The staff is wonderful, the room was nice, and the location is perfect. My only complaint is they don’t have an actual airport shuttle. They claim calling you a cab is the same thing but that’s not what a shuttle is. I’d still stay there again and recommend it.

Located in the centre of historic Rome, the location is perfect for getting to all the major sights and more. We used Lime scooters to get to the slightly further out places like Vatican City.
The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The hotel interior is beautiful.

I have stayed at this gem of a place a few times already and it never disappoints! Very cool decor, extremely comfortable beds and room amenities and wonderful staff. Daniella, Francesco and Farouk among others always make me so welcome. They took care of me this week in particular after I had to come right back to the hotel after a cancelled flight. Our stay at Torre Argentina Relais was wonderful. We got delayed a day but were welcomed when we finally did arrive. Our room was ready and staff provided a beautiful breakfast. We found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The location is great. Perfect place to stay while in Rome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The welcome was fantastic. After a long day of travel, we felt cared for immediately. Seeing we were hot and thirsty, they brought us ice water in glasses on a tray. It was such a thoughtful gesture that signaled the rest of our six-day stay. We were often asked if we needed anything as we passed the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk arranged our transportation to the airport. The staff was lovely and spoke English very well. The location was perfect for us. We were there specifically to see ancient Roman ruins. There were ruins across the street, and we were able to take a seven-minute walk to the Pantheon every night. It was a longer, but comfortable walk to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Capitoline Museum. We easily walked to the Trevi Fountain and Trastevere as well. We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet, safe and picturesque. We didn't end up using the buses, but there was hub on the street in front of the hotel. I have recommended the hotel to several friends since coming home.

Great views from our room - over ruins in square across the street . Beautiful! Room well appointed but small , street soundproof ! Only complaint - 7 am / 8 am wake up due to noises from below! First floor near lobby desk and noises carry also below is street level restaurant and very noisy from it early in morning!

Clean room and staff was awesome. They ever helped when I purchased some museum tickets but everything on receipt was in italian. I understood a little but they explained everything and even printed out the tickets from my phone. Breakfast was also amazing. We ordered way too much food. The only negative which isn't really that bad is the tub/shower setup. There a gap between the tub and shower door so when showering the floor gets wet

Great location. Any major landmarks all within a 25 minute walk- but literally just a couple blocks from the famous Pantheon. The stay included daily breakfast delivered to your room- and the breakfast spread in amazing! Talk about a balanced breakfast! Everything from fresh squeezed OJ, to Omelets, Etc. there was one main guy there doing the bell work, plus delivering meals and he is a hustler! Works hard and fast. We also chose a room with a tub inside. Tub was spacious and clean. Our only complaint is not anything to do with the hotel- but due to the location (and being inner city) it was very noisy at all hours. Luckily we still slept great.

First, this is not a kid friendly hotel. From the decor to the room layout it is very adult.

One of the rooms we were given smelled unbearably musty. They switched this out to another which seemed fine when we walked in (as they had the windows open). Once we closed the windows that rooms smelled terrible too. They hand no more vacancies so we were stuck with this. In addition the maze of hallways had an overbearing smell of a very strong incense.

The day staff was transactional at best and refused something as simple as a request for more pillows.

The only great staff interaction was the night manager. He provided the best customer service. We had an early departure and he was immensely helpful making sure that the taxi arrived on time and even waited with us outside to make sure we got on okay.

All that said, the location is really great.

Great place except one thing

This place was super amazing everything perfect except one thing! Bit of a safety issue really and so annoying the Ventelation in the shower of our room did not work !! I told front desk and they could not make it work and made excuses. VERY dangerous cuz the the bathroom gets slippery especially that you need to walk up a couple steps to get to the tub/shower.
But that’s the only this this place was amazing otherwise

Small but comfortable property which is very well situated to visit all of the main attractions on foot. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you albeit a couple of small niggles with the room were not resolved which I think was down to being lost in translation.

We also took advantage of the €12 breakfast in room which was of a very good quality. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

You can't beat the location which was convenient to just about every attraction in Rome, most were walkable. The only downside for us was the room size, which was quite small, especially with luggage to store. There was nowhere to put it. Other than that, it was lovely. Highly recommend

Hotel is located in a perfect location, accessible by car, bus or taxi right in front.
Yes, there is an elevator, but it will not take you to your floor as it stops on half levels. We are on a 30 day trip and the staff handled our luggage, so not really an issue, but you will use the stairs to get in an out of the hotel. Three floors, the lobby and 1st floor rooms beginning up one from the street.
We were assigned the “Comfort Room” no room number. This room was furnished with a Murphy bed (wall bed) for no known reason. Unfortunately, this bed took up valuable room space and was very inconvenient for getting in and out of bed with its half wall frames lining each side for 30 inches or so.
The shower is approximately 24x36 and the control is in the long wall, so you will inadvertently adjust the volume and temperature frequently.
The towel racks are inexplicably high, perhaps 7 feet high.
It is a lovely and eclectic hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
I would recommend this hotel if for no other reason, the staff, but I would probably ask for a different room on our next visit.

Staff was excellent - very friendly and accommodating. Problem - room was way too tiny. No area for suitcase, the shower was in the main room where the bed was and there was a gap of 12 inches between the sink and the wall to walk thru to use the toilet. If your sole purpose is to sleep thru the night but stay out during the day and you don’t have much luggage then this is the right place for you based on location, cleanliness and staff friendliness.

Taxi to and from the train station was 13 euros.The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. Happy hour was a highlight since we got to meet the other guest. Stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. They arranged for our pickup and return from the airport with a private driver. Place is cozy, clean, and very quiet, even though you’re in the middle of the action. Every night we had the « aperitivo » directly on site. Great breakfast was served to our room every morning, and the day that we needed to leave early for an attraction, they supplied us with a breakfast box. If you’re not afraid to walk a bit, everything major attractions is easily reachable by foot (and you don’t want / need a car, trust me). Fif dining options, Trastevere is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and there you will find all the great restaurants and vibe you need. Farouk took care of us for our complete stay and he was a pearl. Absolutely recommend this place, a pure gem!

The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists. The only thing I would mention though is that our room didn’t have a shower and we stayed there with our baby. It was so hard to give a bath to a one-year old in a bathtub, especially if it is in the middle of the room. This was a weird experience.

An effort has been made for decoration although not everyone might like it. The property is in a great location, near all the most important monuments, very close to restaurants and retail shops.
Easy for transportation, bus, taxis & subway!
The rooms are very clean, the only thing I would suggest there is no space for unpacking your clothes, for a long stay, no drawers, so be prepared to make your luggage and room sofa your temporary closet.

We stay at this hotel for two nights while we were exploring Roman. It was absolutely wonderful! We chose a room with a city view and it really had an amazing view and we loved how both mornings are breakfast was brought to us on a silver platter! You got to choose your breakfast the night before, and then it was brought to you Whichever time you chose and it was absolutely wonderful to sit and have breakfast with the city view! The staff was very friendly and it was very close by to the main city center and attractions enroll! There was a wonderful restaurant downstairs where we had espresso martinis one night and it was easily convenient to get to with the scooters and bicycles throughout the city! We loved our stay here and we definitely recommend it to others .

Couple with an infant and got the last superior room of the hotel during our stay. Room was very small for us with a stroller and 2 suitcases. Bathroom also a bit of a tight fit. With that said, hotel location was great! Easily walkable everywhere. Also, the air conditioner was incredibly powerful. We appreciated that after a long day’s walk. The staff were also amazing. Incredibly helpful with our bags, transportation options, and planning itinerary. We can recommend coming back again in the future and perhaps book a larger room.

The location is centrally located and walkable to all the major sites including Vatican City and the Colosseum and literally across the street from the Torre Argentina ruins. The hotel was a little hard to find and you had to look for the brown door between a restaurant and a shop. Once inside, it was clean, modern and artsy. Even though there is an elevator, there are a lot of steps to the reception area and a step up to the room and steps to the 3rd floor happy hour area. Rooms were clean, modern and well-stocked. The insulation from the street noises were amazing once the windows were closed. Beds were super comfortable and different pillow options for different needs. Breakfast was served in our room timely and they provided great options to choose from. Upon check-in we were welcomed with Prosecco, cheese plate and chips. Every night they offered cocktails and snacks and a nightly turn-down service with chocolate. Staff was great in providing suggestions and help during our stay. We had an early morning flight and the desk manager waited outside with us as we waited for our taxi. It was a great experience and I’d definitely return!

This hotel was ideal for our needs. It is very centrally located to all the major attractions so we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. It was a lovely surprise to find out that breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying in the central part of Rome.

This property is close to public transportations and within walking distance to restaurants and landmarks. The hotel is clean and the from desk staff sent me a free cappuccino, hot chocolate and croissants for me and my son. The hotel staff service is amazing.

Nice rooms, convenient location

Very cute hotel! The rooms are decorated in a modern funky way. I stayed in a double room that had a sitting area by a window which was great to have your coffee and breakfast in overlooking a Roman temple.

Breakfast delivered to your room was wonderful. You receive a card every day with coffee, juice, sweet, savory options to check off and hang at the door as well as the time you want breakfast delivered. Service was very prompt and the food was great, tried many different menu items and no complaints on them. There is also a Nespresso machine in the room with complementary coffee.

The only slight negative was the soundproofing as you could hear a lot of external noises. You could hear every bang or louder movement on the floor in other rooms, as well as music from below from the other businesses in the building.

It was a little confusing when first checking in as the entrance can only be opened with a code, otherwise staff have to buzz you in through a large wooden door.

Staff at the desk, the team who brings your breakfast and housekeeping were all very friendly. I didn't ask the staff for anything really but the few times I passed when they were assisting other guests, they were very helpful and accomodating.

Location was pretty convenient, close to some tourist sites like Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, and for further sites like Vatican City, Villa Borghese or Colosseum a bus stop is right outside the door that services these sites.

Overall very nice stay!

Great stay

After a terrible stay at another hotel in rome, we moved to this hotel which is right next to torre di argentina. The hotel staff went above and beyond. First breakfast is served everyday to your day after filling out a card for them to pick up overnight. We got one of the better rooms which seemed to have a combination of a shower/jacuzzi. The tv has netflix and the decor in the room is really nice. Also the hotel staff was super accomodating in switching rooms and helped us with our ouggage.
