Staff are lovely. There’s no 24hr reception or restaurant/bar so it’s more of a guest house than a hotel, but the room was lovely and clean and well appointed. It’s on the 2nd floor so you have to put in a code then either take the stairs or a small lift. Once inside it’s fairly peaceful, you can only hear the sirens, not much of the traffic. Very comfy beds and a great night’s sleep. Very well managed and looked after

The staff was excellent and our room was very clean. When I booked the reservation I was certain I booked the breakfast too but they said I didn't. The other two issues were no wash cloths and the bed was extremely hard.

We were put in a strange room that didn't look majestic like the pictures. We had to enter through a shared living room to a private bedroom that looked like more like a converted apartment. The room was spacious and clean but certainly odd. The biggest reason we opted for a hotel instead of renting something privately is we were hoping for a front desk to guide us each day with information as we had never been to Italy before. The desk never seemed to be open. The place was very nice overall but it was just not what we had expected.

The jetted tub was a great addition to the end of our Europe trip! The room felt fancy and romantic and was a perfect fit. We loved the multi colored lights in the shower and over the tub. The fridge wasn’t very cold, but we came to expect this overseas. The hotel is in an alley with cobblestone through the main entry… it seems strange… but then you remember that you’re in Rome and everything is old. The hotel is a walk away from ruins and all the main sites.

This is a great area, clean room with nice staff and amenities. You can walk anywhere easily from this location and there’s no need for other forms of transport. Our room was very clean and quiet. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest, but still better than we have experienced in some other hotels.
What we appreciated most was that the team allowed us to keep our bags in their office for the entire day, even after we had checked out. Our check out was at 10:30 am, but they allowed us to store our bags in their office until 6pm since we had a coliseum tour and wouldn’t be able to bring our bags with. This was free of charge too!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I was a bit hesitant at first as it is down a narrow alley way and I believe more of an apartment type building so you enter by passcode at door and small elevator or stairs. But had absolutely no issues even at night and I was a 64 yr old first time out of the country woman traveler. You can walk to absolutely everywhere or you are a block from the main taxi stop and many buses. Suggestion they do like to communicate through What's App which I did not have. But they were great keeping in contact with me by email as my phone service was limited.They arranged ride service for me way before my stay which the lady Susie that took me to the cruise port was great also! The rooms were always clean, it was quite, air cond worked great, they had everything you need initially including a razor and shaving cream and umbrellas by the front door for use if needed. And most important an Espresso machine in your room. Lol. Also there is a little grocery right around the corner for anything you might need. I would most definitely stay here again!

Navona is the best of both worlds with stunning hand painted historic ceilings coupled with everything else modern. The shower is the best with a powerful rain head. The location is central to transportation and tourist sites. The only downside is it is on an alley which isn’t auto accessible. I would not recommend Navona to those who need physical support with their luggage etc.

This was such an amazing place to stay. The room was beautiful and clean, and it was also surprisingly easy to find. The location is prime and we were able to walk to all the things we wanted to see. We were also able to walk from and to the train station at the beginning and end of our stay. Even though it is in the heart of anything you could want to go see, it is off the main roads so it is incredibly quiet. We were lucky that our room was ready early and we were able to check in as soon as we got there. We really enjoyed our stay

The hotel is more of a guest house but with hotel service . It’s tucked away in a small street nice and quiet . It’s so central to everything in Rome, we didn’t need to use Taxis or trains at all. There are loads of nice restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walk and I mean loads. The staff were super helpful and friendly and although the reception is actually in the sister hotel round the corner , any time we needed something they use WhatsApp and reply instantly. For check in they asked us to let them know when we were 20mins away and they had someone ready to meet us and check us in when we arrived. The rooms are 5 star hotel levels, absolutely amazing , they bring your breakfast to your room at a time of your choosing and they bring plenty . I can’t speak highly enough of this place it was perfect. Not one thing I would change .

However, the sister hotel is located a block away and very attentive & responsive to any off hours needs we had. The staff reached out ahead of time to obtain my arrival time to ensure someone checked us in and gave us all the tour of our room. The room was exceptionally lit, with high vaulted feelings and furnished with 2 twin beds, which was consistent with description. Our room were cleaned daily, with soft sheets, fresh towels. Air conditioning was EXCEPTIONAL and much needed given sweltering heat in Rome in June. This is very unique for a property in Rome, as even the best properties tend to lack adequate air conditioning.

Ugh, I hate to write a rave review because it will be that much harder to get a reservation here next time I am in Rome but this place was AMAZING. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the Pantheon but completely quiet. 5-10 minute walk from some of the best restaurants in the city. The service was OUTSTANDING. Truly, early check in, spotless rooms, considerate breakfast in room service, help with reservations and laundry, all of it. The showers were hot, the bed was hard but comfortable, the room was spacious. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Rome, this is it

Lovely quaint hotel very close to the main attractions in Rome . There is no staff available after a certain point but they are very prompt to respond to WhatsApp messages . I loved their breakfast in the main terrace which was prepared by the single employee whilst they managed multiple duties . The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Fascinating, Unique, Posh Boutique Hotel
This is a fascinating little boutique place centrally located in the heart of old Roma where just about every place you'd want to visit is within walking distance. And restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias surround it. It's a bit tricky to find, hidden away behind an ancient looking green door, 20 feet high that weighs about 1,000 lbs. Once inside, you walk through and outside corridor, take a lift up two floors, and find the real entrance. It seems to have once been a huge inner palace converted to small cubies that nkw serve as posh rooms eaxh with a private bathroom. The rooms are gorgeous and interesting. What a find! It's expensive, but worth it.

Bus 62 or 491 takes you to the Bus terminale for those nooking a bus trip tp other area...We came frpm Pompei, had my other hotel booked there. The Collosseuom is about 15min walk, the Fountain Trevi 5min, Spanish steps are also nearby..Where hotel.is located you will not hear any street noise..There is a small elevator for those who have bad hip or knee like me. Hotel.is on the 2nd.floor walk up.Staff are.really friendly. Its.very clean, perfecf room for few nights stay.Our rpom was a bit small.but the bathroom had a decent size.
