Very clean, incredibly efficient pre-check in text before arrival in Rome, easy check in at the hotel and spacious room. Very good location for all the main attractions, good restaurants close by, very safe area for tourists. Highly recommend this place, it has character unlike the chain hotels I stay in for business travel!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room which is nice. They have a lovely little breakfast with a great coffee machine which makes special coffees. You can help yourself to coffee and tea 24 hrs/day. The staff were very helpful and booked our transportation to and from the airport plus the cruise terminal. Lots of near by restaurants and easy walking distance to lots of sights.

It's in a quieter area but in close walking distance to major sites, restaurants, and shopping. We will stay here again if traveling to Rome.

The staff were very polite. We only had breakfast one day, and it was very good. The room size was good for being right in the City Center and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. Our only issue was that we stayed in a room that had been accessed from an enclosed veranda, so it had metal steps growing up through what used to be a window and then back down again into the room. It was doable, but we probably wouldn’t do that again as we were getting older and that was kind of tough hauling our suitcases up and down and having to climb up and out of the room every day. The location was wonderful. Quick walk to the pantheon and into the Trevi fountain. We were close to plenty of restaurants and the Jewish quarter. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here and it was very nice. There were little things that should have been addressed by hotel staff before renting the room such as the toilet paper holder is falling off the wall, the WC door is very hard to completely close or open so we never latched it.

The hotel's location is ideal for tourists, with easy access to main attractions. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, making every effort to assist guests. While the front desk isn’t available 24/7, this wasn’t an issue during our stay. We stayed here for 3days on a city break. Had a superior room on the 2nd and a half floor. Lift is VERY small, can only accommodate 2ppl and a little luggage. We used the stairs.
Directions to hotel weren’t clear but got there in the end. No sign up for hotel so could be easily missed, but this seems to be the norm for smaller hotels.

Not many British channels on tv. Tea and coffee facilities however no milk!! Did ask for some but never got it. Was informed u can use coffee machine in reception anytime.

We loved our stay at Little Queen Suite. It’s centrally located making all of Rome’s neighborhoods within reasonable walking distance. There is a taxi stand down the street. The property has a lot of charm - it’s not your typical cookie cutter hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. They even arranged for transport to and from the airport for us. I would definitely stay there again.

We were in Rome for several days and then left and went to Florence for several days. We had to come back to Rome to fly back home for 1 night so we chose this lovely place. This is the heart of Rome and walkable to Colisseum, Trevi Fountain, and other sites. The room was amazing and staff was very friendly and helpful. They even arranged transportation to the airport.

Little Queen Suite seems like a lovely place even if the building and it's placement within are a bit idiosyncratic. It's the second and third floors of a building, but there is an elevator - at least for most of it. Our room was very large and comfortable - nicely designed and equipped. Unfortunately, we only had a very short time there due to a train disaster, but we enjoyed our stay, and the stay were very helpful remotely in accommodating our very late arrival and need for transport in the early morning the next day.

6 friends travelling in three rooms stopping overnight in Rome. Fantastic location, close to Trevi fountain, coliseum, the Vatican & so many bars and restaurants. Very safe area to walk solo or in groups. Be prepared to walk upstairs with luggage as there is no elevator but it is worth it. Surprisingly quiet lane way location and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Sarah and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will go back

Really great but one issue
I have a hard time with this rating because almost everything was great but the one problem we had was significant. The location is amazing. The room was very nice, though it in no way resembles the photograph featured on Little Queen's site. It is really a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. There is some issue with noise from the street and from the other guests who are just the other side of the wall. The young men who work there were really terrific and helpful. The problem for us was that we needed a piece of late luggage delivered. The office of Little Queen is behind a big, rusty door covered with graffiti. It turns out there is a smaller cut-out door but you might not know that when you ring the bell. On a good day in a good mood the lady will buzz the door open but of course you push on the big door and nothing happens. Our delivery guy either didn't get an answer to his ring or the lady buzzed open the cutout door and he didn't know what was being buzzed open. Either way, if you never need anything from the office it is terrific, but if you do it can be a problem. Oh, also, if you plan on an early start don't expect breakfast--they arrive at 7:45 am or so.

Little queen by the Turtle Fountain
The Little Queen was unique - we stayed in the annex overlooking the Fontana delle Tartarughe (The Turtle Fountain). There are only four rooms and we occupied two of them. Wonderful for the family.
It is not a hotel as one would expect as there is no \"front desk\" service or any other amenities such as a gym, restaurant, etc. The breakfasts are custom made and delivered to your room at your requested time.

Excellent communication and assistance by managers. They went out of their way to assist ie: arranged for tour of Borghese, airport transportation and extra early breakfast delivery so we could have early departure. Very friendly . Room and washroom were very large and spacious. Good air conditioning and operable windows. Really felt comfy there!

The location was fantastic! Quick walk to almost every tourist site in Rome. The view from our room was great and the staff were really nice. We needed to have something printed quickly and they were more than willing to do that for us and even put it in our room. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was dire & tiny. There's mould in bathroom, dirty walls, unfinished decor and very little space lived out of suitcase. Owner's family living above us made alot of noise, amplified by wooden floors! Kettle & microwave didn't work. Management didn't care though offered a discount to return! Definitely won't go back and will advise other travellers to avoid at all costs.

This is an excellent place to stay in Rome. Centrally located; Collesium & Vactican both about a 15 minutes walk, Pantheon about 10 minute walk. Hotel was in great condition and offered a good breakfast. The staff was amazing. We received great recommendations and help booking tours. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain and about a 30 minute walk to the Colosseum. Its about a 45 minute walk to Vatican City. The air con is not great, however the staff did try to fix the problem very quickly. We were tired one night and didn't go back out but there is one English speaking channel on the TV. There isn't even any English speaking news. Yes that may seem a bit rude but we were tourists who don't speak Italian. The breakfast is lovely and we were served and looked after by a young lad who was brilliant. He couldn't do enough for you. Unfortunately for the hotel he has now finished working there and gone back to University. Overall yes we would stay there again.

Chose the hotel because of the location and it was perfect. Most of the amazing things the city has to offer, is within walking distance. Nice area close to everything. We stayed here only one night. We arrived from Siena and we had a flight from Rome the next morning. This B and B is initially very hard to fin and first. There are no signs and Little Queen is spread between 4 different locations in close proximity to each other. However, once we got settled we were very happy we staye here. Location is perfect. Walking distance to al major sites, yet off the main roads so quiet and less touristy. Very nice places to eat right in the area. The staff was excellent. We had home cooked breakfast made to order. Room very clean and spacious. If I ever go back to Rome I will certainly stay here again

Main attractions such as the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Colosseum was within a short walking distance which was very convenient. There are also many restaurants around the area and Trastevere was only a 15 minutes walk away. Sara suggested a few restaurants to visit which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Our driver dropped us off in a lane and were left pulling our luggage over cobble stone to find the entrance. Don't expect a big sign to find the B&B, just a little plaque and a green door. No one was there on our arrival, we should have been dropped off at the main reception but with the iron gate being locked it probably wouldn't have made our arrival any easier. The clerk working there was very pleasant and was able to accommodate our request to transfer our room from the annex to the suites. Would not recommend the B&B if one has trouble climbing stairs and packing luggage up them. Entrance was like a dark dungeon, locked iron gates and two flights of marble stairs which should be repaired. We had a early flight and the staff left a tray of goodies as we couldn't use the breakfast they offered, which was a nice gesture. Overall if you like a hard bed, clean room and pleasant staff one could consider this spot to stay.

Lovely little hotel next to the largo torre argentina. This hotel is centrally located next to many of the best parts of rome, with excellent restaurants, grocery stores and taverns within a 5 minute walk. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spectacular, beautifully updated and most of all quiet. Would gladly come back here next time we are in Rome. The photos online matched the rooms. The bathroom and beds were excellent.

A great hotel in a great location of Rome, Italy
The front door of the entrance are two large green doors, which allows you to enter into the building, whereby you must walk up a flight of stairs to the reception. While your first impression is of the other hotels in which you have stayed in Rome, you enter reception and are greeted by ..... the wonderful staff. The entire first floor has been renovated and is not like any other hotel in which you have stayed. Our room was immaculate, had a fantastic view of the Torre di Argentina in the Jewish Quarter in Rome, climate control for great comfort, and was sound insulated so there was no noise. Breakfast is served on their outdoor terrace with fresh eggs cooked to order every morning. The ultimate for us is the Staff. Graceful and accommodating, they took their time to insure you understood where you were located on the map and where ALL the tourist highlights are located. And how to easily navigate the Metro and public transportation systems. Taxis are located less than two minutes away. And there are some really good local ristoranti very close by. We cannot wait to return to Little Queen.

Friendly, welcoming B&B in perfect location
A warm welcome awaited us at Little Queen B&B. Some time before the stay, we had informed the owners that we would be arriving late on our first night. They got in touch with us in good time to give us the necessary details to let ourselves in, and arranged check-in for the following day. Beautiful continental breakfasts every morning just off the Piazza Largo di Torre Argentina. Easy walking distance to both the Vatican at one end and the Forum area at the other. Also easy for exploring the Piazza Navona etc. as well as Trastevere. Rooms cleaned every day. One problem we reported (we couldn't get into our room safe) was fixed that day. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

We stayed at the Little Queen for four nights in May / 2015. We can't say enough about the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. They made us feel very welcome and helped us get oriented to the city. The location was great, very close to the Pantheon. We will stay here again for sure on our next visit to Rome.

A little gem in a great area
We really enjoyed our stay at the Little Queen and would definitely stay there again! It was a little difficult to find because it is in an older building and it is not well marked but once we found it, our stay was made very comfortable by the very friendly and accommodating staff! The location is perfect; east of Campo de Fiori, south of the Pantheon and west of the Forum. It is directly south of Largo di Torre Argentina and has easy accessibility to all major bus and tram lines. The room was clean and bright and despite the location on a busy street, it was reasonably quiet. There is a nice covered outdoor patio available for guests to use. No elevator but only one floor up. Breakfast was served a bit late for tourists who like to get going early but the staff was very responsive to our requests and provided us with breakfast in our room! Sara was a delight and provided a lot of valuable information on services available in the area. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores/markets, gelato shops close by and the view of the Largo di Torre Argentina from the room really was a treat! Loved it and our time in Rome!
