Camilla was the sweetest host you will ever meet. This place is close to almost all the tourist attractions in Rome and close to the train station as well.

If you are thinking about staying at Residenza Adriana...DO NOT stay here or you will ruin your trip. We had booked 2 nights there for our first trip to Rome in September 2025 and the first night was horrible...the walls are so thin you could hear everything in the next room, hallway and lobby. We couldn't sleep that night so we had to leave to another hotel and owner would not refund our 2nd night even though we checked out early and told her about our problem. This hotel should be taken off Hotels.com's list in my opinion due to the fact that when you book a hotel to sleep at you should be able to sleep well.

Camilla & Manuel were very helpful especially after our flight was delayed & we arrived a day late. They helped to arrange a last minute ride to the cruise port when the trains went on strike.
The Sit bus from FCO was cheap & easy with the B&B only steps away from drop off. Vatican, Castel & Adrian Square all 5 minute walk.
Patheon, Trevi, Navona & Spanish steps all within walking distance 15-20 minutes. We will stay here again. Little breakfast cafe was perfect for cafe & cornetto. Recommendation of L'Hostaria d Cesar was a delicious & romantic spot to eat. Authentic & reasonably priced.

The best thing about the Bnb is the location so close to Castel Sant’Angelo and Vatican. The Prati neighbourhood offers a lot.

The host was very helpful and recommended the SiTA bus shuttle from airport for 9 euros and drop off is a few steps away from room.

Fabulous little Rome hotel - a real gem.
Fabulous little hotel. Great location around 10 minute walk from the Vatican. Small and friendly guest accommodation with a handful of clean comfortable modern rooms. Great host who kindly left snacks plus water in fridge for us. Feels very safe and secure and rooms very quiet despite busy location. Nice neighbourhood with restaurants shops and bus stop few minutes away. The owner kindly arranged our private transfer from the airport to hotel after liasing by email.Highly recommended and great value....a real little gem 👌

Located at a short walk to San Angelo Castle, as well as 15min walk to Vatican City as well as Piazza Navona across the other side of Tiber River. Surrounding areas has many restaurants and a few supermarkets, plus an airport bus stop to FCO. Room is renovated and very clean, bath room is modern, happy with the stay. One suggestion is to have an individual hair dryer coz the current build in hair blower take a bit more time. Camilla provide very fast response & support via watapps.

Very nice property and pretty clean. Lobby wasn't what I expected. I did not see the breakfast location, so wasn't sure where to go. Difficult to spot the location. However, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating!

The owner was very nice and accommodating. However, the check-in was a little weird. No one was there. We were given a door code to let ourselves in and get the keys. We didn’t see anyone until the next morning. She was very sweet, and even helped us get a taxi scheduled. It would have been a little better if there were someone on site for assistance.

The dividing walls between the rooms might as well not be there. They’re like paper you can hear people snoring in every room. All night long! You can hear everything they say every movement they make it’s absolutely horrendous, you might as well all be sleeping in the same room as the other 4 rooms as that’s what it feels like.
Me and my wife didn’t sleep for four nights in a row and have never experienced anything so bad.

She was very accomodating and friendly which is big plus for me . The only thing is the wifi, it can’t reach in our room but otherwise it was a good stay and the room was cleaned all the time . This property had everything to be excellent, it was clean, fully renovated and the front desk lady, Camilla, was wonderful. However, it should not be considered as having a breakfast included as you are given a 2-euro coupon per person per day as a discount against any purchase at a close by local bar where 2euros doesn’t even buy you a simple coffee. By the way, this property couldn’t even provide you with a box of cheap Kleenex/tissues. Lastly but most importantly, somehow even though our room was a basement unit and it was only March and cool outside, the room was extremely warm and the air conditioner unit wasn’t working, we couldn’t sleep for the 2 nights we stayed there.

This is not a real hotel but a B&B in a step down from pavement level establishment. No external sign. Big park across the street and a bit challenging to find especially at night. The room was decent in size and the property manager worked hard to make sure me and wife were taken care off even in off hours. Walking distance to the Vatican. Recommend taxi or Uber to other tourist attractions or train station.

First, the owner/manager was fantastic. She was helpful in every way possible. We had issues with the WiFi in our room and she went out of her way to provide an alternate solution. Secondly, if I could offer any advice, it would be to invest a very small amount of money on the tv in the room. The tv on the wall was about the size of a laptop and was not a smart tv. Having a bigger tv with applications would have made the evening time experience more enjoyable. It’s the way that about every hotel we stay in operate.
But for the positive side, the location of the hotel is top notch and extremely accessible to all the major sites. The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. There is unlimited dining options within easy walking distance. And as I stated, the manager made us feel like family and really valued our experience. It’s a hotel that I would definitely recommend.

The property is a little hidden but that’s what makes it even better and cute! Staff is great and very kind, personal and helpful mom and daughter duo I am assuming! Give us great pizza recommendations! It is a very quiet nice room and seems to be pretty central to everything as we walked 1.2km or 1 mile to Trevi fountain and now walking 1.2km to Vatican City! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was so lovely, providing coffee, spritz and snacks when we returned in the afternoon after a day of exploring the city. My only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs bc you are at ground level with cars driving by all hours of the night. But that’s not anything that can be controlled, you’re in the city.

The hotel is very well appointed. You can easily walk to all the main attractions in Rome. Getting there is super easy too. Book return tickets on the Sit Shuttle Bus. Costs around £22 for 2 people. Book tickets for the Vatican stop. It drops you off literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Return trip goes from across the road where you have breakfast in the cafe. So easy. Camilla is lovely. Very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She’ll go out of her way to help. We highly recommend this little hotel.

This was a quaint little place to stay in Rome within walking distance to the Vatican. Very clean, only a few rooms. Bathroom was large and very clean and shower had great pressure. Camilla was great to work with , and was very helpful with information about how best to get around , and very sweetly left us snacks with rose petals on our bed the night before we checked out. I liked the overall cleanliness of the property. However, this property felt more like a B&B and was not prepared for the limited hours for check-in. I am traveling and have limited cell service, so I was not aware of the communication that would be required to get in the property. I did not get the message the morning on WhatApp (ensure you have WhatsApp to communicate) of my arrival, and was not able to get inside the lobby area. This experice did not help with the company of rain and trying to look for Wi-Fi to communicate with the property.
Breakfast was an a traditional italian one: a cornetto (or pastry) and caffe. However, it is not on the property and requires you to walk down a block to get it. Cafe was easy and simple. Just try to squeeze it into your morning. I did love considerate touches.

We stayed there for 4 nights and we couldn’t have chosen better. I am celiac and was able to eat at gluten free restaurants at a walking distance from Adriana. The staff was exceptional and even provided gluten free items without extra cost. Amazing time!!!

Tips for cruise passengers visiting Rome
We had just completed a cruise and traveled by train to Rome city centre from the Civitavecchia port.The shuttle bus from the Civitavecchia port to the Civitavecchia train station was 6 euros per person and was very conveniently parked next to the cruise line transfer buses to the airport.It took about 60 min and cost less than 5 euros per person.
Be careful when you arrive a the Civitavecchia train station, do not buy your ticket from the 2 tourist kiosks outside the station. Walk in the station and buy your ticket from the machine or the person behind the wicket.
The taxi ride from the San Pietro train station in Rome to the hotel was 11 euros including the cost of the suitcases. The hotel is perfectly located: close to the Vatican, the Castle of San' Angelo, lots of restaurants and shops.
When it is time to go home, the hotel is located within a 2-3 min walk to the SIT bus shuttle that brings you directly to the airport for a cost of 8 euros per person. The drive is about 45 minutes.

Small hotel but rooms were plenty big. Spotless, comfortable beds, some lovely treats left each day. Great location, literally a 2 minute walk from airport shuttle bus. Metro about 10 mins walk away. Good selection of authentic Italian restaurants nearby. Only met one member of staff, and she is the main reason we would go back to this hotel. She was so pleasant and welcoming, and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. She came to our rescue when there was a problem on the metro line, which was above and beyond her duties. Delighted to have found this little gem in a lovely neighbourhood.

Fantastic little Residenza, Camilla the host is lovely and extremely helpful, sorted out a taxi to the airport early hours of the morning for us. We were given a bottle of Prosecco and nibbles on our last night, jam, toast and cakes with kettle and coffee etc renewed every day, access to kitchen facilities, coupons to use at a cafe around the corner at any time of day. The room comfortable, clean and bathroom very modern. In a central location for all the sites, everything in walking distance.Would definitely recommend

Very clean hotel and excellent location. Communication at the front desk could improve. Front desk is only open 4 or 5 hours during the day. When we arrived, even though we had confirmed our arrival time with the hotel, we were left waiting outside because no one was there. Someone eventually arrived, but it wasn't the greatest first impression. Breakfast is a croissant and coffee at a local café. Noise was a bit of an issue too from people above. You can hear your neighbors as well.

Comfort, pleasant and phenomenal location
You absolutely cannot beat this property for location! It sits behind Castel Santangelo just around the corner from St. Peter's - but wait, that's just the beginning. The bridges along the Tiber are positioned along a curve where each is a 5 - 10 minute walk and you pick the bridge depending on where you want to go. Dinner or shopping? Piazza Navona? Trastevere? Each a different bridge! Even Piazza del Populo is just across the bridge (a bit more of a walk along the Tiber/ Tevere, but a nice one). It is very clean - the rooms are large enough and the lobby is very clean and conducive to sitting and relaxing. Breakfast is at a local cafe with good pastries, coffee and a chance to get out and eat with the locals. When we asked about airport transport he was willing to make arrangements, but also told us that the airport shuttle was only 1 1/2 blocks away and cost only 6 Euro (versus the standard 48 - 60 that cabs and Uber charge). Great deal when you are light on luggage!

Really good base for us during our week in Rome. The location is superb, 2 minutes walk from Castel Sant’Angelo (best views in Rome!) and 5 minutes from Vatican Museums and St Peters. 15 minute walk into the centre of Rome and the Pantheon, Trevi, Spanish Steps etc. Loads of transport links nearby - bus stop, metro and even the hop on hop off tours all have stops within a few minutes walk. Rome was 35-38 degrees while we were there, but the room was lovely and cool with a good air con unit which can be adjusted. The room was very spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a big comfy bed. Large clean bathroom with powerful shower and the towels, bedding etc. were changed daily. The host was friendly and gave us maps and information when we arrived, as well as a contact number you can call or message if you have any questions and they always responded promptly. There is a small fridge which was filled up daily with a bottle of water and a couple of juices. We also had tea/coffee and biscuits refilled daily. Breakfast was good, you get a voucher left in your room daily and you get a free breakfast at a cafe just down the road. You can choose any coffee and any pastry (from plain croissants to big pastries filed with custards, creams and fruits). You can also just use it as a discount card for €2 off anything if you want something else, it was a friendly little spot that also has a selection of big paninis and fruit etc. To,dr: Great stay, clean and great location!

A really nice place to stay in so many ways
Lovely, spacious, comfortable rooms. Quiet, cozy place, super-friendly and helpful manager who adds in lots of nice touches, ranging from making travel and restaurant reservations to stocking the fridge with snacks and drinks at no charge. The immediate neighborhood is quiet and scenic, opposite the back of a famous castle in a park, yet the location is close to the heart of the city and most of the wonderful things people typically want to do and see in Rome. It's a block from the river, a 10-minute walk to the Vatican in one direction and major piazzas and museums in the other, and a 15-minute walk to Trastevere, a fun area of small alleys jammed with restaurants, cafes and clubs. You can also grab incredible food and wine from local markets and bring it back to eat in a dining area by the lobby. Includes free espresso and pastry at a nearby typical Rome cafe every morning. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Très bien placé dans Rome dans un quartier très calme et très sécurisé (patrouilles de police partout). A 10 minutes à pied de la place St Pierre et 15 de la place Navone, l'emplacement est très bon. Le logement est très propre. Attention, si vos voisins de chambre sont bruyants ou peu Discrets, vous les entendrez malheureusement, car ce n'est pas trop insonorisé.
