There are ants in the room, and there is no elevator in the key 1&2 building. You have to use the old traditional key to open and lock the door. The room is not comfortable.

Staff were very nice but the property was very poor.
I didn’t like the communal kitchen.
I want to make a coffee first thing in the presence myself.

Beautiful property and amenities. Spacious and clean areas. The onsen is nice and comfortable. Check in was easy and efficient. The observatory is a bit rusty and dated. The residence is clean and nice but the temperature of the room took almost the entire to heat up.

Le resort a la japonaise

Étrange hotel. On était pas logé dans l'hôtel en question mais un bâtiment a 50m. MPAs d ascenseur et un cafard de 5cm nous a accueilli dans la chambre!! L'hôtel a tous les équipe de confort, piscine, onseng, spa, salle de jeux,... Mais petit dej et buffet du soir inacceptable le prix es démentiel le choix très faible et ça manque régulièrement. On ressort de la en ayant encore faim le porte monnaie vide!

隣のホテルの温泉が利用できる点はよかった。
ホテルのパン屋さんのパンが美味しかった。

部屋にポットあれば言うことなしです！

シーモアの温泉、プール、足湯に入れるし、2階のプレイルームもたのかったです！ほぼ文句なしですが1点だけ、お部屋にポットないのだけが不便でした。1階まで行かないとお湯がない…。私はいつも紅茶持参して部屋で飲んでるので、部屋にポット置いてくらたら完璧だと思いました。

なんだかんだ言っても良かった！

ホテル自体はとても素敵でよかったです！
車を停める際にもしっかり案内をしてくださったのですが泊まった部屋からフロントの距離よりも駐車場の方が近く、荷物を持ったままの移動が少し非効率的になりました。仕方ない事ではありますが車を停める際の案内で宿泊棟がわかればもう少し楽になるなと思いました。大浴場から露天風呂までの距離が意外とあり、寒い中での移動が少し辛かったです。
宿泊した日は子供達が楽しめるスケボー&BMXの体験があり思わぬところで思い出ができました！

本館から少し歩く必要はありますが、料金がとてもお手頃なので特に問題ありませんでした。少し歩けばコンビニやビーチもあり、車がなくても十分に楽しむことができました。大浴場も素晴らしく、ランドリーも完備されており、洗剤も付いていました。とても満足しています。

酒店設有溫泉，更有露天的向海溫泉，景觀一流。
食物方面，酒店設有麵包店TETTI BAKERY & CAFE，款式多、價錢實惠，而且味道相當好，果腹一流。另外，亦有日式料理，包括壽司、刺身、拉麵的不同餐廳，選擇非常多，亦有酒吧。若要購物，酒店大堂本身亦有紀念品店，若趕不及到Tora Tora市場，亦可在此選購一些土產。
酒店房間方面，其實酒店分至少三座建築物，我住最便宜的房間，未能望海，亦不是與酒店、餐廳等設施位於同一座，不過步程只是一分鐘。可惜入住當天下雨，這一分鐘路程都已經不太方便了。
另外，我住的那一座並沒有電梯，只可以拿着行李上落。雖然建築好像只有2至3層，但這點亦確實有不便，尤其約有長者就更不便了。
此外，酒店房間不會自動上鎖的，出門需自行用鎖匙鎖上，而該房門鎖匙，同時又可開啟該座建築的大門（該大樓的大門會自動上鎖，每次進入都需使用鎖匙）。既然如此，究竟鎖匙是如何構造，是否全部房門都可用同一鎖匙開啟呢…？
最後談談位置，除非自行駕車，否則白浜本身主要依賴巴士，而酒店外便有巴士站，這點是相當不錯。另外，大約步行15分鐘，可分別到白良浜沙灘，或是千疊敷（兩者位於相反方向），因此若不介意步行，或是希望節省車費多散步，其實步行就可到達不同景點，位置上頗為方便。

全体的によかったです。部屋は割とこの料金では高いと思いますが、ゲスト用のロビーやキッチン、そとのBBQ調理道具のコーナーを無料？で利用できる点は長期滞在の方にはおすすめかも。本館のパン屋さんが美味しかったとバイキングもお手頃、味は普通だと思います。

KEY1 海が見える部屋を泊まらせてもらいました。子供が一歳半とお腹にいる5ヶ月の赤ちゃんがいます。三階までエレベーターがないので、バリアフリーでもないし、ベビーカーが部屋までに行けません。足の悪い方や年寄りの方、妊娠中の方には向いてないと思います。本館はもちろん宿泊費ももっと高いのでエレベーター完備ですが、有名な温泉、露天風呂内にえらい長い階段があったので、びっくりしました。

温泉の大浴場は素晴らしい。自転車乗りにとって最高の設備。部屋の壁に2つのラック。すぐ隣に安いのに高級な日本食や凝ったラーメン店。歩いて5〜6分のところにフィッシャーマンズワーフがあり、地元のトレトレの魚介。
