We're so glad we found this place. We've been to Rome several times. This location is hard to beat. Right next to the Panteon, 5 min walk to Piazza Navona, 10 min walk to Trevi Fountain and 20 min to the Spanish steps and the Vatican. Soooo convenient!!! We will for sure stay here again on our next trip. Don't miss 150 flavors of gelato just 1 block away.

Negatives - I took my wife away for 3 nights for her 40th birthday for a once in a lifetime trip for us. It’s no wonder you can’t find pictures of the outside of the building. It’s located down a dingy side street/alleyway and is basically a building site with scaffolding everywhere. Hardly screamed luxury when we arrived and my wife wondered what i had booked us into. I payed extra for an upgraded suite rather than basic. The room was ok but the wallpaper was torn and peeling. The bed was like a crash mat. No springs or foam etc. the wifi was non existent and the noise ! On there official website it says sound proof rooms. I’ve never had such little sleep. Can hear people talking let alone the bin men that come round at 5.30am everyday shortly followed by the loud birds on the roof. Breakfast was ok however the only cooked food was fried eggs, which were pre cooked and left on a plate so they were always cold. There are only 4 tables so if you are not there straight away you have to wait for a table which isn’t good if you have plans for trips or need to leave for the airport like we did.
It would have been ok if the price was less and was just a random city break. But for the price I payed and that it was for a special occasion I was left gutted at what I had booked for my wife and the experience we had.

It’s a bed and breakfast, not a hotel, do not expect fancy things but it provides your needs for comfort , our room is very clean and spacious, high ceiling, will stay again. With small old classic elevator, functioning well. Located in a huge building with facade being renovated. One or two minutes away from The Pantheon and few blocks away from Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and we even walked to Spanish Steps, a bit further. Breakfast area is small but food is good . Close to restaurants and stores, souvenir shops, which make you feel festive, we came during the peak season, tourists everywhere. Great location with kind and friendly staff.

Due to booking on Expedia, would not allow me trancelike reservation even with plenty of notice. Due to the rail strike, my itinerary changed. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean, but major construction going on right outside my room which I was completely unaware of. I listened to hammering all day long and workers walking in front of my bedroom window on the fourth floor. Location is very good, walkable to many things.
Due to the inability to work with cancelling the reservation and construction is why I gave it three stars.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Little Queen is such a hidden gem in the heart of Rome. Excellent central location for walking and experiencing the vibe of Rome just by taking the elevator. For Italy, the room and bathroom are quite large. I needed a taxi, and the staff quickly helped me. If I ever had to return, I would do so without a problem.

This property is in an excellent location, close to the Pantheon and all major Rome attractions are within walking distance. We would stay here again and would recommend if you aren’t looking for hotel type of amenities . The only minor disappointment was maintenance to the exterior of the building so we couldn’t have our windows or curtains open as crews were working during the day.

This is not a hotel- it’s more like a bed and breakfast room inside a fourth floor building apartment without free breakfast- so just know that you will be entering a door from the street that has no signage. It actually ended up being pretty neat hence the four stars but I would have preferred more information from the start instead of being confused. Our taxi wasn’t sure the location, I had to walk a few blocks with luggage. It was confusing finding the place. It’s in an alley kind of spot near the pharmacy. They only have one staff for three locations so they don’t answer phone calls - only WhatsApp texts. They asked for my passport to be sent via WhatsApp the day before I was arriving because they weren’t going to have anyone there at my arrival because it was a Sunday and they leave at 1:00. I felt uncomfortable sending this but I didn't have a choice and it turned out to be fine. So, just know that may happen to you. The actual stay was nice and the location is great. The staff ended up being helpful sending my daughter’s baby blanket that she left to me in Sorrento. That is also why I give it four stars. I did have to pay for that service and it took a lot of logistical planning back and forth to get it to me but we got her blanket back so I am very grateful for that.

The Little Queen Pantheon is in an excellent location and the rooms are spacious. We had a bit of trouble finding it, as there is no sign outside. It is not staffed 24 hours so it can be a bit difficult to get assistance if you need it. There was no hot water at all on our second morning there, but no one at the front to report it to either. However, the location is spectacular in the room was a great value overall.

The location of this place is fantastic as it is near the Pantheon and walkable to many places of interest. The unit is very well maintained and gives a very welcoming feel. Definitely a good place to stay in the heart of Rome!

The only downside is the hotel didn't have much to offer, such as a bar or restaurant. It was a little hard to find the door and feels like your entering a private property. The gentleman that made breakfast was very kind. He gave us a lot of information for the area and Italy. His English was also very good. For 10 euro per person, it was a wonderful breakfast. He made us eggs which is not customary in an Italian breakfast. We had a standard room and was plenty of space for us. I was able to convert some of the tv channels to English via the remote control which was also nice. We highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Although this property is around the corner from the Pantheon within a very short walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping, it is very quiet. Our checkin was very smooth and Paolo was very helpful with lots of suggestions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Fantastic location and the owners were excellent hosts, responding to queries and looking after us. The hotel is surrounded by endless quality food and drink options. Room was comfortable and good AC with a handy fridge. Cleanliness excellent. An ice machine would be an improvement but host did provide ice on request. Would recommend the airport taxi service - door to door and saved a lot of hassle. Will recommend definitely.

Our one night stay was great. Check in was easy. They held our bags for a few hours until ours rooms were ready. Rooms were bigger than similar boutique hotel we stayed in down the street earlier in our vacation. Hotel is within steps of Pantheon. Very conveniently located near a bunch of little shops and cafes. Room was clear and AC was amazing in the heat of July in Rome. Hotel is on 4th floor but there is an elevator. It was an antique elevator but was surprisingly quiet and held all of our luggage. Would stay again if I returned to Rome.

Really unfortunate that after a global IT crisis that affected millions of people, this hotel refused to grant a cancellation. My flight was canceled and I was unable to get to the hotel. They refused to have any empathy and cancel the reservation. They can keep the money, reputation is far more expensive.

We were advised that the door would be open for us upon arrival, but someone forgot to turn on that feature so we stood outside for 15 minutes with luggage and 36 degree heat until someone who worked there happened to come upon us.
Second complaint - there was mold in the walls of our bathroom. To make matters worse, there was an ant highway crawling above the shower constantly.
Third complaint - the air conditioning was not effective. It was installed in the entry way of the room, which was divided with a vaulted ceiling. That area was cool but the room itself was hot.
Fourth complaint - their website advertised an outdoor terrace. If there is one, no one told us how to get there and we didn’t see it.

A gem of a little hotel / bed and breakfast. Room was a great size and very clean and comfortable. Would recommend right in the centre. 30 mins walk from Termini station. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Everything you need for your stay in Rome. Up a side street 2 mins from patheon. So no noise from street. Air con works amazing Tv has Netflix Coffe and yea in room. As well as a fridge .. Lift is dated but works great being on 4 floor a very welcome sight, as well, after touring the sights of Rome by foot. It was a little hard to find at first but once we located it, it was so convenient right next to the Patheon were we had booked a tour, taxis were easy to find right next to the Patheon to get around or you could just walk to your destination. Staff was friendly and helpful breakfast in the mornings was convenient. Would go back and stay again!

The hotel was clean and located only a minute walk to the Pantheon. Paulo at the front desk was awesome! He provided a list of places to eat and a map for all the main walkable attractions. Paulo also helped schedule a reasonably priced private transport for us since we had to leave early the next morning for our flight back home. Also, the air conditioner in the room worked so well that even though it was really hot outside, I actually had to turn it down to keep from getting too cold.

The safe didn’t work. The bathroom smelled terrible. There was raucous loud behavior in the alley just below our window each night until early hours. Their check in time was told to us via email a few days before arrived. We were told check in ended at 4pm. Since we arrived at 6pm, we were given instructions on how to let ourselves in and find out key on the counter of the small entry way. The building locked at 7pm each night so we had to let ourselves in. No lobby. Just a poorly lit hallway to a small elevator. So we felt a bit unsafe.
There was one large bottle in a wrack on bathroom wall marked as both shampoo and bath gel. No conditioner.
Our a/c was turned off by the person who made our bed so we came back to a very hot room.
I’ve honestly never stayed in such a disappointing place.
I recommend against this place, especially for single women
