The location of Best Pantheon B&B was excellent—just steps away from all the main attractions. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The lady who provided the service was extremely polite and kind, which made our stay feel very welcoming.
The only downside was the lack of a front desk. Entry is managed by gate and door codes, and one of them didn’t work during our stay, which caused a bit of hassle. Aside from that, it was a lovely place to stay and overall a great experience.

I booked this room for a quick one night stay before flying out of Rome but I wish we could have stayed longer! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was easily accessible by bus and well located for walking to many attractions. The little extras really made this a great stay - complimentary water and soft drink, fresh fruit, and a quiet little balcony let us feel refreshed after arriving. The timing of our visit was a little challenging but communication with the staff was great and they kindly helped us get everything sorted out.

Centrally located, you can walk to the Pantheon, the Coliseum and Trevi Fountain. Perfect location.

The room is beautiful very convenient. About a 3 min walk to the Pantheon, 6 min walk to the Trevi fountain 15-20min walk (you will see so many ruins along the way so it will definitely take a little longer) to the colosseum. There is a lot of great food in the area definitely would recommend.

We stayed there for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year and we had a wonderful stay. Monika was incredibly helpful. The room was BEAUTIFUL. It was right on corso Emanuel II so if window was open it was a bit noisy but once shut it was fine. They have quieter rooms though. Location is incredible bang in between colosseum vatican and all tourist attraction. If you like exploring by foot, thats the place. Would definitely go back and have recommended it to friends and family

Clean, cozy room. Really appreciate how the rooms are more properly insulated than most B&Bs, so we did not hear our neighbors when they talked, laughed or even just flushed the toilet. In our experience, most B&Bs would have failed at that.

Lovely b&b in centre of Rome. All tourist attractions only a short walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The housekeeper Monica, is very friendly and helpful and the fresh fruit supplied every day is a nice touch. Breakfast is not provided in the b&b though, you are given vouchers for a bistro a short walk away. There's a supermarket across the street though if you want to buy your own food and have it in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was pretty and clean. It was however was difficult to find and had little signage. Some of the staff was great, others did not understand English, making it somewhat difficult to communicate. During our last night, a guest checking in tried getting into our room for about 30 minutes. This was alarming and unsettling. The staff was very responsive and worked quickly to correct the issue.

Great location in the city. Modern, renovated rooms in an old building with a funny walk up access and really old keys. The breakfast down the road was great. Unfortunately, one of the guest must have been smoking in this non-smoking B&B and it was quite noticeable and disappointing.

The B&B is in an excellent position in Rome with all of the main tourist attractions within walking distance. The accommodation is good however the rooms situated on the road side are extremely noisy all night with traffic noise, sirens and revellers leaving the bars in the early hours. The accommodation uses a local cafe for guests breakfast the food and the staff there are not good at all. Overall I would recommend due to the convenient location for site seeing.

This is perfectly located, it's a short walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. Great if you don't want to have to get a taxi everywhere, but there is also a taxi station very close by for getting to the train station or airport. Room was very cute and the perfect size for two people. The staff was helpful, but only there from 8am-1pm, not a problem for us, but it should be noted that no staff is there at night. No elevator and there are stairs, so you have to carry your stuff up. The breakfast is served at an adorable cafe very close by (about a 1min walk) and was great. All in all it was perfect for what we wanted and we would stay there again!

Fabulous accommodation in Rome. Central to all attractions. Walk everwhere! Staff could not be more helpful and obliging. Monica - friendly, accommodating and helpful organizing prebooked tickets. Corrado equally friendly and helpful with lical knowledge and restaurant recommendations- even once we had arrived in Florence! I have never had such obliging assistance at big hotels. It felt like we were staying with family. Will definitely return!

Access from Ciampino airport took a little over an hour using the 720 and 30 buses but there was no trouble.
The hotel was very central. We walked to every attraction with ease.
The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. We had expected the room to be tiny but it was a comfortable size. The WiFi was great and there were a selection of TV channels but naturally enough not a lot in English that I found. The AC was good and cooled down the room fast.
The breakfast wasn't served in the hotel but was very close by. Consisted of fruit juice, croissant, slice of toast and a tea or coffee.
One negative point I came across was that any noise in the hallway can be heard by all guests, a little suggestion to accommodation managers would be try try soundproof doors better.

We loved our (3) night stay and would stay there again. It is the perfect location to walk and see all the sites. The Vatican and Colosseum are about the longest walks at 20 minutes. It looks just like the pictures and was very clean. We had a room over looking the busy street and it was still quiet with the balcony door closed.
A few things to just be aware about. It is a (4) room hotel so small and there is no elevator so about 1.5 floors from the street. You are given (4) keys for the doors to get in, your room key, and the safe. The breakfast is a certificate for a cute little cafe just around the corner where we went once. It was fine, but just drinks, toast, and pastry. The complimentary Nespresso machine in the hotel was great for morning espresso and then we just had a protein shake in our room. I was waiting for my wife to get ready. Wifi worked well. TV was just BBC for English, but your in Rome. They also had a shelf of DVD's to borrow.
Irina, who runs the place, was great. Friendly and was very helpful in directions for the train. Easy to take the airport train to Travestere and then tram to a block from the hotel. We did the arranged ride from the airport and then train back. Train is 30 Euros where the arrange car was 50. Both take about an hour.

The temperature of the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted, and was possibly intentionally kept off . But the balcony couldn't be kept open to allow cooler air (in early October) since it was noisy.
Interestingly some relatively small amount of currency we had was not accounted for only in this B & B ( we had been in 2 other places a hotel and an inn) and we had the money accounted for earlier at this site and then later there 1 less note (6 notes later only 5 left).
The room was often checked things had been moved and at 1 instance the manager ( had wanted to come in - but didn't know we were inside) he was with \" the owner\" - don't know why he would want to bring that man in when the room was occupied and not in between occupants.

Nice, clean and modern hotel run by lovely people
The Best Pantheon is conveniently located and close to all main tourist spots. The hotel is modern and well kept. The staff are lovely and very attentive. It is clear they take much care in the hotel and it shows. However, by far, the most disappointing aspect of the hotel stay was the breakfast. We were given a breakfast voucher for the cafe around the corner who it was clear that when we arrived didn't appreciate the influx of hotel guests. We were served a coffee, an orange juice and a limp piece of toast... we had to ask for a crossiant which they voucher said we were entitled too. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, and our room was very clean. The morning staff Monica was very helpful! Great value for the price they charge. Only negatives: 31 steps to get up to the hotel level (the elevator does not go to this floor) and the room was small. But the cleanliness, helpfulness, and location more than made up for these. It was great walking to all the attractions. If you don't want to walk there is a sightseeing bus that you can take that is not too expensive. Monica you were so kind. And your coffee choices were the best. You were generous and genuine. Thank you. On another note, I wish the pillows and mattress were more comfortable. Adding a pillow top would be a good idea. Maybe a variety of pillows would be better. They were clean that's a huge plus. Thank you for that. If people like a firm mattress then they are fine. My mattress was white as snow. Thanks again. I will return.

Great location and welcome even though we arrived late at night , ( which we were charged extra for at the end of the stay ). 4 rooms in the block , ours was very spacious and very clean and secure. Breakfast was in a cafe along the street and you were given a voucher. My preference would be to offer this as an alternative as wasn't impresssed with the breakfast . Location is perfect for all the sights.

Great location. Walking distance to every spot in rome. Room size is small but the facilities were to high standards including the washroom. Definitely recommend this place. Breakfast is provided at a local restaurant just below with an arrangement of the hotel which is fine for food

Satisfying accommodations in excellent location
When we first walked in we were wondering what we got ourselves into, it was like no place we had ever stayed without a full time concierge, by the next day we counted ourselves fortunate to have found it. There were only 4 rooms in an excellent location in the heart of Roma near the Pantheon. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms clean and nicely appointed in contemporary style, and provided fresh fruit and coffee daily and the restaurant that provides our breakfast was very 👍 nice right around the corner. I would definitely return there.

Lovely hotel near Rome's big sights
My husband and I had a wonderful, short stay in Rome and this hotel is in the perfect location. We walked everywhere (Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Vatican). The hotel staff, Irina, was absolutely fabulous. She accommodated our early check-in and let us store our bags for a few hours after checkout. She arranged transportation for us on more than one occasion. She was very friendly and offered some advice and guidance regarding directions and sites to see. For breakfast, we were given vouchers to a nearby bakery. We could not take advantage of this due to our tight schedule and the opening hours of the bakery. If you're coming to Rome, we highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, but a few problems
In the past I have given this establishment a 5, but not this time. They have stopped having breakfast at the B&B, which is not for the better. The breakfast is now at a restaurant nearby. The restaurant is very good for lunch and dinner, but breakfast, not so much. If you are traveling with a gluten sensitive person, they will have to bring their own breakfast. Roll, coffee, juice, and toast. No fruit or yogurt or protein options. Yes, I know this is a typical continental breakfast, but I booked here because they had other options available in the past. The room we were in had a leaky faucet and the water was leaking all over the bathroom floor and out into the room. We spent a bit of time mopping up the floor. Hopefully there wasn't too much mold. The floor is being replaced after the faucet is repaired when the part comes in. Hopefully soon for the people who will be in this room in the near future.

We were met late at night at the hotel and made very welcome. Our room overlooked the street and gave us a lovely feel of being in historical Rome.

Nice hotel, excellent location, nice staff, the only 2 negatives things of this B&B: You have to pay city tax before you check out, is not include it on Expedia prices, I was surprised when they were asking me for the payment, and the charge is per person.

Great Location with Air Conditioning
Our hostess made out stay so memorable. She was extremely helpful with any advice on sight-seeing and places to eat. Our room was large and had great air conditioning, especially since it was 100 degrees outside. Location was within walking distance to most of the historic sites in Rome that tourists would want to see. This location had a door man that made sure only guests would enter the building. Breakfast was served around the corner and had very limited choices. If breakfast is an option, you are better off going out on your own. However, this was the only negative of this B&B. This was our 2nd time in Rome and we would definitely return and stay at this B&B.

The room was booked for 3 and it was very disappointing to arrive and learn my 26 year old son was sleeping on a couch that was not even long enough for him. In addition, when we booked, breakfast was delivered to your room daily. We learned after we arrived that they no longer delivered breakfast and we had to go down the street to a restaurant. This was very inconvenient. Also, the bed was very very hard and uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

Lovely large room with spa bath overlooking the main road. Room was kept very clean and staff extremely helpful. It is in a brilliant close to everything. 5 min walk from beautiful pantheon. Breakfast in the morning brought to your room at desired time and a great selection. More than we could eat and we eat a lot! Omelettes, pastries, fresh orange, coffee, meats, cheese yoghurt fruit etc! Definitely recommend this place and would stay again

This was the last stop on our Italian vacation, and it was a welcome respite from the last place we'd been in. The street the B&B is on is busy, but very convenient to sites. We found some more local restaurants and bars on the side streets nearby, so I suggest exploring those.
Irina was very nice and welcoming, and left us with detailed explanations about the amenities, hotel rules, and breakfast. And speaking of breakfast! Irina brought a rolling tray to our room, filled with warm croissants, toast, eggs, coffee and steamed milk, fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese... we felt like royalty, and it was so nice to spend our last morning relaxing in the room before we had to go to the airport. It was also my wife's birthday, and our fancy breakfast made for a nice start to her special day.

Hands down, this was the nicest property we stayed at. The location was right in the heart of the area we wanted to explore in, and it was a true king size mattress rather than 2 twins pushed together. They serve you your breakfast in your room, which makes getting ready to head out easier. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone heading to Rome.

Best B&B is in a fantastic location. I was travelling with friends who hadn't been to Rome before and it's so convenient to walk up to Pantheon in 5 minutes, across to various piazzas in no time. It is on a busy road but the sound proofing of the room was great. Note that check out is 10am - it didn't affect us (as we were heading to Civitavecchia in the morning of check out) but others may find that a little early.

Inside it's clean, modern and very well equipped with a big TV, minibar, lots of space and the air conditioning works very well (and was extremely welcome after a day in Rome's summer heat). The breakfast was really good and delivered on a tray in the morning which is a great touch.
All in all, we couldn't fault the hotel and if we come back to Rome, which I hope we will, we'll stay here again without a second thought.

Great base for a visit to Rome
I booked 2 rooms at the hotel for our 3 night family of 4 break to Rome, and agree that this hotel is in a great central point for all main attractions. The hotel booked our taxi from the airport and arranged our return, and printed our boarding passes and online attraction tickets for us - they were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were also able to leave our bags after check out so could enjoy our final day in the city. We took breakfast in our bigger room together daily as a family - the warm pastries and fresh fruit was lovely. As long as you know it's not a standard hotel you are going to (so you have to let yourself in the big main front door, no restaurant and no lobby or 24 hr reception) then this is the perfect place to stay - we found we didn't miss any of those services at all.

The place is nice, note that after 13:00 there is no staff so you cannot check-in after that hour unless you call in advance.
We tried calling for over 2 hours with no answer, which was very irritating, only after calling Expedia support number we ware able to reach the guy in order to check-in.
