The hotel is on a side street, about a 3 minute walk from the Campo di Fiori. It is in a fully renovated old building. Our room was completely modern, but its decorated ceiling dated from the 19th century--charming!
Ludovica, who managed the hotel, was incredibly helpful, in many ways. She speaks excellent English (and we do not speak Italian at all). She found an English-speaking doctor for my wife, who needed some medical care while we were in Rome.
A couple of things to note (not problems, but things to be aware of). The hotel is on the first floor (European numbering) with the entrance on the ground floor. There is an elevator, but it goes from a landing, so you have to walk up a few steps to get to it. And taxis do not stop directly in front of the hotel but rather in a little plaza about 50 yards away, to the right.
That plaza had a friendly outdoor cafe (Gammi 7) where we ate breakfast every morning, and about 100 yards to the left there was a restaurant that served excellent pasta, both regular and gluten-free.
The hotel is in a lively area. The Piazza Navone and the Pantheon are each about a 10-15 minute walk away. The Colosseum is about a 1/2 hour walk away.

My first time in Rome. Traveled with my aunt. Location if nice- plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping. Staff was vwry nice! Deborah greeted us at check-in and was very informative and kind! She gave us good recommendations for moving about the city as well. Felt very safe with the manner in which you had to enter for the room. Room was very spacious. My only recommendation for the room would be to add a bit more storage (such as a small dresser or cabinet) and a full
length mirror outside of the bathroom. Be prepared to climb stairs for entering. I didn’t find them hard but some may. There is a tiny lift for getting luggage up and down.

Love the location with its harming streets with shopping, restaurants and is near the Pantheon. Rooms with bathrooms are updated, spacious and clean. All their apartments are on the 3rd floor in a very old building. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and Staff wasn’t here but was available via WhatsApp messaging. We had to climb a flight of stairs to get to a very small, old style elevator. Elevator didn’t work for us and we were told it was working that morning and they’d call maintenance to fix it Monday.. We had to walk up another 2 flights of stairs with our luggage. On Monday morning, checkout day, staff was there to help us with luggage and the elevator worked. They said we didn’t know how to work elevator. Elevator is only for luggage.

Property location is excellent with so many options to eat and it is easy to get around all the tourist attractions around Rome by walk or bus. Staff communication in Whatsapp is so fast for any queries you have. What we didn't like is the temperature control in the room. On top of that, on days when the outside temp is 50F, the cleaning staff left the windows open. So, when we get back to room late in the evening, it was pretty uncomfortable.

The Ideal Hotel in Rome for Me
MY favorite restaurant in Rome is Roscioli. I love that place. it's near the Campo Di Fiori. So i like to get a hotel room near by. How is two meters away for you? I walk out late at night from a great dinner, walk two steps ( NOT making that up ) 2, and open the door that leads to the Prestige Rooms. This hotel is situated in an excellent location for travellers who want to see the historic centre on foot. It is located where Campo di Fiori, Trastevere and Jewish Ghetto meet and is just a short walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Unlike a hotel, the rooms are located in an old building of mixed use. We loved the authentic experience it provided.

Great room located in walking distance to most tourist attractions in Rome but still away enough that you don’t feel crowded. Great restaurants around the area. Room has food AC, bed is comfortable and bathroom is well stocked. Breakfast is extra but there is great breakfast place right next to it , so don’t feel like you need to add breakfast. Wonderful spot. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location worked well for us since we walked to all the major destinations in Rome. The airport and train station are taxi rides but not that bad at all. We ended up checking in later than anticipated so nobody was there to great us, but it was not a problem at all. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and bars at Campo di fiori. A 20 minute walk will get you about anywhere you want to go. We would recommend this place to anyone.

On first floor of apartment block, unpleasant entry old gates functioning but old and heavy and well used. There’s a lift but just for one person and maybe squeeze a luggage. Shower was squashed on side on low roof like getting into a coffin.Tight overall with lots of protruding walls to avoid.superficially clean but can see no real full clean for dust above surface area or behind toilet where might not look.Old safe not working properly though was fixed. Would stay again if alone and for convenient quick stop for reasonable price but not in any way a treat.

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem. Located in a fabulous local neighbourhood with lots of shops and great restaurants, this small hotel is beautifully renovated within the fabric of the old building. Great breakfasts, wonderful, obliging staff and scrupulously clean, the rooms are spacious and as they appear in photos.

Excellent home away from home. Our first visit to Rome and this was a superb facility; large room for a European \"hotel\" from our experience, excellent shower, lovely morning breakfast, wonderful staff and management. Very helpful. Best thing was location - easy to get anywhere in Rome by walking. The only downside was that the room was rather dark, and the noise from the busy street below was often too much - BUT small quibbles as we had a great time and would recommend to friends and hope to return ourselves!

I could not have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to Rome. These rooms are located right by Campo d'flori and most things are within walking distance.
When we got there our instructions were on paper pinned to the door and were nice and easy to understand.
The room itself was a great size. High ceilings and big windows. Lovely bathroom.
It was very clean and every day the room was cleaned and bed made. There were coffee making facilities and a small fridge which had free water and cans of drink which was restocked every day. Breakfast was included and between 8-10. You could either eat in the small main area or they brought to your room. It was deliciously huge crossiants, meat/cheese,scrambled egg,toast and tea and coffee and juice.

The room itself was a great size. High ceilings and big windows. Lovely bathroom.
It was very clean and every day the room was cleaned and bed made. There were coffee making facilities and a small fridge which had free water and cans of drink which was restocked every day. Breakfast was included and between 8-10. You could either eat in the small main area or they brought to your room. It was deliciously huge crossiants, meat/cheese,scrambled egg,toast and tea and coffee and juice.

The room itself is very nice and modern, part of the reason I booked it. I didn't realise it was a type of B&B. Upon arrival, a treasure hunt to find and get in, there was no-one in attendance to greet you (although Hotels.com states the reception is manned 8am to 8pm), so no explanation of where things are, the situation with breakfast etc.. We awoke the next morning to no hot water - luckily we did not have to be on an early tour. Mina the apartment cook & cleaner was terrific, she tried to sort out the water situation, prepared a lovely breakfast, and explained how things work. We finally met the owner on the day of checkout - not very personable at all - which you need to be in this line of business. Some things to consider - there are 5 rooms in this complex, but only two tables with two chairs for breakfast - if all five rooms of guests wanted breakfast at the same time it would be impossible. The tables are small outdoor patio tables and not very sturdy. A better option would be to utilise the space with a larger timber table to have communal breakfast, thereby allowing more guests to be seated. Can I also suggest the use of dinner plates and full size cutlery rather than the bread & butter plates and child size cutlery currently being used. If management is not to be in attendance on your arrival, perhaps they could leave a note as to how breakfast operates - the times, etc. The wifi was terrible, probably typical of the old building. Good location though.

We are so happy we stayed at Campo De Fiori. It was way to communicate to get into the hotel and they set up a taxi for us. We thought it was fun to have our instructions for the entering the hotel and room waiting for us outside. We liked the room. It was a good size and the air conditioning worked well. We loved the breakfast every morning and Mina was so nice! Unfortunately, the internet wasn’t working the entire time we were there, but we also know the staff needed to use it too and were trying to get it fixed. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends going to Rome! Thank you, Grazie!

Thankful for prior reviews as it can be tricky to find. Closer to arrival they offered to arrange transport from airport. Highly recommend to take that option as the price was right, car was clean, driver spoke English and knew exactly where to go. He walked us to the door and we were good to go from there. Room is in great location walking distance to many great places, service was excellent breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfy, pillows comfy.... can’t say enough about our great experience. I would hesitate to have children here as it has more of an adult only feel. Only issue we encountered was the street was a bit noisy in the evening but out of their control. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great stay!!

Lovely find near Campo dei Fiori
I usually stay in apartments, but because I was staying only one night, I opted for a hotel room. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. The best part was the friendly service. Breakfast was really nice...lots of choice. I was able to leave my bags until I caught the train. Mina, the concierge, is a gem!

What a great place to stay! The room was immaculate and had a great modern design. Looks newly renovated. Make sure to get the breakfast, it was wonderful and better than any regular Italian breakfast you will find at the market. Location was only 5 min walking from Campo de’ Fiori as well as public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I just stayed here for four nights and really loved it. It was slightly hard to find the building, then slightly hard to figure out what to do once we found it, but once we did we enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is fantastic as you are in Campo de Fiori, which in the morning is a huge local market and at night a bustling piazza with bars & restaurants. It's also just about a mile from the Vatican, Coliseum, Pantheon, and even less to Travestere so the location absolutely can not be beat for exploring Rome.
The rooms were clean and modern, nice beds and a very nice bathroom. Nothing special, but it had everything you need - AC, mini-fridge, nice bed, modern bathroom, a small safe and a TV that we never used.
The only negative is the service - it's not that it's bad or we had a bad experience, it's just that is doesn't really exist. This place is much more an Air B&B than it is a hotel. We stayed here 4 nights and ever saw the owners/managers until our very last day when they were making sure we were out of our room at 11:00 AM. We arrived at 3 PM and no one was there to greet us or say hello, you were on your own to find it and then enter the security codes on the outside doors. To their credit they did list their phone numbers if we needed them, but you definitely felt \"on your own\" here so it's a better fit for more independent travelers.

Hidden gem in Campo de Fiori!!!
I was so happy to have discovered this little gem of a hotel!! The rooms are fantastic... very clean, modern, comfortable and quite spacious for Rome. The location could not be more perfect... right on Campo de Fiori, with fantastic eateries and shopping. It was also very quiet and the breakfast was wonderful. If you check in late, it can be a bit tricky to find, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

The only reason we gave Service a \"Meh\" is because we arrived Saturday at 2pm during \"check in\" but no one was available to let us in - literally on the street. So while we would recommend this accommodation, we would recommend calling the property ahead to confirm your arrival time.

Cons: The check-in process is confusing and much more like and Airbnb without the clarity of that process. There will be a note on the outside of the building with your name attached and a gate code and the owners numbers. You will need to let them know when you are there as they can’t let you in otherwise. They don’t live there and there is no front desk. You MUST arrive at a normal time. Our shower broke and it was never fixed. It sprayed water into the electrical lighting. I am not sure why this was never fixed. The area is popular for Romans and tourists. Lots of pick pockets around and drink romans at night who are quite loud. The rooms get a surprising amount of street noise at night. Summer might be challenging to stay there. Sleeping in just a sheet naked helps. The WiFi is not very good or strong.

This little \"hotel\" (or B&B) is wonderful. The location is superb: Campo Di Fiori, Piazza Navona, historic Jewish ghetto, Trastevere, Via Giulia etc are within a short walk. The rooms are completely renovated, very modern, stylish, and much larger than you'll find in a typical European hotel. The bathroom is large and very well equipped. The breakfast is superb: you can eat in the common area of have the breakfast brought to your room, and you can get not just pastries but also eggs, meats, cheese, extra coffee etc. Plus, the room has a coffee machine and a fridge and is stocked with free water, sodas, snacks etc.
The service is impeccable and very friendly.
The value is huge: you are essentially getting a 5-star hotel quality (or better) for the price of a 2-star or 3-star hotel. This is one of the best hotel experiences you'll ever have in a major European city.
