Great, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Clean, modern room and fresh breakfast each morning. Only thing to be aware of is you may have to carry your luggage a block due to no cars being allowed in the area where the hotel is. But everything else more than made up for that minor inconvenience, especially since it means the area is quieter and less busy than the rest of Rome, which was a big plus. I would recommend this place to anyone who comes to Rome.

Payed extra for a breakfast on papper plates
Tuna from a can no bread juice the chepest one
The beds was like laying on stones

Cool & comfortable hotel room

Lea Rooms Hotel is located in a convenient area of Rome with easy access to all landmarks & restaurants. My room was very clean with excellent Air conditioning, super important in the hot summer month of July. Staff is friendly and willing to assist and please any way they can. I would definitely stay there again!

Not quite 'luxury' but still good ...

The 'luxury' description is pushing it but still a decent, comfortable property in good location. Staff are present only on a limited basis but were friendly and helpful. Access might be tricky for anyone elderly or with mobility issues but we'd be happy to stay again.

Communication with the hotel was superb. I received a message that my room was ready for check in at 9:00 am which was amazing! My booking should have included breakfast but in the morning I was told I didn’t request or pay for it when making the reservation and no food was available. Location was very convenient. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at the property. Concy was super helpful before we got to Rome, and also during our stay. Highly recommend staying here as the location is very convenient for walking to the sights and the building is beautiful.

The property was clean and the room was large by European standards. The rooms were close to each other so noise was an issue. We have a little boy so we are sure other guests were affected by our noise too! There are a number of stairs to get to the lift - this is not an issue for us on our own but difficult with the baby and pram. The lift is an old elevator which was slow. The service was good and friendly. Thank you for a nice stay.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions. You will likely want to use a taxi for St Peter’s. The rooms are clean and modern.

Parking can be challenging as the hotel is located in an area that does not allow cars.

my experience was fantastic. the room was nice and clean. the hotel manager was very friendly and gave us a lot of recomendations what to do in the city. the food was also good. the best thing is the position - amazing and close to everything.

Super friendly staff…room was large and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay as it was perfectly located for easy dining and very walkable location. My only issue was the location was very hard to find — there is no outside signage indicating this hotel. Very frustrating to find, but once we did we had a very nice visit.

Wonderful place! The individuals who work there, Leo and Bryan, were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked additional nights at this hotel. Highly recommend - especially from Shomer Shabbat travelers.

The place is clean and tidy, pleasant attitude, but the place is small and crowded. An excellent place for those who keep kosher because it is located in the Jewish ghetto where the great synagogue and kosher shops and restaurants.

We spent 4 nights in Lea Luxury rooms. The check in was very easy, the room is just like in the pictures, pillows not as comfortable, but the rest was good. Perhaps not luxury but nicely decorated and very clean.
The kosher breakfast during the week was very good and it included cream cheese breads, croissants and eggs to order. On shabbat they even provided us with the ability to light candles.

Excellent location. Perfectly clean. Owners and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On the other hand, the mattress in our room was not sufficiently firm on one side. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Note that the taxi cannot stop right in front of the building and there are several steps, so someone who needs assistance should coordinate in advance with the proprietors.

Comfortable. Very close to most of the interest points in Rome. For kosher keeping people - it has a shul and a variety of kosher eateries right there. Managers were very helpful

Intimate and well-run. Since it is a B & B and not a hotel it does not have hotel services (no gym or pool). But the small staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Location in the old Jewish Ghetto is excellent. Near major landmarks (and Trastavere). The facility accommodates Sabbath-observers.

Delightful and perfect for kosher guests

Lea Luxury Rooms is a small hotel- only 5 guest rooms- on the 3rd floor of an old apartment building in the ghetto. The location is great and once you get up the ancient elevator and check into your room, you enjoy a delightfully appointed room and attentive service, all at a very reasonable price. It's especially ideal for sabbath observers as they provide shabbat keys, kosher breakfast, wine for kiddush, space to light candles, and a 2 minute walk to the main synagogue and the abundance of kosher roman restaurants. But no reason others would not enjoy it just as well.

Great place to stay in the Ghetto

This was a great place to stay in a safe and quiet part of Rome that should get more looks from vacationers. Nofar(owner), Leo and Claudia were fantastic helping with everything we needed. Claudia is really great getting you whatever she can for breakfast, and they all go above and beyond if that's what you need. We had some unexpected issues on the trip, and they all couldn't have been more helpful. We'd stay there again and recommend highly!

Nice hotel, close to everything

Stayed 5 nights at Lea luxury rooms, comfortable base, in a good location. Walked almost everywhere apart from coliseum and the Vatican, when we took the taxi, very reasonable at 8-9 euros.

Be sure to visit the Trastevere area on an evening, it's a wonderful place to walk around, with lots of bars and eateries, very good price too!

Navonna piazza was another favourite of ours. Perfect to sit and people watch!

fantastic staff!

The area is always guarded at the entrance so it is very safe! It is closed off to cars but not a far walk to the entrance. Hillary was exceptional! Our pillows were hard and when I asked for her help she had them switched to softer pillows for our comfort! She was very helpful assisting us in arranging our way to our next destination as well. She also had breakfast set up in our room
Our last morning as we were leaving early. Rooms are simple and cleans and have what you need! Would definitely stay again!
