Light was out in the bathroom. Rain shower did not work so had to use hand held. Definitely need additional shampoo and tissue.

We had booked and prepaid the room online and didn't expected what was about to happen. I had contacted the owners about the possibility of early check-in or the possibility to leave our suitcases in a safe place before check-in. Owners reassured me it was not a problem. I was pleasantly surprised. That was the last pleasant surprise...
First there was not only nobody there when we arrived and we were stuck in the street trying to ring the doorbell for 45 minutes. Then thankfully a guest came and got the door open for us.
In the lobby we met a helpful cleaning lady who directed us to a 3rd floor room (no.2) after talking with the owners. The words to describe the room are hard to find. To say that it needs love is a true understatement. Truly I have no idea how they can get away with putting people in there. Dirty linens, disgusting bathroom, funky smell, not functioning WIFI, nothing remotely close to the pictures we had seen online. After numerous discussions with the cleaning lady/owners who told us the B&B was full, we were given the choice of 2 rooms on the second floor that were much better. To be honest, if we were given those rooms right away, I would not spend the time and energy writing this long review. The new room was OK, much cleaner and after requesting it, they provided the VIP bottle of wine and some snacks when we came back from our late afternoon walk.
Finally, we ended up losing an afternoon of precious Rome time trying to resolve the situation

Great location, city centre but quiet, simple contemporary rooms. Keep in mind it's more of a room rental (with cleaning) than a hotel with hotel services. Thoroughly recommended.

The photos look completely different than what it actually is, no toilet paper the first day, and there was no hot water so we had to shower in freezing water the second day. Only good thing there was, it felt safe since there is 3 doors before you can get to your room.

The photo is very different from reality. This is a self-service tiny B&B. Not a hotel. There is no one at the property and there is no front desk. Had I found this out before booking the property, I'd have searched for an alternative. Figuring out how to enter the property after a tiring flight on a hot day isn't fun. Latch of the main door was broken from inside. Forget the free complimentary wine, there wasn't a bottle of water. When I sent a message to the owner on how to check out of the property, there was no response. Obviously so since checking out was more cumbersome than checking in. We had to go down with the key of the entrance to open it. My wife had to hold the entrance door open while I had to go up again to deposit the key in a safe.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shopping and away from the too touristy area. Communication with Marco was excellent. He also provided us with taxi services. This is our 5th visit to Rome and we have stayed at different locations. We recommend the place and will come back to it. Thank you Marco.

The property was basic but fine for a short stay. There was a kettle but no cups or glasses. The room was a little dusty in certain places. The bed was comfy enough. The shower worked fine. Our main grumble was that the hosts arranged for us to be collected from the airport and no one turned up. As a result we had to make our own arrangements to find the apartment late at night.

Great spot for my family of 5. The room we booked actually had two rooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a small kitchenette and dining area. Wonderful location that felt safe and allowed us to walk to many different sights. Neighborhood felt safe. While the property owners were not on site per say, they did communicate how to properly check in, get keys and check out. We were very pleased.

There was no WiFi, even after asking the property owner and there was no response. Owner took a long time to answer messages, requests or phone call. Check in was confusing and room was not as expected.

It was a very basic lower budget room We were charged more than $200’Euros the night with no breakfast available (the price said it included breakfast), horrible area, horrible bathroom, horrible view… it says it is close to the city center and it is not.we ended up going to another hotel the same day. We love giving great reviews but this is unacceptable for the price and the deceiving photos on the website. It is not a hotel , they are very basic rooms in an apartment building. they market it as a hotel. We do not recommend this place.

There is some maintenance to be done - more on the esthetic side than functional. But everything works, the apartment is big enough for 6 to 8 people and the owners gave us really exceptional support and attention for everything we needed.

Oriana and Marco were wonderful in accommodating the room I desired. The room is nothing fancy, but for the price and location it was a great place to rest up each night. Short walk to the bus or metro stations which gives you access to the whole city without walking too much. The window in our room faced the street and there were some noises coming from the street late at night or early morning on occasion. Nothing too loud or too out of control, but that would be the only criticism I would have if I had to find one. Overall, great place and I would definitely stay there again.

Check im for my apartment was terrible. I was not told ahead of time that there was no front desk and nobody to help. I stood there for an hour with no way to get in. Finally i received a call with instructions how to obtain my apartment keys. I wasn't

Disappointed when we arrived that we were down graded to a single room instead of one bedroom apartment because of plumbing issues. Gave us a mini fridge and use of communal kitchen and a bottle of wine. We were so tired after traveling through the night, just happy we had a room and that it was not canceled.

OM2 Rome is located right in the city center of Rome. Everything is within walking distance, the Vatican, The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. So many stores and nearby markets to shop at. As per the property itself, it is well-maintained. Very clean and quiet. The staff there is very-friendly and willing to help with anything that you may need. They definitely make sure you feel comfortable and secure during your trip!

Nice short stay in Rome
This B&B was quite easy to find and about a 10 min walk from the Lepanto metro station. The 2 bedrooms in our unit was big and the common area, while not big, was comfortable. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of storage options. 2 bathrooms which were a bit small but acceptable. We didn't really use the kitchen (only in Rome one night to catch a flight) so can't comment on how well it is stocked. The only issues we ran into were 2 power outages and poor wi-fi signal. The staff was very responsive in getting power back up and tried to help with the wi-fi with limited success.
Location is maybe a short walk (less than 10 min to Vatican city), and a 10-15 minute walk in the other direction to Piazza Novono and maybe a few minutes more to Piazza Spagna. Both very walkable. The area also offers lots of restaurants and supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.

The underground parking was essential for us as there were no places to park. The apartment is very well suited for longer stay as it has proper fridge freezer, gas hob and washing machine . Just 15 minutes walk to Vatican. We were able to take car for sightseeing and return late with a place to park on site, very convenient.

I stayed here last October for one night for a layover. The staff member working at the desk, Aira, was very nice. I received an email from them with more information, and they answered my questions quickly. I told them that I would have to leave to do some sight-seeing before the breakfast would start, so they gave me some things the night before that would hold up outside the fridge over night. The room was clean. It was close to the Sit Shuttle stop that goes to the airport. Overall, a good experience there.

Best customer service, and in the heart of the city. Plus they have a 55euro fixed price shuttle to the airport. We got in at 11pm, left by 4:15am and in those odd hours they were still able to book our shuttle.

Very difficult to even get into the property. Our cab driver dropped us off and we had to press buttons to get anyone’s attention upstairs to open the door. When we finally got in we were told rudely that we could check in in about ten minutes. It was well after check in time but he continued mopping the floor while we stood there waiting to check in. The property was dirty and in poor repair. Our electricity went out several times and no on on property to help. My husband ended up being the maintenance man for the property fixing the power for all of the scared guests. There a no safe available and security is non existent. It is directly across from the Nigerian embassy which is a scary place to be.

I had booked a room for myself and my daughter, and requested a double and a single bed, which was confirmed on the booking confirmation. At check-in the hotel arbitrarily and without notice gave us a room with only a double bed, saying that \"we did that because there were only two guests.\" They could not/would not change it. This was unacceptable and they agreed that it would not happen during our return visit next week. The desk agent was pleasant. The choice of bedding was made at time of booking and it was clearly stated that this was an available option and not a preference, or we would not have chosen this hotel.

Booked a room only that was on the third floor which was pretty quiet overall. Wonderful welcome from Oriana and helpful advice about local spots. Good walking distance to many of the key sites. Metro is not too far away and there are many eating places around although maybe read reviews first. Would definitely come back to stay

Very friendly, clean, no frills hotel. We were lucky to get upgraded to an apartment due to some issues with the heating. The receptionist was extremely friendly with loads of tips and recommendations.
Only downsides were a late checkin fee (checkin after 9pm) and the breakfast. It's ok to charge for the late checkin but we just weren't aware of it until a day or two before arrival when it would have been too late to cancel the hotel.
The breakfast was extremely basic except for the coffee (hard to find bad coffee in Italy).

We can't say enough about the great treatment we got from the super-friendly host from check in to check out. Great advice on where to go and how to get around the city. Our room was large and clean as was the bathroom. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Good location - close to many attractions and easy transit to others.

This was mine and my partners first time visiting Rome. We had an amazing experience as we were able to walk to all of the attractions apart from the colosseum which wasnt too bad as we were only 15 minutes away going by bus from the hotel. There were restaurants very close by that were reasonably priced. It was a cute hotel with the most loveliest staff. A big thank you to Aire who helped us on many occasions. The only thing I would say was that one of the cleaners didn’t seem to mop or Hoover our bedroom floor or change our bed sheets & towels everyday, so the floor was quite dirty which isn’t nice once coming out of the shower etc. Apart from this, we would definitely recommend going to Om2Rome.

This hotel was soooo perfect!! First of all it was extremely cute. There was cute decor and a balcony facing the buildings in the back. Super Roman vibe. Aira (staff) was a sweetheart. She made sure we were well accommodated, suggested things to do and helped us navigate an entire map so we could hit all the places we needed to see. Thank you so much to OM2ROME. Did not realize when I booked that it was NOT a hotel; they called it a B & B which meant that there was no 24 hour person at a desk, but the one staff person left at 5 or 6 and breakfast was served from 8:30-10 am which meant either missing breakfast or getting a late start on our day touring the city. The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful and answered our questions. The location was convenient - could walk to the Vatican!

We stayed one night in Rome and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! Great location, within walking distance from most big attractions. We did an early check-in and dropped of our luggage, got a map over Rome and explored. When we got back our luggage was already in our room which was spacious with a small balcony. Great service at this place. The breakfast was excellent as well, not too many things to choose from but still good and with a nicely prepared cappuccino as well. Will definitely consider this place next time I’m in rome!
