staff was excellent, she took the time out to personal make sure we had a map and knew hoe to get around in the area. She also arranged transportation to the cruise ship, and the breakfast was delicious.

Mixed feelings about this apartment.

Male attendant was not overly knowledgable and told us that the Vatican was booked out and that the Colosseum was closed on Sunday.. both not true. Female attendant that checked us out was very friendly and helpful - we wish we could have dealt only with her for our whole trip. Quite a bit of mould in the bathroom and stain on the bed cover. Room was modern and large. Breakfast left much to be desired. Location was great in terms of proximity to key attractions - Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum.

The property was beautiful, such unique rooms right in the heart of downtown. The service at check in and at breakfast was incredible.

The only problem we had was a leak in our room. This caused us to move rooms twice in our four night stay which was a little annoying. The staff regarding this issue was really good and made sure to accommodate us the best they could.

The Via Del Corso is in a fantastic location, central to so much of the center of Rome (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and much more). There room was quite spacious for Europe and appears to be small one bedrooms that have been turned into a hotel. The set-up is a little funky but I was okay with that. The amenities were sparce, so make sure to bring all your own toiletries. The staff was very nice, note that they are not on property after 9 p.m. If you have issues, you will need to call a number. I did not have problems but definitely something to note.

We are a family of four , with two kids 9 & 6. This was a wonderful location for our two nights in Rome . Ricardo was an excellent and knowledgeable host. He provides excellent advice on where to go, what to see and how to get there. I would definitely recommend staying at Via Del Corso.

Close to everything!

This hotel was located in an old building along Via del Corso, very nice location, close to everything! We walked all tourist sites from here including the Vatican! :) We were also upgraded to a superior deluxe room which was great! The room was huge and had 2 bathrooms. The second bathroom doesn't have the shower handle so I can't bathe in there, while the main bathroom was not very clean, had molds on the sides and ceiling, and drainage was clogged too. That made my bathing time quite unpleasant. After 2 nights, I advised them the issue and they fixed it. Another issue is that they do not have bedroom slippers which other cheaper hotels always provide. Apart from that, everything was great! Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Breakfast brought in the room was very convenient for us. Bruno and Ricardo were very nice and accomodating. Thank you!! Overall, still a great place to stay. Recommended! :)

Pleasant stay in the hotel.

Couple of minor points.

This is more of a city apartment rather than a boutique hotel.

I was upset by one of the staff (not Bruno) who came banging on the door despite the do not disturb sign on the door, saying the room needed cleaning as the cleaner had nothing else to do and was waiting. I had opted for a time for the room to be cleaned during the specified times. It was very rude of him and I didn’t get an apology, I declined the room cleaning. For him my stay at the hotel was less important than the cleaner having to wait to clean the room at the allocated time.

Also, check out has to be later than 10, ideally most places have check out time at 10 or 11am.
It’s a long day if you have an eve flight back to your home place.

Unfortunately I caught a virus whilst in Rome but Reception were on hand to direct us to the nearest Pharmacy and then A&E hospital., they even took the trouble to phone our room later to make sure I was ok and had all I needed - That's service!

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay. Location was brilliant, walked to everything we saw from the Colloseum (15 mins) to the Vatican (30 mins). Staff were great, very welcoming and offered great recommendations and general info. Would definitely recommend and will return when next in Rome.

It's not a hotel

The good...newly remodeled, clean, incredible breakfast convenient to walk to a number of places. The not so good...If they are not there when you arrive $20 Euros to let you in. This is not a hotel. It is a couple of fixed up rooms in an apartment building. Once your inside your fine but homeless all around this area. there was a half dressed hooker passed out in the next entrance to this one. All in all the room and the breakfast were nice. Nobody bothered us outside. Watch your purse and wallet.

Very nice boutique hotel in great location

Great location! I really appreciated the help of Riccardo in making our visit so successful. He gave us great advice in how to avoid the long lines at the Coliseum. The restaurant suggestions were also very good. Everything was clean and modern. Very nice continental breakfast served in the room. We left before breakfast was served Monday so Riccardo arranged to give it to us the night before. We would visit it again.

Fantastic 3 night stay!

We recently stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and cannot fault it! From arriving the staff were amazing and showed us everywhere to visit and where to find the perfect traditional Italian food! The hotel is in an amazing central location withi everything in walking distance! The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning providing a selection of yummy foods. The staff couldn't have been more helpful! Cannot recommend the hotel enough!

Once you get past the creepy entry and the dirty carpet in the small lobby everything is okay. The staff were great and very helpful. Room was nice but don't expect a view of anything except the utility area between buildings.

Centrally located to most of the sight seeing places. Walking distance to most of them. A buzzing atmosphere right outside the hotel. The room was nice and clean but could hear water noise when guests in the next room were there. The shower is small, maybe that's how it is in Rome. Ricardo and Bruno (the main staff) were really helpful and Ricardo's recommendations of nearby restaurants were good. Morning breakfast was served in the room which had good variety. Overall, a pleasant stay.

My husband and I just stayed at Via del Corso Home for our honeymoon in Rome, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Ricardo and Bruno were fantastic - always available to provide us with recommendations, arrange a taxi, make dinner reservations, etc. Our room was always stocked with complimentary food and drinks, and we had a continental breakfast brought to our room upon request. In addition, the location couldn't be beat. We were within a 10-20 minute walk for most locations, and particularly close to many great restaurants and fun nightlife. While it's not a hotel that I would stay with a family (just because the rooms don't connect and the shower is open to the bedroom), it is a great option for a young couple or single travelers looking for an affordable hotel in the heart of Rome. I would definitely come back!

I normally never ever do B&B but it got recommend to me by a friend.
And he was right I loved it. It's a really nice place and the staff where brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. And I love the fact that the breakfast is brought to your room..
