I have mixed feelings about this property. I do not think the hotel should be allowed to place customers in rooms with construction happening directly outside. By directly outside I mean there was scaffolding and workers inches away from our window - hammering, sawing, shouting from morning until past 5:30pm. The exterior shutters were inoperable and there was essentially no natural light. The windows could be opened, but that would expose you to dust and more noise. Instead of being able to relax after traveling all day, we felt trapped and claustrophobic. It was so bad we even tried looking for other accommodations at twice the cost, but they refused to refund us. They did move us to another room the next night, but the overall experience and the attitude we received from some of the front desk personnel when requesting a room change left us with a bad taste.

Great location near Palazzo Navona. Easy walk to many great attractions and great bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top bar was fine. Nice and clean rooms although a little small bit that’s what you get for being in such great historic buildings. Would use this hotel again.

This place was a hidden gem that I couldn't get enough of. We had a mishap with our luggage which unfortunately didn't make it with us. The staff went above and beyond to track the luggage and make arrangements. They were all so kind and amazing and that goes for the entire staff. They would always greet you and were so kind. We loved the daily breakfast and delicious coffee. The place was beautiful and within walking distance to everything. We will absolutely be back.

This is a hidden gem! Perfect location to walk to many of the attractions. Only a short 15 min ride to the Vatican. The breakfast was complimentary and was so good, best hotel buffet we have ever had. The staff was polite and courteous, and a bonus for us most spoke English. Highly recommend Hotel Lunetta for your Rome visit!

Quiet oasis in the heart of Rome

All the staff at the hotel were exceptional, ready to help with any plans or needs. We took a pasta making class with their chef and made carbonara, which was delicious and so much fun! The spa was complimentary and it was so relaxing, the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all included as well as some tea and fruit to enjoy after. We did a couples massage for a fee and it was heavenly! I highly recommend this hotel!

We got in late due to a flight delay. I notified the hotel I would be checking in late. When I got there they sold my room I prepaid for and said it was non-refundable since I booked through Expedia. They offered to send me to their sister property a few blocks away. They helped roll my luggage to the other property in the middle of the night and the wheel broke on my luggage. The lady at the front desk said she would talk to management about complimentary massages due to the issues. We got massages the next day, but were charged for them at checkout. I asked them to look into this charge and they never got back to me.

They provided great food recommendations and were just overall very helpful. We would stay there again!

Attentive staff and clean property! Esteban and Samuele were extremely nice and helpful! The location is centrally located and was a walking distance to everything! Close to restaurants, water stations, and had a small convenience store around the corner for things you may need! AC was nice and cool especially during the summer heat! Spa/sauna was nice, just make sure you reserve ahead of time! Breakfast was filling and delicious! Will definitely come back!

This is a great spot to stay when touring Rome. We were a family of 4 visiting for the first time and had a bunch of tours booked. This is a very nice hotel with an excellent location as it is close to the Vatican and the Colloseum. They offer a nice breakfast - though it is a small breakfast, it is all you need to get going in the mornings. Being a small hotel, they offer personalized service which is often not the case with bigger hotels. We booked a suite (as we had two teenagers with us) which is actually 2 connecting rooms. I believe these are the only two connecting rooms in this hotel (rooms 107 and 108) and it was nice to have that with 4 of us. There is a small spa in the basement which has a nice steam room, sauna and hot hydrojet jacuzzi which is nice after doing 20,000 steps touring Rome! We also enjoyed the rooftop bar - again, it is small, but adds a nice touch in the warm evenings. I would highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect and you will get a better price and service than the bigger brand name hotels!

The hotel is in the Campo di Fiori area, which is pretty central and very walkable. We were also able to walk to all main attractions like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Vatican city. At first, I was a little worried because the area seemed tucked away and unsafe. But after one walk around the immediate area, it was quickly obvious that we were not only \"safe\", it was ideally situated for us to get to many of the main attractions. In fact, each time we set out for another sight (Colloseum, Trevi Fountain, Trastevere)...even Vatican City wasn't so far that we felt it to be an unbearable walk.

Beyond it being positioned so perfectly, it was the cutest little hotel. The customer service was fantastic, even before we arrived, as I sent ahead emails, the questions were answered in record time and the front desk staff were always prepared to help however they could.

The room we had a small, but felt the norm for European hotels but no complaints. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

The location of this hotel is great because it is walking distance to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps (you can walk to all of those in one night). It's also between the Vatican and the Colosseum and we planned on visiting both so it was convenient to take a bus to both places. The hotel offers a spa that I would have loved to enjoy, we just didn't have the time. We booked a Superior Double Room - the room itself is a little small and outdated but still clean. It's the furniture and the curtains that are outdated. The bathroom is the best highlight of the room with double sinks and an amazing shower! Breakfast at the hotel is very nice. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central location.

This property is the steal of all steals! We have stayed in Rome dozens of times, and when I say this place is amazing, I know of which I speak. It’s really no surprise this hotel is rated so highly, and the nightly rate…incomparable. We’ve paid three times as much at previous hotels in Rome, and never felt so comfortable. They’ve spared nothing in renovating this hotel from top to bottom. What’s more, it’s literally smack-dab in between Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiorio, but so very quite, which in itself is amazing given it’s proximity to both. My wife and I have no reason to stay anywhere but here in the years ahead, and look forward to it, it was that enjoyable. I can’t say enough about this hotel or their most able staff. I am obliged to give them both my highest praise and recommendation.
