The sunset is super beautfil, with the infinity pool & enjoy with foot spa. The enterainment room is great with table tennis, golf, snooker, table football, kids play room, music room. And special event on weekend. Will come again. Highly recommended. Just a suggestion to improve the food quality in the buffet.

Overall lovely stay

The hotel has a nice view of the sea and room is spacious and clean. However the hotel staff could be better trained in some basic English to advise on key tourist spots and access advice.

Amazing ocean view, but not very clean!

Stayed here for one night. Our room was the western style with an ocean view. The view was amazing. The inside of the room seemed a little outdated though; and there was a strong smell to it. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t stay here again. It could just be my room though. And during my breakfast, I witnessed, with my own eyes, a staff member picked up an orange colored dessert item that had fallen off a serving plate, off the counter, AND PUT IT BACK ON THE SERVING PLATE! Unbelievable!

A nice experience at Umeda-spa Hotel

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It's outdoor hot spring bathtubs are well located, facing the sea. The room is really spacious and with good sea view.

Went there for their special onsen

Hotel was big, room was spacious but dated. Stayed there for its onsen specialty as they used big plum buckets for spa purpose.

There were only 2 restaurants in the nearby Fisherman's Wharf - Italian and Japanese. We chose the Japanese and had set menu because there was not much choice. Food was standard and portion was good enough for us.

Old onsen hotel overlooking the sea

Shirahama is a great seaside onsen town. This hotel is placed on a cliff overlooking the sea. Great view on the western side. The best thing is the outside rotenburo (onsen) which are giant barrels overlooking the sea. I think there's also steps down to a sea pool/onsen but that was closed.

The only very slightly negative side is that the hotel is very old, and the carpeting and fixtures in the rooms are really Really worn out. It wasn't really a problem, and it wasn't dirty, but just know what to expect.

The spa service is not free for single or family travelers. The dishes are delicious. There are some bad smell inside the toilet of guest room. The sea view of the hot spring is very good and beautiful.

Near to Shirahama beach

Though the hotel is old, it is large and clean, easily accessible by local bus (the bus stop is just outside the entrance). As the hotel is just next to seashore, you can have nice seaview from the window. The breakfast buffet and Japanese full dinner set are very good, the sashimi and hotpot are very delicious. At night, you can go to onsen at the basement, one indoor pool and a few outside onsen (using the big wine barrels as bath tubes).

Fantastic ocean views with a cultural challenge.

We arrived one hour late for the last sitting for dinner on the first night but we were welcomed and served as if on time. The hotel looked somewhat tired on first view, and it is. If you want four star, book somewhere else. But if you want a great experience, this is a great place to stay. We were extremely well looked after by Kato, a competent English speaking long term employee. A delightful man with a great sense of humour. Being primarily a holiday spot for Japanese, foreigners are less well catered for than other tourist spots, and the 12 course meal we had on the first night was a fantastic introduction to a traditional Japanese feast. If you are prepared for the challenge and Kato is there to explain what you are eating, it is a great cultural experience.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and the onsen (hot spring) baths on the hotel premises are varied and expansive for the men but less so for the women. The hotel encourage a relaxed attitude of their patrons, even encouraging the use of the Japanese bathrobe used for the onsen for use around the hotel.
A white sandy beach was a short walk from the hotel.

The view of onsen is excellent and facing the sea. This is one of the best onsen hotels I have ever stayed. The dinner was good and well-served Japanese food.

Nice hotel with great ocean view

I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Seamore. I reserved a room that has beautiful ocean view with both tatami and western style. The room did not disappoint me at all, although the first impression of the hotel was a bit rundown on the outside.
We took the shuttle from JR station to the hotel, the staff were very helpful and they speak good English, and Chinese.
There is also a one time morning shuttle to couples places including Tore tore Market, and JR Station, which we made good use of. Of course, I cannot mention how beautiful the baths were (especially the outdoor ones).

ちょっとしたくつろぎ

太平洋が目前に広がり、ゆったりと、リゾート観たっぷりのホテルでした。足湯、プール、温泉でのんびりしました。ホテルでは朝食のみお世話になり、夕食は近くの地元の居酒屋さんに足を運びました。海辺近くで、海鮮物はおいしく感じました。ホテルで食べるのもよし、近くに出かけるもよし、のんびりを楽しみました。

很好的洒店，有美麗的海景及良好服務。

洒店位於白濱海岸，對出可望到美麗的日落美景。
洒店職員服務良好。
房間面積寬敞，可望到夕陽美景，早餐及晚餐都是自助餐，種類豐富。
二樓有遊樂設施如桌球，麻雀，漫畫室等。
這是一間優閒渡假的洒店，下次再到白濱會再入住。

海を眺め波音を聴きながらの温泉は最高でした。泉質もよくお肌すべすべになりました。

ディナー朝食ともバイキングでしたが夜と朝ではメニューもほとんど違い料理の数もそれなりにありました。特に朝食のパンが創作パンの種類が豊富でした。スタッフの方がこまめに食べ終わったお皿を持っていってくださいました。

お部屋は海が見える部屋だったので眺めは良かったです。若干古さを感じるところはありましたが広さも充分で清掃がきちんとされているので快適に過ごせました。

プールは雰囲気もよくチェアーやカウンター席があり良かったのですが、曇りで気温が低かったにもかかわらず水が温水ではなかった為冷たすぎてすぐプールからあがりました。息子がプールをとても楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。今年は9月に入っても夏日が続いてますが、気温天候に応じて温水に切り替える等臨機応変に対応できるようにしていただきたいなと思いました。

プレイルームは小さな子供から大人まで楽しめました。プールの時間が予定より短くなった分こちらでたっぷり過ごさせていただきました。

ホテルは気に入って、何度か宿泊させて頂いていますが、♿️マークを着けているにも関わらず、遠い所に止める様、促される事にいつも⁉️を、感じます。
見た目では分から無いのでしょうが、足が痛い何かしら障害が有るから、♿️を付けて居る事は分からないのでしょうか？
毎回、そー思っています。
その辺の、配慮を改善して頂きたい！

部屋前の廊下が広々としていて、非常に気持ちよかったです。大浴場や２階の遊び場も広くて大満足です。ここまで広々とした造りのホテルは初めてです。

部屋のトイレや洗面台は古さを感じさせる造りになっていましたが、改装しているので見た目はきれいでした。

食事はバイキングでしたが、ご飯釜が置いてある台が高くて、とりにくかったのは気になりました。

とても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。ビュッフェスタイルの夕・朝食は全てアレルギー表示がしてあり、アレルギーのある方にも配慮されています。各部屋の風呂のシャワーがお湯に変わるまで時間がかかります。洗面所に記載がありますが見落とすことがあるので、チェックイン時に伝えた方がいいかと思いました。

外観のおしゃれさと客室の中との差がありすぎてびっくりしました。
部屋の設備がとにかく古すぎて、シャワーの水圧も弱く、本当に残念な気持ちになりました。外観やフロントはステキな空間なのに非常にもったいないです。

夫婦でツインベッドルーム夕食朝食付きで一泊しました。
6階迄客室があり5階で白良浜が見えました。
地下1階に浴場,露天風呂からの見晴らしも良かった。
アメニティも部屋以外にフロント横に多くの種類があり
浴場階にはシャンプーバアーも。
食事は朝夕1階のフロアレストランで種類も多く(梅干しも四種)どれも美味しかった。
どのスタッフもとても愛想が素晴らしく良く教育されている印象

部屋に蚊がいたのが残念でしたがこれも殺虫剤を借りたので快適に睡眠。

機会があればまた滞在したいです。

スタッフのさんの対応が素晴らしかったです。丁寧で非常ににこやかに対応して下さいました。
露天風呂からの景色を楽しみにしてましたがあまりにも寒くて行けなかったのが残念でした。ただ足湯のところから見る景色がとても綺麗だったので満足してます。もう少し暖かくなってからもう一度泊まりたいです。

細かなところは古さを感じたが、2018年3月のリニューアルで内装などはとても今っぽい感じの雰囲気になっていました。スタッフも親切に対応してくださり滞在期間中は大変気持ちよく過ごせました。インフィニティ足湯も気持ちよく眺めも最高で大変良かったです。大浴場も大変綺麗で気持ちよかったです。シャンプーバーも気が利いていてよかったです。大浴場隣のくつろぎスペースには漫画が完備され、無料のマッサージチェアが3台も備え付けられておりました。無料って素晴らしい。朝晩ビュッフェ形式の食事を楽しませていただきました。料理が全て美味しかったです。私は白ごはんにお刺身で最高の気分になりました。機会がありましたらぜひまた利用したいと考えております。スタッフ一同様ありがとうございました。これからも頑張ってください。

クチコミではあまりいい評価ではなかったが、すごくいいホテルでした。
エントランスも広く、オシャレなソファ席がいくつもあり、チェックイン前でもゆっくりくつろいでいることができました。

スタッフは日本人も外国人の方もいましたが、みんな親切で日本語もバッチリで、何の問題もありませんでした。

チェックイン前でもチェックアウト後でも、チケットを発行してくれて、大浴場やプールに入ることができ、ホテル内で充実して過ごせました。

浴衣も可愛い物を選べたり、アメニティも便利な物を選んで持っていくことができ、なにかと楽しめます。

バスタオルは部屋に人数分でしたが、フェイスタオルは浴場に沢山置いてあって使い放題でした。
大浴場も広く、露天風呂は海が一望で圧巻、またシャンプーバーがあり、好きな物を選ぶことができ、子どもも大人も楽しめます。

お料理は朝も夜もブュッフェで、そんなに豪華なものはなかったですが、品揃えも良く、和洋折衷、満足でした。

小さなお子さんも楽しめるオモチャがあったり、卓球台、ビリヤード、ボルダリング遊具なども無料で使える広場があり、退屈しません。

レストランやロビー、テラスなど、オシャレな空間で広く、海外のホテルに来たような感覚で、日本でもひと時のバカンスを過ごせました。

また白浜に来る時には、ぜひ利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

朝食付きの予約をしていたが、素泊まりの予約と言われた。確認後に朝食券を受け取ったので問題は無いのだが、チェックインでの間違いは印象が悪くなると思う。

奥さんが特に足湯を気に入っていました！
清潔さ、オシャレさ等、上質なホテルだと思います。
寿司屋が予約で入れなかったのが残念ですが、代わりに行った柑月とうラーメンも美味しかったです。
種類の豊富なパンもとても美味しかったです。

部屋のお風呂　水圧弱すぎ　温水も出るのもかなり遅い。
朝に温水を出したかったが5分以上出ない、、次からは利用したくないです。

満足でした

今回２回目の宿泊でしたがアップデートしてもらい部屋が広くて快適でした。夕食はお寿司のコースを予約していたのですがとても美味しく満足でした。席数が少ないので早めの予約が必要だと思います。
上の部屋が多分お子さんがいた様で、結構バタバタ走り回る音が響いたのが少し残念でしたが全体的には満足しました。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

立ったままずっと喋っていた。
駐車場は外だが海の塩が車にいっぱい飛んでいて帰ってすぐに洗った。

露天風呂に入れず・・

寒波が来ていて温泉の温度が下がったとのことで、滞在中ずっと露天風呂に入れませんでした。ホームページにもチェックイン時にも配られた施設案内にも露天風呂が閉鎖されている案内がなく、お風呂場に入って貼り紙を見てはじめて知りました。露天風呂を楽しみにホテルを選んだのに、当たり前のように閉まっていたのがとても残念でした。

お部屋は広く良かったのですが、大浴場は階段だらけで、露天風呂に行くのも階段を降り、外を見れば海中展望台から丸見えでした。ガウンを着てと書かれていましたが、ガウンがどこにもなかった。もう少し改善が必要なのではないでしょうか？

キレイなホテル

フロントやレストランお風呂などとてもキレイでよかったです。若い世代をターゲットにしている感じでした。和室に宿泊したのですが、布団かペラペラで寝心地は悪かったです。室内トイレや洗面所は段差があり、温泉も階段が多く高齢の方には優しくない印象でした。

和洋室にアップグレードして頂きました。
部屋からは海が一望でき、水回りの建具も新しく、とてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。食事は朝食と夕食の献立が似ていたため、もう少し違ったメニューがあると嬉しかったです。スタッフの方々も親切で、設備・サービスも充実しており、お値段を考えてもリーズナブルでまたお世話になりたいと思います。

Very bad experience in my trip

I stayed in Rm 414 with very bad experience. The carpet is dirty and the room is having the unpleasant smell. The furniture is outdated and being used for more than 20 years. The buffet dinner is bad also - less variety and the french fries and tempura is over cooked.
However, the lobby is new, fashion. I don’t know why they cannot renovate the room.

酒店外觀很新和很大，大堂裝修也不錯，員工服務態度也很好。上到房間就相反，內裡裝修很舊，地毯還有隻不知明綠色嘅蟲，有點不乾淨，如果可以翻新一下房間就不錯，因為整體酒店是不錯，只係房間比較殘舊有點不乾淨。
