Perfect stay in Palermo

This was our second trip to BA where we stayed at Infinito. It was just as good this year as it was then. The property is a little dated but very clean. Perfect location, especially if you enjoy the nearby parks. We appreciated the efforts they have made to include additional services, such as eggs with breakfast.

This hotel is like an upscale hostel. Rooms are clean, staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was a step up from continental. The sidewalks in front were torn up so harder to navigate to the door with suitcases. But not their fault. Thecardkey is used to turn on the electricity, so make sure you get two. The elevators are super old school with the pull gates and one was so tiny two people could squeeze into it. The hot tub is not a hot tub, but cold. The rooftop deck is fine, but up super skinny steep stairs. The main issue was the noise. We were next to a Health Club that played music all day till 10 at night Every day. Again the staff were awesome and it was clean.

We had an amazing stay at Infinito! The neighborhood was lovely - centrally located, easy to get cabs, and lots of cute restaurants. Very safe. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They also spoke English well. Breakfast was perfect - buffet style, and very clean. The hotel overall was very clean, with great daily housekeeping. We are very much looking forward to our next stay here.

Please see my pictures before booking. The pillow was the dirtiest thing I’ve seen and bathroom was smelly & rusty/mold. And loud music was playing and I was wondering whether there was any concert in the street but it was from the gym across this hotel. And after that music was gone, another loud music played and I bet it was from lobby that night at 10:30 in the night.
It was a nightmare and I couldn’t sleep well at this hotel. Do not book!

I stayed one night at this conveniently located hotel in Palermo. The location is great, close to show and restaurants, and safe. It’s also a good spot to explore the city. The hotel is basic, rooms are small but nicely decorated and the bathroom is standard. AC and Wi-Fi are really good which is not something that’s always a given in small hotels like this in Argentina.
The included breakfast was good, with ample election of pastries, breads, fruits, cheese and salami, coffee, yogurt, cereals and orange juice. Much better than places of higher number of stars. The staff is nice and they arranged to keep my luggage during the day and also organized transport to the EZR airport for 900 pesos.
The only thing about this place is that’s a bit noisy with the old elevators and the noise the doors make right by the room doors, and the super early checkout, 10 am. That’s normally cool for me but it want after a late arrival.
Overall, good value for the money hands down.

I have stayed at the Infinito on a previous visit to Buenos Aires and was happy to stay there again.

Well priced hotel in Palermo, a short walk (1 block) from Avenida Santa Fe. Breakfast was included and good selection and delicious. The room was basic but comfortable. Bed was great, plenty of bedding and clean. Bathroom was also, clean, the only issues being the shower curtain was too small letting water all over the floor and the towels were thin.

Air conditioning worked very well and limited traffic noise for a good sleep

The staff at reception were terrific, very helpful

Perfect location for business travel and tourist seeing! This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 mins walking distance to supermarket and subway station. If you walk south for about 10 to 15 minutes, there are lots of great restaurants, bars and local shops.
Hotel crews are beyond help and can tell you a lot about the local area as well as Buenos Aries. Hotel facility is a little old, though.

Basic comfort and safe neighborhood

Great location, close to subway line and walking distance to many sites, esp gardens, Recoleta and Palermo sites. Staff is very nice, speak English, and room was basically clean and quiet. Not a really touristy neighborhood so you can visit shops and restaurants with the locals. We wanted to stay near our friends in the neighborhood, which was why we picked it. The hotel is a little shabby and basic, very small room and shower but we enjoyed our stay. Reasonable budget friendly hotel. The pictures are accurate. Plenty for breakfast- fresh orange juice, pastries, cheese, ham, coffee, etc.

Good location and staff are nice. Cleaners do the best they can with what they're given. The staff have no awareness of local attractions.
The breakfast is terrible. Same plates of cake etc out everyday until they've all been eaten which results in very stale food. Breakfast was never fully ready by 730 usually more like 8. Everyday there was less and less plates of food out. One morning there was cereal but no milk. Ham and cheese but no bread. No black tea bags. Rooms are small but comfortable for two. Tiny bathroom, husband could barely squeeze in and out of the shower, he is an average sized man. Toilet and bidet were leaking into the floor. Shower screen leaks and floor was soaked after every shower. Sheets weren't big enough to tuck under the mattress so You end up sleeping on a bare mattress every night. Door man follows you around like a fly looking for tips. Wifi is non existent, takes several minutes and several attempts to load basic web pages, emails etc even in the lobby. Each floor is so small that every room is right next to the two clunky old elevators and on the street side which is very noisy every night of the week. Very very noisy. No fridge, microwave, kettle etc in room. They have taken 'artsy' photos to make this look like a cute little Botique hotel but when you're getting woken up every hour at night, have nothing decent to eat for breakfast and can't fit in the bathroom there is nothing cute about it.

Horrible, Gross Shower, Inaccurate Amenities

Do not stay here! Horrible experience. First, very dingy, slippery showers with mold and bare bones rooms. I actually even fell in the shower beside it didn't drain correctly.

Second, it totally lies about the amenities. The hot tub, prominently featured in the photos and located on the roofhas to be reserved by guests for individual use. They say for privacy, but it was misleading to show a public hot tub since it was often booked up. My female friend and I were kicked out by staff so a single (yes, 1) woman despite it being able to fit at least 7-10 people. If it is a private, reserved use hot tub, it should be advertised as such. It also stated you could get massages at the hotel--even on the screens in the lobby, which we pointed to upon arrival-- but this also was untrue.

They also refused to give us more than one card key to the room, stating that they only had enough cards to provide one per room. Really?? Even if true (doubt it, they should buy more), it was very inconvenient when we decided to do different things during the day-- especially since the key makes the lights work.

It also had a 10am checkout. Insisted they were \"full\" when we asked to extend to 11. Looked on website and they had rooms available.

I suppose you get what you pay for here, but do NOT waste your time or money in this place. To be fair, the location was good. Guy staffing at night was helpful and polite. Pay more (or less), but go somewhere else.

Good, small hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Infinito hotel. The location is great, 100m from a metro stop. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The only complaint we have is the quality of the breakfast. The bread and pastries were very ordinary and every second day were stale. Apart from this we really loved our stay at infinito and would recommend it for travelers wanting a reliable, clean, good value hotel.

Great Pit Stop

Awesome place to stay for a night in Buenos Aires. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, and helped me get on my feet in the city despite my abhorrent spanish. The location is also excellent--near the D line of the subway, Avenida Santa Fe (complete with major shopping options), and Palermo Soho (home to some of the hippest eating and nightlife options in Bs As). The room itself was perfectly comfortable, but this is not an extremely luxurious hotel that will have you lounging and enjoying nights in. But you're in Buenos Aires! If you want cozy nights in your hotel, find a different city!

INFINITO Hotel a gem in Palermo Soho!

We were very pleased to find this nice little INFINITO hotel.
Wonderful employees very educated, ready for help any time.Andrea was exceptional.
The rooms are tiny ,but great linen quality with nice bathroom and superb amenities. Have SPA and SAUNA, too!
Breakfast very good ,healthy served in nice restaurant. Wifi works perfect.
Neighborhood very good, lots of commerce and bar,cafes and restaurant.
The BEST was LA ESTANCIA 300 mt from the Hotel , our excellent choice , exceptional food and service and very good prices versus quality and quantity and receive US$ high rate and give 20% discount,too! There close by have many other option.
The citycenter of Buenos Aires is in remodeling so PALERMO SOHO is one of the best revival quarties and wonderful option there.

Nice area, hotel great idea, needs attention

We spent 5 weeks in Argentina and of the 2 weeks we spent in Buenos Aires, this was our 3rd hotel. We chose it to experience a different area than previously. We enjoyed our room with a tree in the window so we could enjoy the urban birds and privacy while keeping our curtains open. The room was funky modern décor which suited us, a bit small but adequate for two and clean though definitely needed maintenance which would have helped to keep it cleaner. We didn't use the pool so cannot comment. We walked the area and to the Botanical and Japanese Gardens from here which were one reason we chose this location. We found a charming café two blocks away that served delicious wraps, salads and excellent coffee, foods we found difficult to find in Argentina.
Everywhere in Argentina a typical breakfast is a slice of ham, cheese, croissant and sugar cookies and sometimes yogurt and fruit are available. This hotel had all of this so it was not notable nor was the coffee, which was terrible everywhere except in specialty cafes or restaurants offering real expresso.
We think this hotel is a good option for young people and students and we would consider staying again.

This is a wonderful tourist class hotel, very similar to what I expect in Europe. The room was clean and bright with nice fixtures that worked flawlessly. It wasn't big, but why spend time in the room when the best neighborhood in Buenos Aires is just outside. The Infinito is only two blocks to the most useful subway line and just four to the botanical gardens. The desk staff and the cleaning staff were very nice. They speak enough English to ensure that you understand, but they are also very generous in allowing me to speak my rather poor Spanish.

So So hotel in good neighborhood.

This is a very small hotel with only 4 rooms per floor and 7 floors, so each room is close to the elevators and there is a fair amount of street noise. The front desk receptionists were helpful but did not suggest a Tango evening that didn't require a dinner reservation along with it, so we neglected to see Tango. The rooms are small and have precious little storage, & the bathrooms are very small, also without storage(we had to place our toiletries in the bidet for storage!).The shower leaked onto the floor each time it was used, so we had to use an extra towel to soak up the water. The towels were thin and the sheets were barely large enough to cover the mattress, so they pulled out each night. The \"breakfast\" was awful & the same each day with toast, ham, cheese & jam but no eggs though there was yogurt, juice & cereal...BORING & the worst breakfasts on our trip in either Chile or Argentina! The lobby is tiny and there was no place to sit, talk or gather. Internet in the room was very spotty. The elevators are tiny(max.3 persons) & inconvenient to use.

The hotel is in a great location, but...

The pictures of the rooms are misleading marketing images, the hotel facilities are old and they have invested in a couple of trendy details, that's all. The rooms are REALLY small, there is no place to hang any clothes, the bathroom shower is so small you could not believe it! I strongly recommend bringing your own towels, the ones they provide are so old and smelly you will not want to use them. Location is great, and the hotel staff really kind. Despite that I would not recommend it.

Decent stay in Palermo

The hotel was close to La Rural convention centre, so convenient for our purposes. The beds in our room were quite small (single beds), but comfortable. Staff was generally helpful and accommodating, and breakfast was good. Wi-Fi was pretty reliable. Rooftop hot tub and solarium were one of the shinning features. Room service was available, but like many eateries in Buenos Aires, many \"main course\" items were only available during the standard dinner hour (i.e., after 8pm). Hotel was within walking distance to lots of nice tourist sites, and shuttle to airport was available (note that EZE airport is quite far from the city centre, and including time spent sitting in traffic it can take ~45 minutes to get to/from the hotel).

We stayed here to be close to our son who is studying in BA . We asked to change to a room with refrigerator and we had to go through you. Didn't want to call. Women at desk not very warm, men are nicer. On the plus beds very comfy. Showers leaked on the floor. Rooms very small location ok. Noisy on street side bring earplugs.

The front desk staff was very nice and accomodating. The room is no frills and small, but we didn't come to stay in the room and it fit our needs fine. However, the noise was pretty bad. We heard street noise all night long, people yelling, cars and traffic. In addition, there was noise inside the hotel, the elevator and other guersts that could be heard quite clearly in our room. Don't forget your earplugs if you stay here. Wifi in the rooms was very nice, as was the basic breakfast served each morning. This hotel is also in a nice area, and close to lots of shopping and dining.

When planning a vacation for four friends, we debated booking two separate double rooms or trying to find one large suite to accommodate us all. We ended up going with the latter and booking at Hotel Infinito. Those I was traveling with definitely commented that it was more of a hostel than a hotel-especially in terms of reception and the general cheapness of furniture/etc. Main positives were that our room was clean and the AC worked quite well but it wasn't particularly a comfortable layout and in general was definitely not a cute or nice hotel. It is my understanding that it was recently renovated and I fear that the construction may have been done in a hurry given the hot tub wood on the roof is already cracking and the all white furniture in the rooms and lobby is sure to show dirt quickly. Also, internet is not reliable!

Ótimo localização no Palermo próximo ao metrô e entre o Soho e os parques. Serviço gentil, quarto e café da manhã okay. Porém a limpeza deixa a desejar. O quarto é arrumado todos os dias mas as instalações necessitam uma limpeza mais pesada como os chuveiros cheios de lodo, ar condicionado empoeirado e a jacuzzi no último andar cheia de cabelos.

Os funcionários do hotel são super atenciosos, no entanto, apresar do preço, o hotel é bem antigo e sem muita manutenção. Nota-se que foi pintado, etc, mas o banheiro estava em condições ruins, o quarto super pequeno para duas pessoas, o elevador sofrível. O café da manhã, comparado com os demais hoteis da mesma classificação, deixou a desejar, embora esse item não seja tão importante. Enfim, não retornaria ao hotel por conta das condições e limpeza.

O hotel é muito simples com instalações que tentar “pintar” um ar moderno.
Elevadores muito antigos e barulhentos.
Atendentes muito jovens, distraídos e sem capacitação para um atendimento num hotel.
Hóspedes muito barulhentos, a 1h da manhã com som alto ligado e conversas no hall em que se ouvia perfeitamente tudo! Às 6h da manhã tudo se repetiu e não há nenhuma intervenção do hotel para o conforto e tranquilidade dos demais hóspedes.
Localização ótima.

Me fue bien, pero son muy pero muy chicas las habitaciones.- No volvería.-
Debieran avisar el tamañao de las habitaciones ya que fui con una compañera que no la conocía mucho y tuvimos que ponernos de acuerdo en todo puesto que no tienen ni placares y las camas casi juntas.-

Un tres bon point pour l'accueil quelque soit la personne, des gens reactifs efficaces souriants accueillant qui s'adaptent selon les clients.
Un mauvais point pour notre chambre avec un carreau casse (déjà signale dans d'autres commentaires) une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, une tringle a rideau prête a vous tomber dessus. Sinon le lit etait tres grand et super confortable.
Dans la salle de bain, aucun emplacement pour poser quelques affaires. dommage
Pour finir, avantage ou invonvenient le club de sport en face qui diffuse sa musique a fond entre 18h et 20h a peu pret.

Hébergement désagréable puisque les taies d'oreillers (fines) laissaient entrevoir d'énorme taches marrons jaunâtres sur l'oreiller. L'établissement nous refusé de nous changer d'oreiller!
Enfin, la chambre ne ressemble pas aux photos. Les photos aux plans serrées cachent une chambre minuscule ou les tables de nuit sont placées dans le sens de la longueur puisqu'elles ne passent pas en largeur. Aussi, les murs sont sales à l'image de l'oreiller.
Nous avons finalement décidé de prendre un autre hotel en perdant l'argent pour celui-ci.

Quartos pequenos, banheiro mínimo, a cortina do chuveiro é tão pequena que molha todo o banheiro. Limpeza péssima, depois de 4 dias precisei insistir para trocarem a roupa de cama. Velho, café da manhã péssimo. Jamais volto lá. Perto tem hoteis boutique muito melhores e pelo mesmo preço.

Os fotos fazem parecer que é tudo muito novo e moderno mas na realidade não é.
O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente.
O banheiro possui um box muito pequeno a não possui porta, possui uma cortina e plástico que fica grudando no corpo.
Eu esperava um lugar muito melhor do que realmente é. Parece um prédio antigo que deram um tapa.

Não recomendaria , um elevador muito antigo com necessidade de fechar a porta manualmente para que funcionasse, o que me fazia esquecer constantemente e ligações da recepção para fechá-lo foram frequentes no início. La Tv sin señal de cable, la caja fuerte trabada y en el baño levante la tapa del WC y estaba el regalo que dejo el último pasajero. Cuando llegue a las 12 me dijeron que no daban la habitación hasta las 15, me tuve que cambiar en un baño 2x1mt.
Cuando hice el check in me dijeron que me daban un UPGRADE a una mejor habitación, cosa que me hizo sentido, ya que le pasaban por tel tarifa a un pasajero por 50 USD y yo había pagado 120 USD, cuando subí, no era la habitación informada, era pequeña y cuando reclame me dijeron que se habían equivocado. La verdad que el precio un robo para los servicios y estado del hotel, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.
