We had such a wonderful stay at Roma Five Suites. Room are super clean , comfy bed and up to date decorations. Staffs are very nice and helpful!!!!! Location, you could go to most of the major sightseeing spots by walking(highly recommended if you first time here) from the hotel. And they also provide excellent breakfast!

Our stay was excellent. We checked in an hour early, very easy. The room was modern, spacious and clean. Property is centrally located in Rome and walkable to most sites. The breakfasts are specially prepared by the owner and he explains where all the food comes from.

Perfect guest house

This small guesthouse is perfectly located — big enough to offer great service, yet small enough to feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite being in such an ideal spot, we couldn't hear any city noise. It feels like a hidden gem, offering a sense of safety while being just steps away from restaurants and shops frequented by locals.

Comfy rooms very centrally located. Walking distance to all sites and great food. Poetry the owner takes pride in his breakfast offerings and makes sure to change the menu daily so we can experience a culinary tour of Italy. Farm fresh products or made in house. Excellent!

We loved our stay at Roma Five Suites! It was even better than we hoped for. Convenient location to many of the bigger Rome attractions without being super crowded or touristy... close to the last stop on the tram so can get around without transportation fairly easy.
Room: The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and spacious, with good amenities. Loved that they stocked the mini fridge with an assortment of beverages. Shower was huge and the AC (if needed) and large windows were great if cool enough to open
Food: The breakfast was amazing- and plentiful- they had coffee and treats for later in the day if you were around. Pietro (owner), Luisa, and Enrico were helpful and kind. Very friendly and made sure we had recommendations, if needed, and got us squared away with a ride back to airport. Highly recommend!!! Small elevator for one and a suitcase if needed.

This is the absolute best place to stay in Rome. Look no further than one of the best locations, nicest and most welcoming staff, and amazing breakfasts. Peter, the owner, is one of the nicest and most welcoming hosts I have ever had. You’re in the heart of Rome, great access to everything and did I mention the breakfast? Amazing! Seriously a great experience and can’t wait to come back here.

Fabulous and memorable B&B experience in the heart of Rome. The proprietor, Peter, and his entire team were a pleasure to stay with, and somehow created an atmosphere for guests that seems like staying with your extended family who just happen to live in the center of Rome. Breakfasts are delicious and served personally by Peter who offers culinary insights that reflect his great enthusiasm for amazing food (and for life in general)! The suite was spacious, clean, quiet, and well appointed. Double paned glass blocked out virtually all street noise, an amazing accomplishment given the hotel's incredible location a few steps from Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Campidoglio, and the Roman Forum. A wonderful stay and we hope to return for a visit very soon!

Excellent location in the middle of everything. Walking distance to all sites but a long walk to the Vatican so we took a taxi, about 10 to 15 euros. Taxis are very reasonably priced in Rome. Breakfast is included and the units are newly remodeled. Would definitely go back.

Roma Five Suites is truly a gem. As many reviews have states, the owner is a wonderful man who will make you feel welcome in Rome. His lovely breakfast is impossible to find elsewhere so it’s worth planning your day around it. What a lovely place to stay and our new favourite spot in Rome!

Perfect stay in fab location

We loved our stay, the location is amazing! The team were fab, with a super friendly host who has a real passion for his business. The breakfasts were a work of art and curated beautifully, we didn’t need lunch after them. Our room 301 was modern, stylish, very spacious, with dual aspect windows, a great shower, lovely toiletries and bed linen. Our air con played up but was resolved… we will definitely stay here again!

Not sure at first but when we stepped inside of the room it was fantastic. Number one cleanest, the host \"Peter\" was very pleasant 😀 and looked after his guests very well, breakfast was beautiful and enough for you to start the day. The receptionist Anna she was very lovely and very helpful. Joanna she Assistant cooking was looking after us very well too.The location was very good it wasn't far from the interesting places at all.
We will come back and stay this hotel again.
Small business but got the warm heart into it. We can say feel like home not hotel Grazie mille

I’m sitting here (this is Kenji’s wife) eating the biscotti Pietro sent home with me and sipping my coffee thinking out our wonderful stay at Roma Five Suites. From the excellent communication and assistance from Anna throughout, to the super cool old elevator that was a surprise treat getting our luggage up, to the comfortable bed, amazing shower and heated towels - everything was perfect. The location can’t be beat and with the windows closed, had no trouble sleeping even with big city noises. I had read about the breakfast, and still it exceeded our expectations! Pietro’s attention to detail, quality (getting the products directly from the source all over Italy) explanations of the specialties, and just his desire to make it wonderful will be something we talk about for a long time. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome.

Cannot fault Roma Five Suites and our hosts. Amazing location and easily accessible with public transports (piazza Venezia). Hosts kept in contact with me and gave clear instructions for arrival. All staff were lovely and made us feel comfortable. Really passionate about the food at breakfast. The food was delicious, best breakfast ive had in a long time! Room was spacious and clean with some nice treats. Bathroom was lovely and shower excellent with nice toiletries. Again location was brilliant. Quick walk to all areas - Trevi, Monti and Trastevere - and all the main attractions. Wish we had a longer stay and will definitely return next time we are in Rome.

What a divine experience. Shortly after booking, Anna reached out to us to inquire of arrival time for check in arrangements. We arrived early, was warmly welcomed and luggage was stored. They provided options of places to visit while waiting for our room. Everything was in walking distance. Upon our return Anna told us what to expect during our stay and escorted us to our room. It was spotless and spacious, with a stocked refrigerator of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages which were included in the price. Anna provided first class concierge service, and gave us a list of things to do and places to dine. The restaurants she recommended were amazing and most within a 5-15 minute walking distance.
Breakfast was an experience ❤️. Pietro personally served us an assortment of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee made to order and one morning Anna’s home made cake was served. Most of the items were locally sourced and were simply delicious.
The rooms are newly renovated, bed was very comfortable and the windows kept out the outside noise making for a restful night’s sleep.
Anna was extremely helpful in guiding us where to shop, and made arrangement for transport to the airport. We had 24h access to coffee, teas, cereals and snacks which were included. All staff were welcoming and attentive. When visiting Rome, book Roma Five Suites with knowing that you’ll have an unforgettable experience. We will be back ❤️❤️. La Dulce Vita.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. Spotlessly clean, excellent location and as others have said before, a host who makes you feel so welcome. The room is lovely, the shower is amazing and the breakfast delicious. Kind touches such as a birthday cake and Prosecco brought to the table and a note left in the room made the stay extra special. We definitely plan to return when we can as this place is a great find.

This was so amazing. Our room was spacious and beautiful- fresh carafe of water and macaroons when we arrived. The breakfast was as if we were in a 5 star Michelin restaurant. Every detail was attended to. Would definitely stay again if in Rome. Hoping my daughter and new husband visit for part of their honeymoon.

If you are reading this and there's room available at Roma Five Suites, book now! You won't find a better place to stay for this price in Rome in a location close to everything (see last paragraph).

Hosts in this guest house really make you feel at home. You get your own suite with spacious room, great bedding, impeccable and modern bathroom with rainfall shower head. Check-in and check-out process very quick and efficient, just need to be attentive to communication from the hosts to arrange times for a seamless experience.

The breakfast, pure excellence. Pirlo (the host) selects and offers a local experience of light but filling breakfast, a real experience of Italian culture and 10x better than the classic continental breakfast you find in a hotel. Our breakfast experience included delicious cappuccinos, pistachio croissants (to die for), house made focaccia, Italian cheese and cold cuts selection, omelettes, biscotti, fresh juice, and most importantly the attention and service that makes you really feel welcomed into someone's home.

This place saved our short stay in Rome after we had checked in to a horrible boutique hotel advertised as 4-star but made us worry about our health just after one night stay, we decided to cancel the rest of our days in this other place and we're extremely lucky to find the last suite left at Roma Five Suites the same day, in the same day we booked, communicated with the hosts and came in for an early check-in and it saved our trip to Rome.

The location was great. Rooms were spacious and modern, extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. Staff were all so welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is served a little later than standard for most hotels at 8.30am but for good reason with plates freshly prepared. We couldn't fault anything with our stay, we were so pleased that we found RomeFiveSuites and would absolutely recommend to anyone

We were very pleased with Roma Five Suites! The owner and his staff are extremely kind, welcoming and accommodating! The location is outstanding, so close to so many attractions. Their beds were probably the most comfortable we had during our month long trip to France and Italy, and the rooms are modern and extremely clean! We loved our stay!

We loved this suite. We had a beautiful view and the bed was super comfortable- the most comfortable we slept on for our 2 week trip! We weren't able to stay for the breakfast- but I'm sure it was wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly and we would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Roma Five Suites was perfect. The staff was amazing and so generous. Pietro is an excellent host, my husband is vegetarian and I don’t eat pork, Pietro went above and beyond with our restrictions when he made our daily breakfasts, it was so kind and so thoughtful of him. And the other reviews are correct, the breakfast is delicious. We had a late flight and they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage there while we roamed Rome for a few more hours. Anna was very kind and very prompt when it came to assisting us getting a taxi to get to the airport. I will definitely stay here again, next time we visit. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to try to stay here when in Rome, you will not be disappointed.

A fantastic stay at Roma Five Suites. Exceptional property- the rooms are so spacious, new and modern and the bed is so comfortable. Close to everything, quiet and safe/secure building. I think the show stopper for me was the homemade breakfast every morning prepared by Peter the owner. It was exceptional- he made homemade focaccia with homemade jams and toppings, a gorgeous plate of fresh fruit and then he also brings in the most exceptional croissants from a local bakery that he goes and gets every single morning. Cannot recommend this place enough. I was a solo young woman travelling when I stayed but the room would be perfect for a couple as well, so much space!

Fantastic place

Fantastic hotel close to all the attractions. Comfortable, clean and modern. We had a separate lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The property is reasonably priced.
The owner serves the delicious breakfast himself and explains how he sources all the delicious food from small suppliers in the area. The people that run this hotel really make it. Very friendly and helpful throughout. You feel like a valued guest rather than just a number.
