コロナ対策で、入浴時間が予約制だったが、お風呂を出る際も、入浴時間をチェックする人もいない為、ただの形式的な感じでまったく意味がない。お部屋に関しては、上階からの騒音でぜんぜん寝られなかった。食事のテーブルが食べ物が付いていて汚い。皆さん各自でテーブルを拭いていた。

Never this hotel again and will not recommend it!
The hotel is quite old, facilities worn out, dirty room and smelly toilet and bathroom. Several broken areas and stains everywhere were not fixed and clean. There was stains on the toilet seat when we check in the room!
I sent the special request to them wanting to update our number of persons weeks ago and 1 week before our arrival, no reply was received. Until I checked in the hotel, they said they did receive my request but they did not confirm me. Therefore, since we have 4 adults, we needed to pay for the additional 2 persons and got another room. (The information we got from Hotels.com was that a maximum of 6 persons can live in the same room!).
